Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit einer Isolierung versehene Leitung, die in Gummi-Fördergurte einvulkanisiert werden soll.The invention relates to a line provided with insulation which is to be vulcanized into rubber conveyor belts.
Bei Fördergurten, insbesondere bei Gummi-Fördergurten mit darin einvulkanisierten längslaufenden Stahlseilen, kann es vorkommen, daß durch in der Tragkonstruktion festgeklemmte Gegenstände der Fördergurt in Längsrichtung aufgeschnitten wird. Es sind verschiedene Maßnahmen bekannt, die dazu dienen, die Länge solcher Schnitte zu begrenzen. Eine dieser Maßnahmen besteht darin, in die Fördergurte elektrisch leitfähige Einlagen einzuvulkanisieren, die mit einem Steuerkreis in Verbindung stehen, der bei einer Durchtrennung einer der Einlagen das Stillsetzen des Fördergurtes bewirkt. Eine derartige Einlage muß einerseits gut isoliert sein, und es muß andererseits eine ausreichende Haftwirkung zwischen der Isolierung und dem die Einlage umgebenden Gummi vorhanden sein.With conveyor belts, especially with rubber conveyor belts with longitudinal steel cables vulcanized into them, it can happen that that the conveyor belt is cut open in the longitudinal direction by objects clamped in the supporting structure.
