I n j e k tions to g to he k The invention relates to a Injektionszuganker according to patent (Patent Application R 47 235 V / 840), in particular for permanent anchoring of nozzle structures o. The like. In the ground in which a by a plastic tube or pipe enveloped prestressing steel is provided, the end of which can be inserted into the ground is enveloped by an anchor foot which is tightly connected to the plastic hose and is fastened there.
In the main patent, an injection tie rod is proposed in which the risk of corrosion of the prestressing steels is to be excluded. It has now been shown that the tension member in one embodiment of an injection tie rod according to the main patent cannot be guided and held in a straight line in the force introduction area in all cases after it has been introduced into the propulsion pipe, because the elastic plastic hose or the elastic plastic pipe reaching up to the anchor foot is not flawless Can guarantee centering ge-LD. The present invention avoids this disadvantage in that the anchor foot is provided with a solid tubular extension piece which has approximately the length of the force application area and surrounds the prestressing steel. Through this embodiment, an advantageous development of the injection tie rod of the main patent is achieved, which allows the tension member to be guided precisely in gray lines in the area of the later force introduction area. After the pressed-in concrete jacket has hardened, there is no reason to fear that undesirable deflection forces in the tension member or bending forces in the concrete which could lead to the formation of cracks occur. In addition, it can be achieved that the tension member comes to lie exactly centrally within the concrete shell, which enables a particularly favorable force distribution on the Ardreich. Finally, with the design according to the invention, it is also possible, at least in part, to apply forces from the first concrete to the adhesion between the concrete and the attachment piece on the 4Jug member [Iberzufeiter, go that the pressure in the vicinity of the anchor foot An advantageous embodiment results when the extension piece is designed as a steel tube seated tightly in the anchor foot, over which the plastic hose is pulled at the upper end. This embodiment allows simple and secure attachment, especially then when the steel tube is screwed into an anchor foot, which is preferably also made of metal. The metal in this embodiment can be selected so that its service life is adapted to the service life of the support structure, so that no disadvantages due to the use of metal can occur as a material for anchor feet and anchor attachments. The tension members inside are in each case from corrosion
Protected because they are in a similar way, as also-with the counter-
status of the main patent test with plastic material inside the steel tube and inside the anchor foot. The new Ausgeotaltung the anchor FUSSEN allowed en also in a particularly advantageous wines, at upper Inde of ÄneatzstUkkon or is the SST @ Mrohrta-g tightly wound to which the Kunstatoffeehlsäch to mount a known spacer, which for example, two mutually perpendicular oval »i - Seam loops can existi which are clamped onto the tubular attachment bagi] This Äbetande. With the subject of the present invention, haltex enables a flawless central arrangement of the prestressing steel in the area of the force introduction section within the jacking pipe, because the tubular ÄneatzstUck at both can be found both by the anchor foot corresponding approximately to the diameter of the jacking pipe and by the one at the other end Spacer can be held centrally within the propulsion pipe. This central position can be maintained during the grouting of the concrete because, as is well known, the driving pipe is only withdrawn step by step.

Lg. 1 and Ilig. 3 a holding fixture arranged at the upper end of the tubular attachment piece.
In FIG. 1 , the anchor foot 10 is provided with a tubular extension piece 10a, which in this embodiment consists of steel and is screwed into the anchor foot 10, which is also made of steel, with the thread 10b . The material of the anchor foot 10 and the steel tube 10a is chosen so that it has the same service life as the material of the support structure that is to be supported by the new injection tie rod. The steel pipe 10a has approximately the length of the later force application area L and can absorb about a third of the forces to be transmitted from the tension member 2a to the ground over its length due to the adhesion between the later pressed concrete and the pipe wall. The rest of the forces are transmitted to the concrete shell via the anchor base 10, in particular via the wedge-shaped surfaces 18 of the anchor base 10 . At the upper Nnde of the steel pipe 10a of the plastic tube 9 is arranged in the same manner as in the embodiment of the main patent, which is fixed by means of the hose clamp 21 after it has been mounted on the hot walls of the tube.
In the interior of the steel tube 10a and the plastic hose 9 run the individual tensioning wires 2a, which are arranged centrally around a spacer coil 23 and between them enclose an interior space 14 filled with plastic potting compound; The remaining space 13 between the tension wires 2a and the steel tube 10a is also filled with plastic 'casting compound. In the same way, the insertion opening 16 for the tension wires 2a at the lower end of the anchor base 10 is filled with plastic casting compound, with the tension wires 2a being clamped in a foot piece screwed into the anchor base 10 in the embodiment shown. A spacer is arranged at the upper end of the steel tube 10a, which, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 3 , consists of the two wire loops 22a and 22b which are arranged perpendicular to one another and which are clamped onto the steel tube 10a. This spacer, which has the same diameter as the anchor base 10, allows after the introduction of the tension member into the Brdreich together with the anchor base a perfect centering of the steel pipe 10a and thus the tension wires 2a within the propulsion pipe, so that after pressing the concrete and The removal of the jacking tube also ensures that the tensioning wires are guided in a straight line in the area of the force introduction section 1 and are arranged centrally within the concrete casing. Deflection forces within the tension wires 2a or bending forces in the concrete can therefore not occur after inserting the inject # '. Onazuganker.
