Description

Drilling template for making holes for impregnating wood. ------------------------------------------------- The impregnation of wood, especially fresh wood, is expediently supported by drilling holes. These holes must have a precisely defined position so that, on the one hand, the impregnation agent penetrating through them is distributed evenly, but on the other hand, there is no inadmissible weakening of the stressed cross-section and thus the strength of the mast. For this purpose, a template a, expediently made of transparent material, should be used, which can be folded around the round or square timber to be impregnated, and in which the holes b are arranged so that only a few holes, e.g. 4 at post poles and correspondingly more at electricity poles. The number of boreholes in a plane is determined approximately by the fact that they are spaced about 12 cm apart on the circumference of the mast. The levels in which the drill holes are made should be the other about 2-3 cm away, and the drill holes facing each other other be offset that the projections SzixNxxKKiNixxkNix of all holes of the different levels evenly distributed over the circumference on a cross-sectional plane are. The distance of the projections from each other should be in a Borehole diameter of 3 mm is approximately 15 mm. As a result, when the wood is fresh, the entire cross-section of the sapwood is completely impregnated by diffusion.

Protection claim: drilling template for making drill holes for the impregnation of wood, characterized in that a large number of fine drill holes are arranged in such a way that, for reasons of breaking strength, only a few, from about 4 in the case of weak post masts to 6 and more in the case of stronger electricity masts, move on one level find that these planes are parallel to each other at a distance of 2-3 cm.
lie to each other, and that the drill holes are arranged in the planes are that they are against those of the neighboring by an amount are offset by a few centimeters. t <MH
