Fig. 2a zeigt zwei Querschnittprofile nach Fig. 1b.
Multi-purpose hollow profile The present invention is a multi-purpose hollow profile.
According to the invention, the hollow profile is designed in such a way that at least one web arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hollow profile is materially connected to the profile wall so that the profile has an approximately congruent cross-sectional shape on both sides of the web or on the sides of the webs facing away from each other, and that the profile wall and the web or webs have a tensile strength of at least 100 kp / cm @, a modulus of elasticity of at least 1000 kp / cm2 and a yield strength of at least 90 kp / cm2.
The invention is explained by way of example with the aid of the accompanying schematic drawing. 1, different cross-sectional profiles, FIG. 2, a first example of use of a profile according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3, a second example of use of a profile according to FIG. 1, FIG. 4, a third example of use of a profile according to FIG . 1, Fig.5,
a fourth example of use of a profile according to FIG. 1, FIG. 6, a fifth example of use of a profile according to FIGS. 1 and 7, a sixth example of use of a profile according to FIG. 1.
In Fig. 1 a to 1 e several cross-sectional profiles are shown which have at least one web 2 or 2a and 2b arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis 1 of the profile. The web or webs 2 or 2a and 2b are materially connected to the profile wall 3 ver. The web or webs 2 or 2a and 2b are preferably made of the same material as the pro filwandung 3, which are extruded in one piece through a corresponding formation of the die. To the opposite sides 20 and 21 of the web or bars, the profile has an approximately con gruente cross-sectional shape.
It is obvious to the person skilled in the art that other cross-sectional shapes, such as. B. polygons, etc. are possible, please include.
The versatility of the hollow profile according to the invention requires, in addition to the features mentioned, a sufficient tensile strength of at least 100 kp / cm2. A modulus of elasticity of at least 1000 kp / cm2 and a yield point of at least 90 kp / cm2 are also required.
A material is preferably used for the profile which has a tensile strength of approx. 270 kp / cm2, a modulus of elasticity of approx. 2700 kg / cm2 and a yield point of approx. 240 kp / cm2.
The combination of the features described results in the versatility of the profile according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 7.
Fig. 2a shows two cross-sectional profiles according to Fig. 1b. The two profiles 3 are provided with a slot 4 along the narrow sides facing each other by sawing, cutting or milling. An intermediate profile 5, which has two beads 5a and 5b with which it each engages in one of the adjacent profiles 3, is pushed into the slots 4. Due to the strength properties and the elastic properties of the profile, the beads 5a and 5b are clasped and held by the profiles 3.
In this way, as FIG. 2b shows, several profiles 3 can be combined to form a wall.
FIG. 3a shows a representation analogous to FIG. 2, the at least semi-elastic intermediate web 5 having larger dimensions in width. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3b, a folding wall can be produced by juxtaposing several profiles 3.
Fig. 4 a shows a plan view of a third application example and Fig. 4b shows a view of Fig. 4a. By milling, sawing or cutting, hinge-shaped interlocking recesses 30 and 31 are attached to the mutually facing narrow sides of two adjacent profiles 3. Two adjoining profiles each form a hinge part, which are connected to one another in an articulated manner by inserting a tube 6.
As FIG. 4c shows, several profiles can be connected in this way to form a wall, with the individual profiles being pivotable relative to one another up to an angle of approx.
FIG. 6a shows an exemplary embodiment analogous to FIG. 5b, the U-profiles 7 and 8 being inclined towards the horizontal. In Fig. 6 b, the U-profiles 7 and 8 are also inclined to the horizontal, as z. B. occurs with banisters.
The connection of the profiles with each other is done in the same way as in the example of FIG. 4, with only the edges of the recesses 30 and 31 not at right angles to aufeinan, but at an acute or obtuse angle on each other.
7 shows the use of profiles according to the invention for the production of a cross frame, as is the case, for B. is used for roofing a pergola. The longitudinal profile 9 has recesses 90, the depth of which is limited by the web 2a. If necessary, the recesses 90 can be extended to the web 2a.
At right angles to the longitudinal profile 9, transverse profiles 10 are inserted into the recesses and therein. held. According to an exemplary embodiment not shown, the transverse profiles 10 can have recesses corresponding to the recesses 90 in order to achieve a deeper interlocking of the longitudinal and transverse profiles. According to embodiments not shown, the subject invention is ver usable as a component for furnishing interiors and in furniture construction.
It can also be used outdoors to create protective walls against the sun, garden houses, flower beds, barriers for building pits, etc.
