Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Fanggeschirr mit Netz zu schaffen, daß ohne weiteres einen Übergang von der Grandfischerei zur pelagischen Fischerei ermöglicht und damit universell anwendbar ist. Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst worden durch die Kombination eines bekannten Netzes mit im wesentlichen gleich weit vorgezogenem Ober- und Unternetz und gegen den Meeresboden nur schwach gewölbtem Grandtau und ebenfalls bekannten Scherbrettern mit hängenden, bei Grandberührangen durch Änderung der Scherbrettneigung eine erhöhte Auftriebskraft bewirkenden Gewichten. Es ist bekannt, an den Scherbrettern von Grandschleppnetzen Gewichte anzuhängen, um bei Grandberührung durch Veränderung des statischen Gleichgewichtes den Auftrieb zu erhöhen, eine Veränderung der Scherbrettneigung und des dynamischen Auftriebes wird jedoch durch die Grandberührung der angehängten Gewichte nicht hervorgerufen, weil die Kurrleinen nicht oberhalb des Druckmittelpunktes der Scherkraft angreifen. Diese Netze sind daher nur zum Fischen über Grand geeignet. Die bekannten Netze zum pelagischen Fischen dagegen eignen sich nicht zum Fischen über Grand, weil sie gegen den Meeresboden zu stark gewölbt sind und an ihrer tiefsten Stelle bei Grandberührangen übermäßigen Beanspruchungen unterliegen. Wegen seines im wesentlichen gleich weit vorgezogenen Ober- und Unterteiles läßt sich das neue Netz zum Fischen in beliebigen Tiefen verwenden, und es kann wegen der nur flachen Wölbung des Unternetzes auch zur Grundfischerei verwendet werden. Dabei werden Grandberührangen durch die als Umsteuerelemente wirkenden Gewichtspendel an den dem Netz vorauslaufenden Scherbrettern wirksam vermieden. Zum weiteren Schutz des Netzes gegen Grandberührangen können am Grandtau kurze Kettenenden von z.
