   Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ersetzt sowohl einen Kochlöffel als auch einen Sprudler. 



  Er ist verwendbar zum Butterrühren und Schneeschlagen, als Rührer beim Speckrösten und Kaffeebrennen und besonders geeignet zum Mischen eines Mischgutes. Dabei hat er den Vorteil einer leichten R ? inhaltung und Dauerhaftigkeit, sowie Einfachheit und Billigkeit der Herstellung. 



   Wie die Zeichnung darstellt, besteht er aus zwei starken Drahtbügeln a und b, welche in einen Griff c eingefügt sind. Während der äussere Bügel a starr ist, muss der innere b federnd sein, wodurch erreicht wird, dass beim Rühren beide Bügel am Boden des Gefässes aufliegen können, während beim Quirlen durch das Federn des inneren Bügels b in dem Mischgut eine wirbelnde Bewegung hervorgerufen wird, wodurch eine Mischung leichter vor sich geht.
