Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf Flüssigkeitsbehälter insbesondere für Heizöl oder Chemikalien bestehend aus einem korrosionsbeständigen Innenbehälter und einem formbeständigen Außenbehälter z.B. aus Stahlblech als Schutz für den Innenbehälter und als Sicherheitsbehälter, der beim Leckwerden des Innenbehälters das Ausfließen der Flüssigkeit verhindert. Bekennte Flüssigkeitsbehälter dieser Art besitzen als Innenbehälter eine flexible Kunststoffblase, die sich in mit Flüssigkeit gefülltem Zustand an den Außenbehälter anlegt. Eine solche flexible Kunststoffblase ist jedoch sehr empfindlich. Sie kann beim Einführen in den Außenbehälter Falten bilden, die das vollkommene Füllen verhindern und an den entstehenden Knickstellen leicht beschädigt werden. Bei zum Teil entleerter Blase verlagert sich ihre flexible Wand durch Schwerkraft leicht zur Mitte des Behälters und behindert das Einführen von Meßvorrichtungen zur Ermittlung des Flüssigkeitsvorrats.
