Description
Central heating system The invention relates to a central heating system with several radiators, which are connected to the boiler via inlet and outlet lines. In known heating systems of this type, the hot water is distributed to the individual radiators as a rule already shortly after the boiler, which is usually located in the boiler, by branching off a main line. This means that several rise and fall lines to the radiators are required. This requires a large number of wall slots and ceiling openings, which makes laying the heating system more difficult and expensive. The invention is based on the object of avoiding this disadvantage and of creating a particularly simple heating system that is easy to lay even by non-specialists. This object is achieved in that only a single rising and falling line is provided, which is connected to a distributor on each floor to which all the lines leading to the heating systems are connected. Such a system has the advantage that only one wall slot and one ceiling opening are required for the entire heating system.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, each Distributor designed as a flat cylinder with bottom and top surface, the Floor area is connected to the main line leading to the boiler, while the branches leading to the radiators evenly on his Scope are arranged distributed. This arrangement ensures the even distribution, of the main flow coming from the boiler to the individual radiators.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the cylindrical Manifolds have a height of about 3 cm and a diameter of about 20 cm.
Typically ten connections are provided on each manifold. If not so many branches are required, individual connections can be blocked will. If several connections are not required, it is advisable to use each to alternate a used and an unused connection.
It is particularly advantageous to provide the connections on the distributor with connecting threads so that both the branch lines to the radiators and, if necessary, the main line to the boiler only need to be screwed on. Insulated copper pipes, which are connected to the distributor with so-called Ermeto fittings, can serve as connecting lines to the radiators. When installing in new buildings, the connecting lines are advantageously routed directly over the floor and then covered by a screed. It is useful here to arrange the distributor close to the floor. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the two distributors for the water coming from the boiler and the water returning to it are designed as a structural unit. This can be done in such a way that the two flat cylinders are arranged one on top of the other and are attached to one another at the edge, preferably by welding points, the lower cylinder having an axially parallel, tightly inserted bushing for the passage of the supply pipe to the upper cylinder. This bushing can also be welded in or soldered in and must have a slightly larger clearance than the supply pipe. The feed pipes are usually arranged on opposite sides of the cylinder axis, about 5 cm from the edge. If there are radiators on several floors, a distributor is provided for the flow and return for each floor. In this case, too, the two distributors can be designed as a structural unit. However, it is then necessary that the above-lying Verfpilpr pinn einaeee + @ in @ ürhep contains rhrrrh rlip rlip @nm nntpn liaarr @ n_ the line leading to the distributor on the next floor goes through.
As a result of the ease of assembly of the heating system according to the invention this is particularly suitable for installation in prefabricated houses. The necessary Individual parts can then be delivered prefabricated.
Based on the embodiment shown in the drawing the subject matter of the invention will be explained in more detail.
They show: FIG. 1 a heating element of FIG. 1 connected to the distributor heating system according to the invention; Fig. 2 shows a distributor in an enlarged view. The riser or supply pipe coming from the boiler (not shown) is denoted by 1. It leads to the distributor marked 2 and is with whose bottom surface is tightly connected, preferably welded into it. One for Case or boiler leading Return line 3 is in corresponding Way connected to the bottom of another distributor 4. Forward and reverse distributors are designed in the same way. They each have the shape of a flat cylinder with a bottom and top surface and are on their circumference with evenly distributed branches Mistake. These branches are so-called Ermeto fittings, their threaded connectors 5 firmly connected to the jacket of the distributor, preferably welded to it are. On this threaded connector are by means of union nuts 6 to the radiators -7 leading lines 8 screwed on. These lines can be connected by means of clamps 9 be attached to the floor. For the rise and fall line is usually an inch pipe used. The pipes leading from the distributors to the radiators are 3/8 inch insulated copper tubing. The confluence of the climbing or. Case lead into the associated distributor is about 5 cm from its edge. The one to the top Manifold 2 leading riser 1 is in the way through -the lower manifold 4 passed through that this contains a bushing tightly inserted into it, the has a slightly larger inside width than the diameter of the line 1 is. The two Manifolds 2 and 4 are attached to one another at the edge by spot welds. Provided jji radiators are available on another floor, those there are in corresponding Way arranged distributor each by a single line 1 'or 3' with the im distributor arranged below the floor, as shown in FIG. 2 is indicated.
In this case it is necessary to also use the upper distributor 2 a bushing 10 to be provided.
