Segenstand dieser Anmeldung ist ein Xüchen-Eaushaltgerät für die Zubereitung-von sog. '1S ρ ä t ζ le (" das in seiner neuen Anordnung und Gestaltung dazu dienen soll, die Herstellung dieser Speise wesentlich zu vereinfachen. Haushaltgerate für die Zubereitung dieser Spätzle sind zur Genüge bekannt» Das Gebräuchlichste ist das Durchschlagsieb ajit gelochten ßlechboden,ferner ein ecg.Spätzleschlitten, eine Verrichtung, bei welcher ein mit der Spätzlemasse gefüllter Behälter über eine gelochte Blechplatte gleitet. Bei der eingangs erwähnten Heuerung gingen ?/ir tcg dem Gedanken aus, bei Verwendung des gebräuchlichen Spätzle-Durcheehlagsiebes an diesem eine von Hand~2u bedienende, auswechselbare Drehvorrichtung anzubringen, die es eraiögliqht, rasch und einfach die in dem Durclischlagsieb 'beschickte Spätzle-Teigmasse durch den gelochten Blechboden des Siebes zu drücken. Ferner dteht Rührflügel und Drehvorrichtung gegenüber dem Blechboden des Siebes unter der Einwirkung einer Feder, welche an der Drehachse angebracht ist. Durch einen einfachen Druck ist die Drehvorrichtung vom Durehschl; sieb wieder zu trennen, sodass Sieb und Drehteil· einzeln einer gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen werden können.
