Hose line with pinch valve for corrosive liquids
The previously known hose lines that can be compressed by means of a pinch cock consist of a rubber hose which can be regarded as satisfactory as long as the liquids flowing through it have no corrosive or dissolving effect, since rubber does not withstand this. In this context, one is well aware that in such cases a hose line could be used that withstand the plastic from one of these corrosion effects, such as. B. Poly ethylene consists. However, given the wall thickness that they must have in order to meet mechanical stresses, such lines can be compressed to an insufficient extent to be able to prevent the flow through them by means of a pinch valve.
In addition, they are not sufficiently elastic to allow the full flow cross-section to be released automatically when the pinch valve is opened.
By means of the invention, a hose line provided with a pinch cock has now been created which is able to withstand both mechanical stresses and the decomposing effect of a corrosive or dissolving liquid flowing through it
According to the invention, this hose line is characterized by two hoses arranged one inside the other, of which the inner one, through which the corrosive liquid flows, forms a lining, has a smaller wall thickness and consists of a corrosion-resistant plastic, while the outer hose has a greater wall thickness, made of rubber consists and forms an elastic protective jacket surrounding the inner tube.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in a single figure.
With a rubber hose is designated, on which a pinch valve designated in its entirety by b is pushed. This is a commercially available pinch valve that has a V-shaped pinch part b1 which can be moved against the hose line by means of a hand spindle b2 in order to compress it and thus prevent the flow through it, as is generally known. In the rubber hose a a hose c is provided, which has a wall thickness that corresponds to the thickness of a film and made of a corrosion-resistant plastic, such as. B. polyethylene.
In relation to this inner plastic hose c, which forms a lining with a small wall thickness and through which the corrosive liquid flows, the rubber hose a has a relatively thick wall and thus forms a protective jacket surrounding the plastic hose c, which protects the latter against external mechanical influences. With this combination of two nested hoses, both of which can be compressed and of which the outer one forms a mechanically resistant and elastic protective jacket and the inner one a corrosion-resistant lining, a hose line with a pinch cock has been created that is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids .
