Definitions
- the invention relates to a heating system which extends over several floors and which is made up of main distributors, floor distributors, connecting and regulating units, each of which is firmly connected to the structure itself and both to one another and to radiators and / or surface heating elements are connected to each other by heating medium lines according to the one-pipe or two-pipe system.
- a heating system is proposed in CH-PS (G-No.) to combine the main distributor, the various floor distributors and the individual parts for connecting radiators with their regulating elements to form prefabricated units. If these prefabricated units are connected to each other by heating medium lines, the system is ready. If the connecting lines are long, thermal expansion must be taken into account. For long vertical lines extending over several floors, it has been proposed in CH-PS 586.367 to use prefabricated floor-length pipes, each with an expansion bend. These pipes are firmly connected to the building or the wall on each floor near the floor. The expansion arch therefore only needs to absorb thermal expansion for a single floor.
- the object of the invention is to simplify and reduce the cost of building the heating system even further.
- heating medium lines between the prefabricated units attached to the structure are at least partially hoses which are able to absorb both construction tolerances and thermal expansions occurring during operation.
- the prefabricated units I comprise vertical pipes 10, 11 for forward and return, which are connected to one another above the floor B by a U-shaped bracket 12 and fastened to the wall, so that fixed points are created for the connections.
- Branch pipes 13, 14 and a control valve 15 for a radiator 40 are welded to the pipes 10, 11.
- the approximately floor-length connection between the units 1 is established by means of the hoses 24, 25. These hoses can either be cut under construction or delivered ready for installation.
- the connection of the pipes to the hoses can either take place by means of screw connectors or the hose can be pushed directly onto the pipe and fastened with a hose clamp. This version is probably the main thing if the hoses in the prefabricated building can be covered, for example in a covered niche.
- FIG. 1 A second embodiment is shown in FIG.
- the floor / ceiling is carried out here using relatively short hoses 26, 27.
- the approximately floor-length connection between the lower ends of the hoses 26, 27 and the upper ends of the connection units I form tubes 30, 31. These can also be prefabricated and do not have to be adjusted in length on the building, because the hoses 26, 27 both bridge construction tolerances and are able to absorb thermal expansion.
- the tubes 30, 31 are each held below the ceiling on the wall, the fastening device 32 being provided with a slotted hole so that it can absorb thermal expansion.
- Each of the two tubes 30, 31 is provided with its own, right-angled tab, the slot holes of which overlap one another. This allows the pipes to expand independently of one another because the temperature of the heating medium in the supply and return lines is different.
- FIG. 3 Another exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG. 3 shown schematically, also for the. horizontal heating medium lines hoses serve as a connection.
- hoses serve as a connection.
- pipes or pipe sections are shown in this scheme by thick straight lines and hoses by thick wavy lines.
- B represents a concrete-floor-ceiling construction. Partitions are designated by W and an outer wall is designated by A.
- the connecting lines between the floors are produced as in FIG. 1 by means of hoses 24, 25.
- the prefabricated units include not only the radiator connection units I already mentioned, but also a floor distributor unit II, which is designed here for three circuits. They are used to connect a radiator 40, a larger radiator 41 and a floor heating pipe coil 42. The three units I are used to connect and regulate the heating elements. The latter unit II is by means of connected to the hoses 24.25. Hoses of different lengths 28, 29 are also used for the horizontally laid heating medium lines for connecting the three units I to the unit II.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heating system which extends over several floors and which is made up of main distributors, floor distributors, connecting and regulating units, each of which is firmly connected to the structure itself and both to one another and to radiators and / or surface heating elements are connected to each other by heating medium lines according to the one-pipe or two-pipe system.
To simplify the work when creating; A heating system is proposed in CH-PS (G-No.) to combine the main distributor, the various floor distributors and the individual parts for connecting radiators with their regulating elements to form prefabricated units.
However, larger construction tolerances must be taken into account by cutting off the amply dimensioned pipes and the pipes must be welded together.
The object of the invention is to simplify and reduce the cost of building the heating system even further.
The invention solves this problem in that heating medium lines between the prefabricated units attached to the structure are at least partially hoses which are able to absorb both construction tolerances and thermal expansions occurring during operation.
In the drawing, some embodiments of the Subject of the invention is shown in simplified form.
In FIG. 1, the prefabricated units I comprise
A second embodiment is shown in FIG. The floor / ceiling is carried out here using relatively
Another exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG. 3 shown schematically, also for the. horizontal heating medium lines hoses serve as a connection. For the sake of clarity, pipes or pipe sections are shown in this scheme by thick straight lines and hoses by thick wavy lines. As in FIGS. 1 and 2, B represents a concrete-floor-ceiling construction. Partitions are designated by W and an outer wall is designated by A. The connecting lines between the floors are produced as in FIG. 1 by means of
The prefabricated units include not only the radiator connection units I already mentioned, but also a floor distributor unit II, which is designed here for three circuits. They are used to connect a
Of course, pipe sections combined with hoses can also be used for these horizontal connecting lines.
If there is talk in this description and in the claims of hoses, this also includes flexible pipes.
