EAA7729V17.5B P.A. 365639 Beschreibung und Schutzanspruch des Universal - Nadelhalter Der Universal-Nadelhalter findet Verwendung in der Zahnarztpraxis und dient zur Aufnahme der Nervnadeln sowie Müllernadeln usw. • Bisher war der Zahnarzt genötigt, die oben angeführten Nadeln mit der Hand in den Mund des Patienten zu führen. Dies ist hauptsächlich bei den hinteren Backenzähnen sehr beschwerlich, ferner besteht bei eventl. Zuckungen des Patienten durch verursachte Schmerzen die Gefahr, dass dem- Arzt die Nadel aus der Hand gleitet und möglicherweise in den Rachen des Patienten fällt. Die Anwendung des Nadelhalters beseitigt diese Nachteile restlos, denn als Winkelstück Konstruiert ist es dem Arzt möglich, mühelos jeden Zahn zu erreichen. Den Halt im Nadelhalter erhalten die Nadeln durch ein ,Spannfutter mit Doppelkonus, sodass es .möglieh ist, Nadeln mit verschiedenen Schaftdurchmesser zu spannen. Siehe Zeichnung'( Teil 1 ) Durch Drücken auf den Enopf am Unterteil des Winkelstückes (Zeichnung Teil 3) wird das Spannfutter entspannt und somit die Nadel freigegeben. Durch Drehen am gerändelten Griff (Zeichnung Teil 2) wird der Nadelhalter nach Einführen in den Nervkanal betätigt. Das Gerät wurde von verschiedenen Zahnärzten in der Praxis ausprobiert und als gut befunden. Ferner ist nachgewiesen, dass noch kein solches oder ähnliches Gerät besteht. Ich beantrage hiermit Schutzanspruch auf :
1.) Das Gerät als solches.
2.) Die Spannvorrichtung der. Nadeln.
3·) Das Winkelgetriebe.
