Um nun wieder die Abtrennmaschine beim Trennvorgang aus ihrer Lage zwischen den Schneldkanten anheben zu können und damit gleichzeitig die nächste Klemme zum Vorschieben in die Krimpstellung auf dem ersten Preßgesenk 94 zu bringen, muß die Abtrennschiene an das Ende eines Trageschlittens 158 gebracht werden, der gleitend gelagert ist. Aus diesem Tragschlitten ragt seitwärts ein Stift 162 heraus, in den wiederum ein Hakenhebel 164 eingreift, der schwenkbar an einem Stift 166 angeordnet ist. Dieser Schwenkstift 166 steht in einer starren Verbindung mit dem zweiten Preßgesenk 116 und wird demzufolge bei einer Aufwärtsbewegung des Preßstempels gleichfalls mit angehoben. Es erfolgt also zwangläufig auch eine Anhebung der niedergedrückten Abtrennschiene durch den Vorschubinechanismus 10 in dem .Augenblick, wo sich der Klemmenstreifen vorwärtsschiebt. Bevor der Krimpungsarbeitsgang einsetzt, ist somit die Abtrennschiene in eine Stellung zurückgeführt, in der sie sich mit dem Streifen in enger Kontaktverbindung befindet, wobei nun die vorderste Klemme in der Krimpstellung festgehalten wird, d. h. gekrimpt werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck tritt der Hakenhebel 164 mit einem seitlich vorspringenden Nockenblock 168 einer stationären Nockenwelle 170 in funktionelle Arbeitsbeziehung und läßt ihn aus seinem Eingriff mit dem Stift 162 in dem Augenblick herausschwingen, wo der Preßstempel kurz vor Erreichung seiner oberen Hubgrenze angelangt ist. Beginnt der Preßstempel seine Aufwärtsbewegung, so weicht der Nocken 168 nach rechts aus (vgl. hierzu ganz besonders Fig. 1) und befreit schließlich den Hakenhebel 164 vom Stift 162. Ist dieser Zustand eingetreten, dann wird eine Zugfeder 176 wirksam, die den Trageschlitten 158 in einen Kanal hinabzieht und dabei die Abt-rennschiene in Kontaktberührung mit dem Streifen bringt. Um eine geeignete Ausrichtung der Abtrennschiene in bezug auf die Schneidkanten 146, 148 gewährleisten zu können, werden für eine solche Kontaktgabe die unteren Seiten der Abtrennschiene zweckmäßigerweise abgeschrägt, während andererseits eine Feder den Hakenhebel 164 gegen den Stift 162 drückt, wodurch Stift und Hebel in eingeklinktem Zustand bei der Abwärtsbewegung des Preßstempels zurückgeführt werden.Before the final crimping of the wire sleeve is tackled, the foremost clamp of the strip has preferably already been severed. Wie sich bei Betrachtung der Fig. 1 ohne weiteres erkennen läßt, gleitet also der untere Teil des Hebels 164 in dem oberen Teil, während -eine Zugfeder 179 die beiden Teile federnd aneinanderdrückt und dabei mit ihrem einen Ende am oberen, mit ihrem anderen Ende an einem im unteren Hebelteil befindlichen Stift 180, der in einem Schlitz 181 bewegbar ist, aufgehängt ist. Bei einer etwa auftretenden Verklemmung der Befestigungseinrichtung kann also der Preßstempel noch eine gewisse Aufwärtsbewegung durchführen, ohne daß infolge der Zugfederausdehnung eine notwendig werdende Bewegung des unteren Hakenhebelteils erforderlich wird. Der Stift 1.80 hat im Schlitz 181 eine relative Bewegungsmöglichkeit und läßt damit eine Entkupplung der Abtrennschiene vom Preßstempel wirksam werden.In the event of a jamming, an automatic release of the coupling existing between the ram and the separating bar must occur. Will man verhindern, daß die Abtrennschiene auf den Draht aufstößt, so wird das durch eine als Drahtführung dienende Nut 184 erreicht, die nämlich als Sicherung dafür vorgesehen ist, daß die obere Abtrennschienenfläche nicht bis unterhalb der Klemmenbasis durch den stempelartigen Druckmechanismus 140 bewegt werden kann. Aus Fig. 2 und 3 läßt sich ohne weiteres leicht erkennen, daß in dem Augenblick, wo die vorderste Klemme in die Krimpstellung bewegt wird, der Klemmenbasisteil über den von den Schneidkanten 146, 148 der Abtrennschiene gebildeten Spalt verläuft. Claims (2)

PATENTANSPROCHE: 1. Maschine zum Befestigen der vorderen Klemme einer Reihe von durch Zwischenglieder miteinander zu einem Streifen vereinigten elektrischen Klemmen auf einem elektrischen Leiter, nach Patent 1099 032, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorschubeinrichtung, die selbsttätig die, vordere Klemme eines Klemmenstreifens in die Aufpreßlage führt, durch eine Abtrennvorrichtung (138, 146, 148) mit einer Abtrennschiene (138) zum Abtrennen der vorderen Klemme vom Streifen, durch eine Einrichtung (162, 158, 176, 164, 168, 170), die nach dem Vorschieben der vorderen Klemme die Abtrennschiene in den Eingriff mit demjenigen Teil des Streifens bewegt, der die beiden vordersten Klemmen miteinander verbindet, wobei die vorderste Klemme während der ersten Arbeitsphase befestigt wird, und durch eine Einrichtung (140), die die Abtrennvorrichtung betätigt, nachdem der einrollende Gesenkteil den hülsenbildenden Teil fest erfaßt hat, wobei der Streifen durchgeschnitten wird. PATENT CLAIM: 1. Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abstützende Gesenkteil in einer langgestreckten, an dem einen Ende schwenkbar (Drehpunkt 102) gelagerten und an dem anderen Ende durch eine Feder (106) abgestützten Schiene angeordnet ist.
