However, these closures could not be satisfactory in practice either,
once because they are not elastic enough to be absolutely secure
To achieve sealing sufficient pressure, on the other hand because here also a subsequent
Potting is necessary in order to achieve a smooth surface of the base plate,
to which a suitable floor covering is usually glued.
The object of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and esp
To create sealing plugs for the specified purpose, once without additional
Means achieved an unconditional seal and, on the other hand, after pressing one
results in a completely smooth surface of the base plate.
in
This object of the invention is essentially achieved in that a disc with a diameter corresponding to the drip holes in the base plate, injection-molded from plastic, has a deep, U-shaped annular groove on its edge, the two legs of which are self-supporting and approximately parallel, with the outer leg approximately halfway Height has a ring-shaped circumferential snap, and at its upper end a flange bent downwards o The surface of the disc and the root of the last-mentioned flange are approximately in one plane and the distance the ring-shaped snap nose'yon of the surface
the disc is sized so that the latter at

inserted sealing plug approximately in the
same plane as the surface of the ground
sheet metal. If necessary, the discs can be theirs
The lower side is stiffened by ribs running in a circle or star shape towards the edge Extraordinarily high elasticity is achieved, which not only enables the plug to be pushed in relatively easily, but also achieves a secure seal as a result of the constant pressure.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing: Fig. 1 shows the arrangement of the drip holes in the floor panel are a large number of holes arranged? which are closed by stopper 1 after the sheet metal has been sprayed. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the holes in the base plate 8 are bent so that a conical zone 9 and an edge 10 which is approximately parallel to the plate 8 are present. 4 is arranged approximately in the same plane as the disk 1, a downwardly bent flange 6. When the disk 1 is pressed into the opening of the metal sheet 8, the two legs 3 and 4 are elastically deformed, as can be seen from FIG. 3, and the outer leg 4 slides on its wedge surface into the opening of the plate until the nose 5 snaps behind the edge 10 of the plate 8. In this closed position, the groove 2 remains compressed at its upper end so that only a narrow gap remains which corresponds approximately to the depth of the nose 5. The sealing plug 1 is pulled upwards by the elastic flange 6, so that the nose 5 rests firmly against the lower surface of the edge 10. The flange 6 is bent and lies in approximately the same plane as the disk 1 and the sheet 8 ″. Between the edge of the leg 6 and {on the sheet 8 there is an additional sealing surface , the flange 6 and the sheet metal 8 are practically in one plane - so that subsequent potting is unnecessary and a floor covering is now easily placed can be glued.
