Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine leicht zu reinigende Kühlvorrichtung ftjr Bier und andere Flüssigkeiten, welche verhältnifsmäfsig wenig Raum einnimmt, da sie so eingerichtet ist, dafs die Flüssigkeit einen schneckenähnlichen Weg nach der Mitte des Kühlkörpers und den umgekehrten Weg wieder zurück nach dem FJntrittspunkte machen mufs, wo sie die Vorrichtung verläfst.The subject of the invention is an easy-to-clean cooling device for beer and other fluids which occupy relatively little space, being so arranged is that the liquid follows a snail-like path towards the center of the heat sink and do the opposite way back to the starting point where she leaves the device.

Die schneckenähnlichen Gänge passen sich zweckmäfsig der äufseren Form der Platten an und bilden z. B., wie gezeichnet, Ecken, wenn die Platten eckig gestaltet sind. Die zu kühlende Flüssigkeit tritt durch den Stutzen 5 ein, gelangt in dem Kanäle α allmählich bis zur Mitte der Vorrichtung und tritt hier durch die Oeffnung 0 in den Kanal b über, in dem sie den Weg zurück bis zum Austrittsstutzen n> macht. Die Kühlung erfolgt durch Einbringen der Vorrichtung in einen beliebigen Kühlbehälter. Zwecks gründlicher Reinigung können die Platten von einander gelöst werden. Das Zusammenhalten der Platten kann durch zwei Rahmen r, welche durch Keile, Schrauben oder dergl. angezogen werden, geschehen.
