Description

  

  Behälter mit luftdicht schliessendem Deckel.    Die Erfindung bezieht sieh auf einen  Behälter, z. B. aus Blech, mit luftdicht  schliessendem Deckel, z. B. für gesundheits  schädliche, feuergefährliche, leicht verdamp  fende oder eintrocknende Waren, wie Öle,  Alkohole, Säuren, Chemikalien, Farben, dann  aber auch für Waren, die ihr Aroma verlie  ren können, wie gebrannter Kaffee, Gewürze  <B>USW.</B>  



  Der neue Behälter besitzt unter anderem  den Vorteil, dass ein zum Beispiel aus Blech  oder     Kunststoff    bestehender Deckel mit von  Hand ausgeübtem Druck in die Schliesslage  gebracht und ebenfalls von Hand wieder ab  gehoben werden kann, und dass eine sichere  und zuverlässige     Abdichtung    herbeigeführt  werden kann.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist als  Ausführungsbeispiel ein Behälter mit Deckel  und dem neuen Verschluss zwischen Deckel  und Topf zum Aufbewahren gebrauchter  Pinsel für Farben, Lacke usw. dargestellt.  Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen     Axialschnitt    des Behälters,         Fig.    2 einen     Grundriss    des Behälters,       Fig.    3 eine Einzelheit im Schnitt und in  gegenüber der     Fig.    1 und 2 grösserem Mass  stab.  



  Der aus Blech bestehende Topf 1 ist an  seinem     obern    Rand mit einer nach aussen ge  richteten     Umbördelung    2 versehen. Auf letz  terer liegt ein Deckel 3. Der Deckel 3 weist  einen Ring 4     mit    einem nach unten ragen  den Flansch 5 auf. Der innere Durchmesser  dieses Flansches 5 ist etwas grösser als der  Aussendurchmesser der     Umbördelung    2. Als  Verlängerung vom Flansch sind zwei fe  dernde Griffe 6 vorgesehen. Die Griffe 6  sind als Rampen ausgebildet, derart, dass sie  bei kräftigem Druck auf den Deckel 3 über  die     Umbördelung    2 springen und den Deckel  fest gegen den     obern    Rand des Topfes an  pressen.

   Auf der     Innenseite    des Ringes ist  eine Gummischeibe 8 vorgesehen. Diese be  sitzt in der Mitte ein Loch 9. Die Scheibe 8  ist mittels eines Ringes 10 und     mittels    Nie  ten 1.1 mit dem Ring 4 fest verbunden. Zwi  schen dem Flansch und dem äussern Rand      des Ringes 10 verbleibt ein Spalt 12, in den  sich die     Umbördelung    2 des Topfes 1 ein  legt. Die     Umbördelung    liegt also gut abdich  tend gegen den Rand der Gummischeibe. Im  zentralen Loch der Gummischeibe sitzt der  Pinsel 13.

   Durch Druck auf einen der Griffe       Ei    in der Richtung des Pfeils I kann der  Deckel leicht vom Topf abgesprengt werden,  insbesondere dann, wenn gleichzeitig ein  Druck gegen den     Topfunterteil    in der Rich  tung des Pfeils     II    ausgeübt wird. Der Unter  teil wird dadurch etwas     ovalgedrückt,    und  die     Umbördelung    2 tritt dabei leichter aus  dem Griff 6 aus, welch letzterer seinerseits  nach aussen federt.  



  Es kann eine Einrichtung vorgesehen  sein, dass eine Mehrzahl von Pinseln in den  Topf eingestellt werden kann, wobei jeder  einzelne verschieden hoch, jedoch immer so  eingestellt werden kann, dass er nicht auf  dem Topfboden aufsteht.  



  Es können für grosse Behälter mehr als  zwei Griffe vorgesehen sein; die Behälter  können runden, ovalen oder vieleckigen  Querschnitt aufweisen.  



  Der Behälter kann auch als Gefäss mit       Einfüllstutzen    ausgebildet sein, welcher  durch einen Deckel luftdicht abzuschliessen ist.

  The pot 1 made of sheet metal is provided on its upper edge with a bead 2 directed outwards. On the latter there is a cover 3. The cover 3 has a ring 4 with a downward protruding flange 5. The inner diameter of this flange 5 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the flange 2. As an extension of the flange, two fe-reducing handles 6 are provided. The handles 6 are designed as ramps in such a way that when there is strong pressure on the lid 3 they jump over the bead 2 and press the lid firmly against the upper edge of the pot.

   A rubber washer 8 is provided on the inside of the ring. This be sitting in the middle of a hole 9. The disc 8 is firmly connected to the ring 4 by means of a ring 10 and 1.1 th by means of Nie. The lower part is thereby somewhat oval-shaped, and the bead 2 emerges more easily from the handle 6, which in turn springs outward.



  A device can be provided that a plurality of brushes can be placed in the pot, each of which can be set to a different height, but always so that it does not stand on the bottom of the pot.



  More than two handles can be provided for large containers; the containers can have round, oval or polygonal cross-sections.



  The container can also be designed as a vessel with a filler neck, which is to be closed airtight by a lid.
