Description
Titel: Vorrichtung zum Abschmieren der Kettenbolzen von Eimerkettenbaggern.Title: Device for lubricating the chain pins of bucket chain excavators.
The invention relates to a device for lubricating the chain pins of bucket chain excavators with lubrication cups, which by the chain movement against the effect of a cushioning can be actuated.
The chain pins of bucket chain excavators usually work up to now without lubrication, but lubrication has already been carried out in individual cases especially when noise pollution in populated areas is as low as was possible to keep.
The lubrication was done either by hand or mechanically with lubrication heads, which for the automatic lubrication of moving lubrication points in machine elements were developed.
These lubrication heads have a grease gun with a Peder mechanism arranged in a housing, so that the lubricating nose periodisoh against a lubrication point can be pressed. So that the grease nose doing the movement of the passing Sohmieratelle executes, a pivotable arrangement of the lubrication head is provided, this pivoting also takes place against a spring action. For lubrication The chain pins of bucket chain excavators are such commercially available lubricating heads according to a known proposal arranged on a rocker, which has a guide linkage an adaptation of the Sohmiervorrichtung to stars * pendulum movements of the chain pins enables. This facility requires Jododh funds to adapt to the strong sole-laying ketton, with extreme forces still damaging the soaking heads to lead.
It is the object of the invention to provide the lubricating device for the gettenbolsen of bucket chain excavators and, in particular, to arrange them in such a way that # themselves extreme pendulum movements of the Elmer chain do not damage the lubrication device to lead.
According to the invention, the task at hand is that lubricating heads are attached to the side cheeks of the upper turas and with their lubricating lugs that extend through the side cheeks are aligned with the face lubricant openings of the chain pins running over the turas and that a fixed cam track is provided which temporarily spans the lubricating heads presses against the lubricant openings of the chain pins in the Oberturas and triggers the lubrication process. Advantageously, each chain pin guide shell is assigned a soaking head, so that all chain pins are soaked off when they overflow over the upper turas. The lubrication heads are advantageously arranged on each side of the upper surface so that they work together with only one fixed cam which acts against the back of the lubrication cups. According to the invention, commercially available lubricating heads with a spring mechanism are used, these screwing heads with their pedal mechanism being mounted in a sliding sleeve, which in turn is guided longitudinally and coaxially over the lubricant opening in chain bolts and is cushioned against movement towards the chain bolt. The wear and tear on the turas and the associated shift in the center of the lubricated Bolzano are compensated for by the Oolenklagerung. The particular advantage of the arrangement according to the invention is that the chain pins are lubricated at which the pendulum movements of the bucket chain are prevented. This ensures that the lubricating device and its actuating elements cannot be damaged by the beating bucket chain, and special means for guiding and adjusting to the pendulum movements of the chain are unnecessary.
An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing shown.

The example according to Fig. 1 shows the Oberturas 1 with the permanent overflow Bucket chain 2, to which the buckets 3 are attached at constant intervals. at the overflow over the Turas put the individual chain pins in the designated Guide shells of the turbo body For lubrication of the chain pins that lead to this If they are provided with lubrication channels and grooves for the purpose, lubrication heads are becoming more commercially available Type used. In the exemplary embodiment, each guide shell is in Oberturas, d. H. A lubricating device 4 is assigned to each corner of the Obertura.
These lubricators are in one of the side walls of the Obertura fastened in such a way that their lubricating tabs are at the front end of the actual lubricating pin 5 reach through the side cheeks of the Oberturaa 1 and on the end face lubricant openings 6 of the chain pins 7 are aligned. The grease gun 5 is with of their Spring mechanism 8 with inner spring 8a, kußeror spring 8b and support ring 8c in one Sliding sleeve 9 arranged, which is longitudinally movable on its side and coaxial with the Sohmiermitteloffnung is guided in a pulse 10 in the chain bolt 7, the movement sur lubricant opening takes place against the action of the suspension 8b.
The movable bush 9 is on its back with a sliding block 12 equipped, which works against a stationary cam 13, whose The arrangement is shown in FIG. 1. There is one on the smear nose of the Sohmierpiatole 5 Centering device 14 is arranged, but it is dispensable, talle the lubricating nose conical and the sealing agent opening in the chain pin is funnel-shaped are. Fig. 2 shows the lubrication device in the rest position, the elch through the effect of the Pedern elbottaktig. When you turn the Obertura the individual lubrication heads as a result of the interaction with the feston cam track 13 actuated one after the other and thereby moved in the direction against the chain pin. Dabel the Buohee 9 slides with the lubricating device arranged in it in the featen cylinder sleeve 10, big calibrate the lubricating nose on the lubricant opening with Chain bolt burns. In order to compensate for minor inaccuracies, the Articulated bearing 15 of the lubrication head a in the sliding carriage 9 is provided. Then occurs the spring mechanism of the lubrication head is in action so that the lubrication process takes place, until the lubricating device runs off the cam track 12. To improve the mobility of the Sohmierkopfea bel to get the centering are in the Sohlebobuohoo 9 radial arranged compression springs 16 arranged, which via a centering ring on the Zentriervorriohtung 14 act and the latter in the middle position after a modern lubrication process return. For a continuous supply of lubricant, for example, a non-illustrated one provides Pump, which has a rotary screw connection on the Oberturas shaft and a feed pipe 17 pumps lubricant into the individual lubricating heads.
