In
an die Zeitung 18 angeschlossenen Nebenleitung 20.('Safety device for stopping moving parts opposite
an obstacle present in their range of motion. "The invention relates to a
Improvement and further development of a safety device on movable
Parts that may be located in their range of motion by hitting a
Obstacle is triggered. The invention is particularly useful for sliding gates and windows
and shutters, lifting platforms, but also intended for pivoting doors and flaps
is intended to prevent people and objects from being trapped during their closing movement.
A pneumatic safety stop, known per se, is preferred for an electrical one
Actuator. The pneumatic stop causes a soft stop
with reduced risk of injury or damage compared to a hard one
Stop edge. A disadvantage of the pneumatic device, however, is that when
Leak becomes ineffective. To the operational readiness of the facility respectively
To be able to test, one of the pneumatic device is arranged upstream according to the invention
Control device proposed that when actuated instead of the stop
gives the pneumatic trigger pulse of the safety device and in this way
indicates their functionality. Another feature of the invention is such
Combination of the sliding gate control with the control and safety device,
that the movement of the sliding gate can only take place via the latter.
In
the drawing shows the invention in one embodiment, namely
each show schematically: FIG. 1 a vertically movable sliding gate in part
raised position with the associated switching and safety device and
Fig.2 shows a more detailed circuit diagram for the devices of Fig.1. The sliding gate
1 can by means of an electric motor not shown in the drawing between
the frame guides 2 are raised and lowered. For closing the gate takes place
the switching on of the motor by means of a push button switch 34 via a pre-control
V, which reacts to a pressure-sensitive changeover switch U of the safety device
and gate control acts. To prevent people and objects from being trapped,
is an air-filled hose 4 on the lower edge of the gate as a flexible safety stop bar
laid lengthways. The air in the hose initially has the same pressure as the outside air
(about 1 ata). A compressed air line 5 branches off from one end of the bar 4
the one that responds to pressure. Changeover switch U from, whose switching element 6 alternately
can be placed on fixed contacts 7 or 8. The switching element 6 is switched over
by the handlebar 9 of a spring-loaded piston (or a flexural skin) 10, the
the pressure chamber 11 opposite the handlebar is connected to the aforementioned pressure line 5
is. The fixed contacts 7 and 8 lead through newspapers 12 and 13 with relay contacts
15b and 32b to one relay 14 and 15 each. Sub-lines 16 and 17 are each
provided with relay contacts 14a or 14b, 15a. The relay 15 influences the relay contacts
15a and 15b, the relay 14 also influences the relay contacts 14a and 14b
a third relay contact 14c in a line 18, the. to another relay
(Goalscorer) 19 leads. This in turn affects a relay contact 19a in
one
secondary line 20 connected to newspaper 18.
und dieses schließt die Kontakte 32a, 32b und 32e.In the line 18 there is also a manually operated pushbutton switch 21 (emergency stop switch) and a lower limit switch 22, which is closed by the sliding gate, for switching off the sliding gate closing movement. Finally, there is also a newspaper 23 responsible for raising the gate, 1, which influences a relay (gate contactor) 26 with a manually operated pushbutton switch 24 for opening the gate and an upper limit switch 25, which is influenced by the gate a relay contact 26a acts in a secondary line 27: A control device is connected upstream of this safety and control device. It contains a bellows 28 as a pressure wave transmitter, which is connected to the safety strip 4 by a compressed air line 29. The pressure transducer 28 lies in the range of motion of a plunger 31 actuated by an electromagnet 30. The electromagnet 30 is switched on by a relay contact 32a influenced by a relay 32. The relay 32 also influences two further relay contacts 32b and 32e in lines 13 and 18, respectively. In the line 33 of the relay 32 is the pushbutton switch 34, which can also be replaced or supplemented by a remote-controlled automatic switch, for example by a beam-controlled or acoustically controlled switch 35. Line 33 with secondary line 36 for switch 35 and newspapers 12, 13, 18 and 23 with their secondary lines 16, 17, 20 and 27 are connected to network N. The mode of operation of the device described is as follows: By pressing the pushbutton switch 34 or the action of the automatic switch 35, the relay 32 is energized, and this closes the contacts 32a, 32b and 32e.
in Schließlage bleibt.
Tores fortgesetzt. As soon as the contact 32a is closed, the electromagnet 30 receives voltage and attracts. As a result, its plunger 31 exerts a mechanical pressure surge on the pressure transducer 28, which continues as a pressure wave through the newspaper 29 into the stop bar 4, which it just as if the bar was struck against an obstacle, via the line 5 to the Pressure responsive switch U passes on. As long as the pressure wave continues, its switching element 6 is pivoted away from the normally closed contact 7 and applied to the normally open contact 8. As a result, the relay 15 receives power via the path 6, 13, 32b and closes the contacts 15a and 15b, the contact 15a causing a power supply to the relay 15. When the pushbutton switch 34 is released, not only the relay 32 but also the electromagnet 30 is de-energized again. As a result, the switching element 6 also rests on the normally closed contact 7 again. However, as already mentioned, the relay 15 still remains effective, since the contact 15a still remains in the closed position. When the pressure wave subsides, the switching element 6 rests on the normally closed contact 7 again, and the relay 14 is supplied with power via the path 6,7,15b, i.e. via the newspaper 12, with the effect that the relay 14 contacts the contacts 14a and 14c closes and contact 14b opens. When the contact 14b is opened, the relay 15 is de-energized again and drops out, so that the contacts 15a and 15b also open again. The relay 14 remains supplied with current via the newspaper 16. The circuit for the motor contactor 19 is now closed from the mains via the pushbutton switch 21, the Helaiskantakt 32e, the relay contact 14c and the limit switch 22 for the closed position of the door. The motor runs in the closing direction of gate 1, and this moves downwards. The contact 19a associated with the contactor 19 also holds the contactor if the contacts 32a, 32b and 32e open when the relay 32 drops out, which now occurs when the pushbutton switch 34 is released. If the safety strip 4 encounters a resistance when the gate is closed, a pressure wave acts on the pneumatic switch 6. The relay 14 drops out again when the normally closed contact 7 is interrupted and the closing movement of the gate is interrupted (contact 14c). The closing movement of the gate is only continued when the pushbutton switch 34 is subsequently pressed in again and the relays 14 and 15 have finished their work cycle.
The device described and shown can be achieved by installing
further fault memory (blocking relay) improved with additional safety elements
will. The gate control can also be designed in such a way that when
an interruption of the Torschli_-eating movement (e.g. at the security check,
or subsequent to an abutment of the safety strip 4) after removal
the fault cannot continue to close the gate, but can only return to its own
must move upper end position. Finally, by installing additional stop switches
the functional test of the safety device is repeated at any point
will.
