Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur orthopädischen Schuhzurichtung, wobei bei einem Schuh mit einer durch Fußfehlstellung während der Benutzung des Schuhes gebildeten, innenseitig durch eine Eindellung und dgl. beschädigten Sohle, zunächst die alte Laufsohle zumindest größtenteils entfernt wird und wobei anschließend eine neue Laufsohle sowie eine mit einem Ausschnitt für eine Weichbettung im Bereich der Eindellung oder dgl. versehene Zwischensohle, z. Diese Schuhsohle ist insbesondere dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufsohle, die Zwischensohle und die Weichbettung zu einem vorgefertigten Sandwich-Rohling verbunden sind und daß die Weichbettung mit ihrer der Laufsohle abgewandten Oberfläche über die Oberfläche der Zwischensohle zum Zurückdrücken der Eindellung vorsteht. Durch diese Vorfertigung des Sandwich-Rohlings kann dieser besonders günstig in Serie hergestellt werden, wobei dann nur noch wenige Arbeitsgänge erforderlich sind, wenn der Rohling an einen zuzurichtenden Schuh angebracht werden soll. Vorteilhaft ist weiterhin, daß durch den Überstand der Weichbettung die in der Brandsohle durch eine Fußdruckstelle vorhandene Eindellung weitgehend korrigiert werden kann, da beim Verbinden des Sandwich-Rohlings mit der Brandsohle bzw. dem Zwickeinschlag des Schuhes diese Eindellung zurückgedrückt wird, so daß der Schuh von der Innenseite her wieder weitgehend die ursprüngliche Sohlenform annimmt. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun vorgesehen, daß die Laufsohle 2, die Zwischensohle 3 und die Weichbettung 4 zu einem vorgefertigten Sandwich-Rohling verbunden sind. Durch diese Vorfertigung ist eine sehr rationelle, zeit- und kostengünstige Bearbeitung möglich. Um den Sandwich-Rohling für unterschiedliche Schuhgrößen einsetzen zu können, ist dieser mit etwas Überstand und bedarfsweise auch in z. B. drei Grundgrößen vorgefertigt. Nachteilig ist hierbei, daß die Zwischensohle 3 beim Aufbringen die Schuhbiegung etwas verformt, so daß dann das Rundschleifen nicht mehr so erfolgen kann, wie es eigentlich dem Schuhverlauf als Rolle entsprechen würde. Ein gutes Abrollen des Schuhes beim Gehen kann dadurch beeinträchtigt werden, da hierbei während des « Abrollens von einer Fläche zu einer anderen übergegangen wird und dadurch gegebenenfalls ein « Klappern » auftritt.In order to achieve a «rolling off» of the shoe when walking, the sole is formed into a so-called roll at the front and rear end. In den Fig. 1 und 2 sind gut die im vorderen und hinteren Bereich der Schuhsohle 1 angeschliffenen Übergänge 6 erkennbar, wobei in Fig. 2 das hintere Ende etwas hochgebogen dargestellt ist. Durch das Formen der als Schmetterlingsrolle ausgebildeten Zwischensohle 3 von der Laufsohle 2 abgewandten Seite her ergeben sich günstigere Spannungskräfte zwischen dem Schuh und der Sohle, so daß eine praktisch optimale Anpassung an den unbelasteten Schuhverlauf möglich ist. Dadurch ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, daß eine durch einen Fußdruckpunkt vorhandene Eindellung insbesondere im Bereich der Brandsohle 9 (vgl. Fig. 3 bis 6) weitgehend ausgeglichen werden kann. Außerdem steht dadurch ein wesentlich dickeres Druckpolster praktisch als Kompressions-Weichbettung zur Verfügung, das auch über einen längeren Zeitraum besser der Belastung standhält. Der Überstand 13 der Kompressions-Weichbettung 4 über die Zwischensohle 3 ist dabei zweckmäßigerweise dem Maß einer bei der Brandsohle 9 vorhandenen Eindellung angepaßt. Die Weichbettung 4 wird vorteilhafterweise nicht vollfächig mit der Laufohle verklebt sondern es genügt bereits, wenn sie von der Aussparung 5 der Zwischensohle formschlüssig gehalten ist und bedarfsweise durch punktförmige Klebung z. B. mittels eines Doppelklebebandes od. dgl. lagefixiert ist. Diese Art der Befestigung der Weichbettung 4 hat gegegenüber einer vollfächigen Klebung den wesentlichen Vorteil, daß ein Eindringen von Klebstoff in die Polsterung vermieden wird. Auch unter dem Einfluß von Fußdruck, Fußwärme und Feuchte wird damit einem Verhärten und Zusammenkleben der Weichbettung 4 entgegenwirkt, so daß auch die wirksame Benutzungszeit des zugerichteten Schuhes dadurch verlängert ist.A particularly advantageous feature of the invention can also be seen in FIGS. 2 and 5 and 6. In Fig. 4 erkennt man einen im Querschnitt dargestellten Schuh 11, bei dem sich durch eine Fuß- druckstelle eine Eindellung 10 gebildet hat, die bereits zu einer durchgetretenen Laufsohle 2a und Brandsohle 9 geführt hat. In Figur 5 ist der Schuh 11 vorbereitet zum Anbringen des erfindungsgemäßen Sandwich-Rohlings. Dabei ist erkennbar, daß die ursprüngliche Laufsohle 2a abgenommen ist. Die Weichbettung 4 ist so plaziert, daß sie sich im Bereich der Fußdruckstelle und damit auch im Bereich der Eindellung 10 befindet. Wird nun die neue Schuhsohle 1 mit dem Schuh 11 verbunden, so wird zunächst die Eindellung 10 durch die Weichbettung 4 zurückgedrückt, bis sich etwa im Schuhinneren die ursprüngliche Auflageebene 12 einstellt. Man erhält so neben einer Korrektur der Einlaufstelle der Brandsohle auch eine etwas dickere Polsterung, die über einen längeren Zeitraum den auftretenden Belastungen standhält. Neben der in Fig. 1 gezeigten verdeckten Schmetterlingsrolle, können in üblicher Weise auch andere Ausführungsformen z. Claims (5)

1. A method for the orthopedic adaptation of shoes wherein, in a shoe with a sole damaged inside by a dent and the like formed through faulty posture of the foot during use of the shoe, first one removes the old outsole, at least for the most part, and subsequently applies a new outsole as well as an intermediate sole provided with a cut-out for cushioning in the region of the dent or the like. e. g. a butterfly-like roll, and cushioning between the insole and outsole, characterized in that first a sandwich blank is prefabricated by the new outsole (2) being connected to the intermediate sole (3) and cushioning (4) projecting above the intermediate sole being inserted into the cut-out (5) of the latter and that, in the case of a shoe being applied, the sandwich blank is adjusted to the respective shoe at least with respect to its outline and is subsequently connected to the insole (9) and/or remaining layer of outsole and/or to an infolded welt of upper leather (14) of the shoe (11), the deformation of the dent being at least partly reversed by the projecting cushioning.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that for adapting the sandwich blank "further the latter is abraded from the side averted from the outsole (2), particularly in the area of the tip, in order to form a roll and for adaptation to the flexure of the shoe and the like.
3. The shoe sole as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the cushioning (4) is held in a conjugate manner by the cut-out (5) of the intermediate sole (3) and/or is connected to the outsole (2) or intermediate sole (3) preferably by spot adhesion, e. g. by means of double-sided adhesive tape or the like.
5. The shoe sole as claimed in claim 3 or claim 4, characterized in that the slope for forming a roll is provided on the intermediate sole at the upper side thereof averted from the outsole (2).
