Description

  • Detonationsfähiges wasserhaltiges Sprenggemisch Im Hauptpatent 1 123 963 sind detonationsfähige wäßrige Emulsionen beschrieben, die aus Wasser und flüssigen oder festen Sprengstoffkomponenten mit Hilfe bekannter Emulgatoren als Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsion hergestellt sind. Derartige detonationsfähige Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsionen können bis zu 72 0/0 Wasser enthalten.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die sprengtechnischen Eigenschaften derartiger detonationsfähiger Wasserin-Öl-Emulsionen bedeutend verbessert werden, wenn in dem Wasser Kohlenstoff- und/oder Sauerstoffträger gelöst werden. Als wasserlöslicher Kohlenstoffträger kann z. B. Zucker oder Harnstoff eingesetzt werden, als wasserlöslicher Sauerstoffträger können wasserlösliche Metallsalze, insbesondere Nitrate, Chlorate und Perchlorate, Verwendung finden. Als Sauerstoffträger werden vorzugsweise auch wasserlösliche, organische Sprengstoffe, wie z. B. Äthylendiamindinitrat, in dem Wasser gelöst.
  • Beispiel 1 50 cm3 Sprengöl, 50 cm 3 Zucker-Nitrat-Lösung (Zucker: 34,7°/o; Ca(N03)Z: 27,8°/0; NH,N03:23,60/0; Wasser: 13,9 0/0), 0,5 g Zink-12-oxy-stearat, 1,0 g Collodiumwolle. Bleiblockausbauchung: 335 cm3.
  • Die detonationsfähige wäßrige Emulsion der gleichen Zusammensetzung, aber ohne die in Wasser gelösten Kohlenstoff und Sauerstoffträger, ergab eine Bleiblockausbauchung von 225 cm3.
  • Beispiel 2 50 cm3 Sprengöl, 50 cm3 Äthylendiamindiperchloratlösung (Äthylendiamindiperchlorat : 56,604: Wasser: 43,4 (1/0), 0,5 g Zink-12-oxy-stearat, 1,0 g Collodiumwolle. Bleiblockausbauchung: 525 cm'.

Claims (2)

  1. PATENTANSPRÜCHE: 1. Detonationsfähiges wasserhaltiges Sprenggemisch in Form. einer aus Wasser und flüssigen oder festen Sprengstoffenkomponenten mit Hilfe bekannter Emulgatoren hergestellten Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsion gemäß Hauptpatent 1 123 963, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Wasser Kohlenstoff- und/oder Sauerstoffträger gelöst sind.
  2. 2. Detonationsfähiges wasserhaltiges Sprenggemisch gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als wasserlöslicher Sauerstoffträger wasserlösliche organische Sprengstoffe verwendet sind.
