Bisher wurden die Türzargen entweder aas Holz oder aus Stahlblech angefertigt. Man ging dabei so vor, daß die Türöffnungen der im Rohbau, fertiggestellten Häuser und Wohnungen im unverputzten Zustande mit den Zargen versehen '-wurden, das heißt, sie mußten an Ort und Stelle eingepaßt werden^ und na.ch dem Einbau wurde erst die Putsarbeit und das Verlegen des Estrichs durchgeführt. Das erforderte erheblichen Aufwand und viel Material, weil die Türzargen und die Wandstärken, denen sie angepaßt werden mußten, verschiedene zum Teil nicht genormte Masse haben. Etwa, 3 - 4- Monate nach dem Einbau der Zargen wurden die· Tärblätter eingehängt, wobei in fast allen Fällen wieder Passarbeit zwischen Türblatt und Zarge einerseits und Estrich andererseits notwendig war. Ebenso mußte Schloß und Riegel gangbar gemacht weiden.* Die Stahlblechzargen lagen überdies mit ihren flachen Blechteilen nicht so gut auf dem Mauerwerk auf, 'daß ein Zutritt v.ob. Luft ■ _i oder Feuchtigkeit in allen Fällen verhindert werden konnte» Sie waren daher der Rostgefahr ausgesetzt, zumal die aufliegenden Seiten der Blechzargenteile meist angestrichen oder nicht gegen'.
