Die nachfolgend beschriebene, an Gruben-Sicherheitslampen angebrachte Vorrichtung hat den Zweck, völlig selbstthä'tig das Vorhandensein von gefährlichen Gasen in Bergwerksschächten anzuzeigen. B. während der Nachtzeit oder an einem Tage, an welchem die Schächte unbefahren sind, vor dem Beginn des Einfahrens die Centrale von aufserhalb controliren kann, ob in diesem oder jenem Schacht gefährliche Gase sich entwickelten.In the absence of explosive gases, etc., the plate P 1 is in an inclined position towards the flame F , and the battery circuit is interrupted.
