Description

Aufbau
Der Isolierstein ist ein Stein mit einem Kern aus Isoliermaterial, der in allen Abmessungen je nach Anwendung, vorgefertigt werden kann und einen hohen Wärme-, Kälte- und Schalldämmwert besitzt. Die unterschiedlichsten Materialien können für die Steinschale und den Isolierkern Anwendung finden (siehe Anlagen 4-6 Abb. 1-6).
Anwendung
Der Isolierstein wird in der Bauwirtschaft eingesetzt für Wohn-, Gesellschafts- und Industriebauten;
  • - als Mauerstein nach DIN-Abmessungen
  • - als Fertigteil für Wand- und Sturzkonstruktionen in beliebigen Abmessungen
für Innen- und Außenwände als Putzträger, glatter Malergrund, Sichtmauerwerk, Fassaden- und Sockelverkleidung.

Claims (1)

  1. Der Isolierstein für Innen- und Außenwände, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich dabei um einen Stein handelt, dessen Kern aus Isoliermaterial besteht. Die Steinschale besteht z. B. aus Klinker, Naturstein, Gips, Beton, Gasbeton, Kalksand, Ytong, Bims, Blähton, Liapor, Lehm, Schlacke und recyceltem Bauschutt.
    Das Dämmungsmaterial besteht z. B. aus Styropor, Mineralvolle, Steinwolle, Glaswolle, Hartschäume und recyceltem Dämmaterial. Der Isolierstein wird vorgefertigt nach allen festgelegten Normabmessungen (DIN) und als Fertigteil­ element nach allen von dem Einbauort vorgegebenen Abmessungen. Der Isolierstein kann als Vollstein, Vierschalenstein und Zweischalenstein hergestellt werden.
    Der Schutzanspruch besteht auf Herstellung und Vertrieb als Produkt.
