Abstract

Two cylindrical adaptors (13) are attached respectively to the discharge and return connections on the boiler for the hot water supply by means of which the tubes to the radiators may be simply connected to form the circuit. Each adaptor has a set of tapped holes (19) around it, angle downward to receive a set of connectors. Each connector consists of an externally threaded sleeve (20) with a mushroom head, carrying an internally threaded hexagon clamping socket (21) which can receive the threaded portion (23a) of a connecting tube (23) with a convex end to match the concave surface of the mushroom head. All the feed lines (23) are connected to one adaptor, and all the return lines (24) connected to the other. Extra holes can be blanked off by bolts (25).
