Baustein zur Herstellung
eines TrockenmauerwerkesBuilding block for manufacture
of a dry stone wall
There are known building blocks for the production of a dry stone wall in which designed parallelepiped Masonry elements are designed in such a way that these two relatively wide, continuous in the vertical, square Have openings which are separated from one another by a central web. Except for the square »wide openings each stone has at least eight in the walls all around, provided at a certain distance from each other, continuous bores that are designed in such a way that that at least two pairs of holes coincide with each other in stones offset by half the length in the masonry. In addition, certain groups of bores point towards the sides or the band walls and are semicircular in cross-section Grooves on. In these holes, brackets made of round wire are hung in the longitudinal direction of the wall, with the brackets have different leg lengths, so that one leg does not only the entire height of the stone, but also a considerable amount Extent can intervene in the bore of the lower stone Those adjoining the bores, semicircular in cross-section Grooves are not only on the surface ^ of every stone, but also provided on the lower surface «.
It is with their production not only on a flat surface and undersurface
-to pay attention, but there are also countless holes to be made, which is very important with concrete blocks, as in the present case is difficult. A normal form masehine cannot therefore be used in the production of such stones; be but it matrices must be used, which is a very complicated one Own execution. In addition, due to the shrinkage of the material and other circumstances in the case of drying out, there is a lot considerable inaccuracies are to be expected. Such a stone is static due to the many holes in the load-bearing wall parts very weakened, and therefore such a stone is only to be used for buildings at ground level, like this one The stone formation can also be clearly seen on the G-round. -
The object of the innovation is a building block for the production of dry masonry, with the essential It is characterized by the fact that it consists of a parallelepiped, in the longitudinal direction with one from top to bottom continuous or sack-like, limited towards the front
- - -With
th, angular slits provided block or parallelepiped exists, for the purpose of securing adjacent such building blocks in the association by inserted into the slots, substantially angular brackets against lateral and against longitudinal displacement. - - -
Another feature of the innovation is that the bracket for securing the building blocks next to each other and one above the other from U-shaped or M-shaped "in view; angular elements exist.
Another characteristic of the furnace is that the bracket is U-shaped or M-shaped in view are provided with bracket ends in the width of the slots of the elements, the inner width of which is twice the thickness of the the frontal boundary of the element slot is "
Another feature of the innovation is that that the outer ends of the elements provided with tongue and groove are alternating on both sides of the central longitudinal symmetry plane are provided.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the innovation, namely FIG. 1 shows a view of the element of a wall, while FIG a plan view of a crowd with a bracket and the Figures 3 and 4 are a perspective view of the elements, namely a bracket in U-shape and a masonry element, and the Fig. 5 illustrate a bracket in M * -Fona.
The individual elements 1 for a dry masonry have a parallelepiped shape. and own one from top to bottom continuous, narrow slot 2, the the ends are limited by the material 3 of the body. This Masonry elements 1 are stacked in flocks to the half a length offset against each other, laid on top of each other dry. In the longitudinal direction, the individual elements 1 can be secured to one another by means of a tongue 4 and groove 5. In every crowd the bandage is formed by elements -6 or 6a (bracket in U-shape or
For this purpose, the distance between the two temple ends 7 and 7a from each other is exactly twice the strength of the Wall part 3 adapted The shares above, i.e. each Masonry element that can be used to stand or use a bracket comes, however, can to a limited extent in the longitudinal direction the wall can be moved so that easy assembly is possible. The brackets in M-IOrm can e.g. consist of a semi-hard roller iron. Also can, this Bü ~ gel made of metal without an M-shaped indentation with an arch be formed above, which connects the two legs with each other and in the Schlitz.des upper masonry element intervenes.
Durch die Bügel kann nicht bloß die Verschiebung längs der Wandrichtung verhindert werden, sondern auch die "Verschiebung üb er einander liegender Steine querWithout leaving the scope of the innovation, you can go to Instead of a single slot, as stated, several slots or several sack-like openings can also be provided, see above that you can insert more than one bracket in the sense of the innovation with appropriate widths of the components. Under baggy Slitting is understood to mean this. Slits only up reach a certain depth in the material of the stone and do not go right through. Also, when arranging two or more slots, the slots may be of unequal length or have different widths and the bracket can then be adapted to these slots accordingly. Can't go through the bracket only the displacement along the direction of the wall can be prevented, but also the "displacement of stones lying across one another
zur Wsndriclitung. : to the wind direction. :
The advantage of the said dry masonry and The main element of this is, that the whole Extent of the element for the static. Load. Available stands, with the exception of the relatively small, narrow slot. The slot with the bracket is only used for security of the association of stones side by side and on top of each other.
