Sicherheitsventil mit beliebig hoher Empfindlichkeit Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sicherheitsventil mit einem axial dehnbaren Dichtungsglied, z. B. einem Faltenbalg, das außen vom abzusicherndenDruck beaufschlagt ist und dessen stimseitige Abschlußfläche den Ventilkegel trägt. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Abschlußfläche einen Kragen hat, der gegen das umgebende Ventilgehäuse so viel Spiel hat, daß er sich darin reibungslos bewegen kann, und der zusammen mit dem Ventilgehäuse und dem Dichtungsglied eine Bremskammer bildet.Safety valve with arbitrarily high sensitivity The invention relates to a safety valve with an axially expandable sealing member, e.g. B. a Bellows to which the pressure to be protected is applied and its front side End face carries the valve cone. Der Druck des Betriebsmittels lastet auf der Abschlußfläche 5, an der der Kegel 2 befestigt ist. Die Weichdichtungen 3 sind bei normalem Betriebsdruck auf den im oberen Teil des Abflußstutzens 4 befestigten Sitz gepreßt, und zwar durch die Feder 10. Die Federspannung ist mit Hilfe des einschraubbaren Federstellers 11 so eingestellt, daß sie beim gewünschten Abblasedruck von dem auf der Abschlußfläche 5 wirkenden Druck überwunden wird. Der Federbalg 9 grenzt einen Raum 8 gegen den Atmosphärendruck ab, der im Federgehäuse herrscht. Der Raum 8 ist ebenfalls mit dem Betriebsmittel gefüllt, das sich bei der Bewegung des Ventilkegels 2 über das Spiel 6 zwischen dem Kragen an der Abschlußfläche 5 und dem Gehäuse 13 oder auch über besondere öffnungen in dem Kragen ausgleicht. Das Spiel und die öffnungen wirken also wie eine Flüssigkeitsbremse. Das Spiel ist so gehalten, daß die notwendige Führung gesichert ist, aber möglichst keine Reibung entsteht. Die Außenwand 13 des als Bremskammer dienenden Raumes wird vom Ventilgehäuse gebildet, das im oberen Teil durch ein irtit dem Gehäuse in fester Schraub- oder sonstiger Verbindung stehendes Anschlußstück 12 verschlossen ist, an dem gleichzeitig der Federbalg 9 befestigt ist. Eine Hubbegrenzung 7 begrenzt den Hub des Ventilkegels so, daß keine unzulässige Belastung der Feder und des Federbalgens entsteht. Gleichzeitig dient die als Zylinder ausgebildete Hubbegrenzung zur Führung der Belastungsfeder.The figure shows the design of such a safety valve. B. einem Faltenbalg, das außen vom abzusichemden Druck beaufschlagt ist und dessen stimseitige Abschlußfläche den Ventilkegel trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußfläche (5) einen Kragen hat, der gegen das umgebende Ventilgehäuse (13) so viel Spiel (6) hat, daß er sich darin reibungslos bewegen kann, und der zusammen mit dem Ventflgehäuse (13) und dem Dichtungsglied (9) eine Bremskammer (8) bildet.
