The invention relates to a new type of footwear, which is particularly advantageous due to its flexibility the method of its manufacture.
In the manufacture of footwear, two components in particular have to be taken into account that are useful of the footwear to a large extent, but not necessarily at the same time to the full extent Can be taken into account. On the one hand, there is the requirement that footwear be so durable and to manufacture as stable as possible, which on the other hand opposes the requirement, in the interests of convenience and the good carrying capacity of the footwear to make it as light and flexible as possible. here Attempts have been made in various ways to find an acceptable compromise. As an an example I only want to mention the so-called moccasin design, which is very elastic and therefore comfortable shoe.
. , .. . . ...... ,. ,qThe invention has now set itself the task of creating footwear that meets the requirements set out above in the best possible way, and solves this task by training the shoe that as an interim solution between footwear made using the moccasin style and such a California style can be addressed. . , ... . ......,. , q
It has already been proposed to use midsoles or insoles directly with a raised one Edge to use. However, this should improve the waterproofness of the footwear what the .Material selection for the midsoles influenced in the direction that this solid, stiff Materials were used that make the shoe more rigid and therefore more uncomfortable, but not made more elastic and more comfortable to wear. So, according to the one well-known proposal between the outsole and the insole, an intermediate shoe that is prepared and waterproof can be inserted to make the use of stiff caps superfluous. Another suggestion is an insole are used, which is split in its edge area, with the split-off upper area a forms upwardly curved edge.
B. Oberleder bestehenden Teiles der Brandsohle nach oben abgebogen und mit dem Schaft durch eine Naht verbunden ist, welche parallel zur Laufsohle in gewissem Abstand von deren oberer Randfläche verläuft, SchuhwerkIn contrast, the invention relates to footwear with an insole divided transversely to the longitudinal direction of the shoe, the front part of which is made of soft leather and the rear part of the usual, firm insole leather consists. The characteristic features of the footwear according to the invention are that the edge of the front, made of soft leather, z. B. upper leather according to the existing part of the insole bent at the top and connected to the shaft by a seam which is parallel to the outsole to a certain extent Distance from the upper edge surface runs, footwear

Footwear with a split insole. Is in itself too already known, but there the front half-sole is cut to size. that it cuts off exactly with the edge of the sole und.nicht, as proposed according to the invention, is guided upwards into the shaft area. at According to another known embodiment, an edge of the insole remains in the ball area however, in the further course of the manufacturing process it is also hammered inwards. In the toe area this insole runs with its edge over the edge of the outsole.
To produce the footwear according to the invention, an upper with a conventional lasting allowance is made one with a front insole made of soft upper leather, the edge of which is sharpened according to a pre-drawn one Line that lies a certain distance above the edge of the last to be attached later, tied together. The back cap is then glued in in a manner known per se, the second rear half the insole, which is designed in the usual way, is attached to the last and finally the whole thing is poured in. Now the lasting edge in the front area of the footwear up to the connection seam with the The bent edge of the front half of the insole was coated with an adhesive and after sufficient Drying pinched inward. The other manufacturing processes, e.g. B. the pinching of the shaft in the rear area of the footwear and the

Further features of the invention and the advantages achieved by them emerge from the following Description of the individual manufacturing phases shown in the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 2 ist das Schuhwerk bereits aufgeleistet, inFig. 2, the footwear is already listed, in
Fig. 3 ist der fertige Schuh am Leisten dargestellt,Fig. 3 shows the finished shoe on the last,
Fig. 4 stellt einen Querschnitt durch den vorderen Bereich des Schuhes dar,Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the front area of the shoe,
Fig. 5 zeigt den aufgeleisteten Schuh im Stadium, das er vor dem in Fig. 3 dargestellten endgültigen Zustand einnimmt.FIG. 5 shows the shoe in the stage that it was in before the final state shown in FIG. 3 occupies.
Fig. 5 und 6. A shaft 1 is modeled with a normal, customary lasting allowance. In the front area of this upper is the front part 2 of the semi-insole, which is sharpened all around, made of soft material, z. B. from beef box, quilted according to a pre-drawn line, the seam 3 being created. These When the shaft 1 is later trimmed, the seam line 3 lies at a certain distance above the lower edge 4 of the last 6, see Fig. 5 and 6. The distance is preferably about a finger width. It will such a region 7 of the shaft is formed, which is double-walled and consists of the upwardly bent edge of the front Insole half 2 and the shaft 1 consists. In this area, the lasting allowance 1 'opposite be slightly wider than normal training. The grain side of the front insole 2 points towards the foot. The seam 3 runs out into the shaft edge in the joint area of the shoe.
The heel cap is now glued into the shaft prepared in this way in the normal way, the second half, namely the rear part 5 of the insole, is attached to the underside of the last and finally brought the whole thing in. If the last 6 is stretched over its full length, then the shaft 1 is already completely tweaked in its first stage. Now again in the usual way and Way stapled the heel and pinched the joint. In Fig. 2 the shoe is in this manufacturing stage shown. The front lasting allowance 1 'is shown in Fig. 2 for better identification of the lower one Last edge of the raised area of the burn sole bent. The lower border edge is with a Dotted line 4 indicated. The seam through which the insole half can be seen again at 3 2 is sewn to the shaft 1. The seam 3 must be evenly above at a predetermined height the lower strip edge 4 and found in the joint, as already mentioned, on the shaft edge End.
.Now the front lasting edge 1 'is coated with a sole glue up to the seam 3 and after sufficient Drying pinched on the inside. In Fig. 3, the finished shoe, which is still listed, is shown. This clearly shows the one that runs evenly over the joint area between the upper 1 and the outsole Seam 3 can be seen. Due to the design according to the invention, a region 7 is formed here which is double-walled and with very high elasticity gives the shoe enough strength and support because it Even without a toe cap, it retains its shape and position perfectly even after prolonged use. the Outsole 9 can be in one of the known ways, so z. B. either by gluing or by sewing be attached. .
In der rechten Hälfte ist der fertige SchuhIn Fig. 4 is for a better explanation of the subject of the invention the listed shoe in cross section, in the front area of the footwear shown. The upper 1 is pulled onto the last 6, the front insole 2 made of soft Material is stitched into the shaft by means of the seam 3. This state is in the left area of the figure, which corresponds approximately to the state according to FIG. 2. Shown. In the right half is the finished shoe
Here is the area Γ of the upper already pinched inwards and glued to the front part 2 of the insole. The space between the lasting impacts is filled with ballast 8, and the outsole 9 is applied to the whole.
Die Leistenkante 4 verläuft etwas unterhalb dieser Naht.FIG. 5 once again shows the shoe in the manufacturing stage, such as is shown for example in FIG. Of the Upper 1 is listed on the last 6, the front area 2 of the insole through the seam 3 with the Shank 1 connected. The strip edge 4 runs slightly below this seam.
The design according to the invention results in a highly elastic flexible shoe that fits the foot perfectly adapts, especially with the unrolling step movement, which is extremely comfortable in the Wearing is. Nevertheless, the inventive design of the front part ensures that the Shoe retains its shape and stance even under heavy use, thanks to the doubling of the shaft in its lower edge zone. Where it meets the shoe substructure, there becomes a solidified one, however Nevertheless, a flexible zone is formed, which in a certain way can almost be addressed as a frame. By the formation of the shoe can also eliminate the toe cap. The footwear according to the invention despite the advantages it offers, it can be produced fully mechanically and thus cheaply, whereby, as I said .. the solution is an advantageous compromise between stable but very stiff footwear on the one hand and lighter, but mostly not so durable footwear on the other hand.
