wie
beispielsweise aus @olyltthylen und Polypropylen, eine derartige

diesem Grund'die polyolefinisehen Materialien gegenüber
den
erwähnten. anderen Materialien in ihrer Bedruekbarkeit und
auch
in ihrem Absorptionsvermögen erheblich unterlegen sind;
dir
physira1ische.Behandlung unter Benutzung eines Sandstrahl-
Eebläses
oder schließlich auch andere chemisch* Behandluaasweisen,
wie beispielsweise die Anwendung einer aruadiermittels auf
die Materialoberflächen. Bin Nachteil aller dieser
bisherigen Oberfläaheabehaadlungea
beruhte aber darin, daß
sie dazu neigten, ihre airkrankeit
nicht zu entfalten, wenn
sie zieht unmittelbar nach der horagebung
der Vaterialien zu 1'olien oder Schichten durchgeführt wurden;
polyolefiniseheia Materialien
in ihrer hochmolekularen Struktur
danach schnell wieder abzuziehen,
"Druok paint mass with adhesive strength on polyolefin material"

Efforts concerns the improvement of aboorptioaslcraft
yusd adhesiveness of the materials by physical uxd / or
oh «isohe modification, the surface properties through
Surface treatment. Although: the first-mentioned objective aims at a highly desirable improvement , it has not yet been possible to improve the physical properties of the materials obtained in a satisfactory manner and the results achieved so far are also unsatisfactory from an economic point of view. Can be found with regard to the latter surface treatment that various physical and chemical Behandlunge-retracts, have been developed erfolgreieh * and transferred into practice; It should be mentioned, the chemical surface treatment with oxidizing agents to oxidize the material surfaces or the thermal treatment or, the treatment with a flame, in which the materials are heated with hot air or with infrared rays, furthermore the electrical treatment, for example by spark discharge, dir physira1ische.Behandlung using a sandblasting Eebläses or eventually other chemically * Behandluaasweisen, such as the application of a aruadiermittels on the material surfaces. Bin disadvantage of all these previous Oberfläaheabehaadlungea but was based in the fact that they tended not to develop their airkrankeit when they were pulling immediately after the horagebung Vaterialien to 1'olien or layers performed; Thus, it added, 'that the previously conducted Obarfläehenbehandlunaen for commercial exploitation in general were too expensive, so they do not in many Pällen as applicable' were considered. In addition to the efforts to change the surfaces of the polyolefinic materials to be printed in their high molecular weight structure and also in addition to the efforts to make the surfaces themselves more absorbent through special processing methods , it is also known that an improvement in the carrier materializes which is calibrated ready to serve as gmundbeatand parts of the printing ink is possible and that adhesives are important in view of their widespread utility; This is the reason that extensive investigations in this direction have already been undertaken and that various investigations in the field have already been made . However, it is also a18 considered a difficult problem today, prepare an ink which when Beutzung, for printing a commercially available or, a non-surface-treated polyethylene easy to Zellophanklebetreifenabziehteat survives well, the one of the standard test procedures for quality and value of Bedruokungen applies; This cellophane tape peel test consists in applying a cellophane tape uniformly to the surface of a printed object and then quickly peeling it off again , whereupon it is observed whether and to what extent the: printing color tone of the printed
Surface has been detached.
With extensive examinations carried out by the Zrfindera
based on the point of view described
have been managed to create a composition of the wet paint
to find,. which is particularly suitable for the printing of untreated Polgolefinic holistic materials and thus to create a considerable reading of the pressure ability of the harbmanee.

taohstehrud should ouch example of preferred Ausführungsforsez the effect of inwendvmg DES erfindungegeaäBen% rfahrena accurately described'll :. It is understood, however, that a satisfactory effect is not only achieved when , as stated in the examples , with a color on = ummibanin for printing on untreated polyolefinic high-molecular materials, mainly based on polyethylene or Polypropylene, is used, but also when it is used for other types of paint and also when it is used for printing on other high molecular weight materials, metals, paper and cellophane . Oberflä.chenaktivstoffes with the stated general formula not only for printing inks is useful but these surface-active substance Suoh in other areas, such as other colors and also in adhesives, is also useful, if you use the erfindungegemäßwn Oherflächenaktivstoff, you can get a increased absorption power of the dye provided with it ffe and an improved adhesive strength of the adhesives provided with them. B e i ap ie 1 to 1 were used by Druakfarbenmassen for printing on polyethylene material three samples nämlioh Parbmasae A, Farbmaene collar Parbmaeee 0; All of these color compositions had been prepared on the basis of a rubber color and never consisted of three parts by weight of a cyclic Eautsohuke and one part by weight of pigment; in addition, they never contained a low molecular weight alcohol and a small amount of an aromatic compound; the pentate content was about 40 percent by weight. Was added to each of these three Parbproben a pberflächenaktivstoff having the structural formula Admitted in a length which was in the range of 1 to 5 percent by weight , based on the feather mass of the Parbmanse, in such a way that three different types of l'arbmaasen arose. For comparison purposes, one, same color man was prepared of oberflächenaktivatoffer without Zumiaohung, Weiterzin A film was g of a polyethylene fron low density and a 7olie U prepared which also an consisted of a low density polyethylene, which was, however, subjected to 4ntistatikbehandlung . The antistatic treatment consisted of kneading the Polyäthylenmarne with the Netallealz an amphoteric surfactant Bubetanz having check wirkungevoll proved remarkably as an inner Antistatibmittel, - the latietatikatittel was in polyethylene in a 1% agenverhültnie from 00 Gewiohteprozent incorporated. The printing of these two foils was carried out with the help of the well-known Tielldruckteohnik, then a cellophane tape was applied to each of the printed surfaces in the same wine and then quickly peeled off again, in a uniformly fast wine at a speed of 5 cm per second. It was determined whether and to what extent the printing ink was detached from the printed surface. The browning is given in Table 1 below, in which the amount of harbic mass remaining on the polyethylene film after the cellophane strip pulling test described is given, expressed as a percentage . In the case of the color man with the content of the cationic, amphoteric surface active substance according to the invention, there was no noticeable detachment - the Parbaasse from the surface of the film . also pointed to the verifiable films remarkably high strength of the order Bedruokung. A further comparative test was carried out in such a way that after a smoke treatment in water for three consecutive days, the same test proceed with the films treated in this way
The result obtained was completely in agreement with the result given in Table 1 , ie there was no discernible change in the ratios after the immersion treatment. na also changes over any possible comparison as a result of the Älterung BedruckuMen ibfshrungen to collect the printed sheets were) one month in Ernest space is left even during the j except; However, this calibration showed no Pleckenbildunginfolge of any Auzblühungsn.
