Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von kornorientierten Siliciumstahlblechen in (110) [001]-Textur
mit hoher magnetischer Induktion, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in Blockform vergossener Siliciumstahl, bestehend aus 0,025 bis
0,085% Kohlenstoff, 2,5 bis 4,0% Silicium, 0,010 bis 0,065% säurelöslichem Aluminium, 0,005 bis
0,050% Schwefel, Rest Eisen, zu einem Blech von 1,5 bis 5 mm Dicke in an sich bekannter Weise
warmgewalzt, dann bei einer Temperatur von 950 bis 1200°C während einer Zeitdauer von 30 Sekunden bis 30 Minuten zur Ausscheidung von mehr
als 0,0020% Stickstoff als AlN geglüht, daraufhin mit einem Verformungsgrad von 81 bis 95% bis
zur vorgesehenen Endstärke kaltgewalzt, anschließend in an sich bekannter Weise bei 750 bis 850°C
entkohlt und einer Schlußglühung oberhalb IOOO0C während einer Dauer von mindestens 5 Stunden
unterworfen wird.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von kornorientierten Siliciumstahlblechen in (110) [OOlj-Textur
mit hoher magnetischer Induktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf 1,5 bis 7 mm
Dicke warmgewalztes Blech vor der Ausscheidungsglühung bei 950 bis 1200° C mit einem Verformungsgrad von 5 bis 40% kaltgewalzt wird.

= 0,99 Watt/kg = 1,30 Watt/kg
Es wurde also ein ganz hervorragendes kornorientiertes Siliciumstahlblech in (110) [001]-Textur erhalten.
Beispiel 3
Ein Siliciumstahlgußblock, der 0,035% Kohlenstoff, 3,00% Silicium, 0,037% säurelösliches Aluminium
und 0,036% Schwefel enthielt, wurde in einem Elektroofen erschmolzen, zu einem Blech mit
einer Stärke von 5 mm warmgewalzt. Das Blech wurde unter einem Verformungsgrad von 30% kaltgewalzt,
