Abstract
Es wird ein Gassensor zum Nachweis einer Gaskomponente in einem Verbrennungsabgas, mit einem ersten gassensitiven, als Widerstandsbauelement ausgebildeten Halbleiterbauelement und einem zweiten gassensitiven Halbleiterbauelement, vorgeschlagen sowie Abgasreinigungsverfahren zur Reinigung eines Abgases einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einem in einer Abgasleitung der Brennkraftmaschine angeordneten Abgaskatalysator, wobei zur Steuerung des Betriebs des Abgaskatalysators ein Gassensor eingesetzt wird. DOLLAR A Erfindungsgemäß ist das zweite gassensitive Halbleiterbauelement als Feldeffektbauelement ausgebildet; für das Abgasreinigungsverfahren ist vorgesehen, dass zur Erfassung des Stickoxidgehalts im Abgas ein als Widerstandsbauelement ausgeführtes gassensitives Halbleiterbauelement und zur Erfassung der Luftzahl des Abgases ein als Feldeffektbauelement ausgeführtes gassensitives Halbleiterbauelement des Gassensors eingesetzt werden. DOLLAR A Anwendung in Kraftfahrzeugen mit Verbrennungsmotor, insbesondere mit einem Stickoxid-Speicherkatalysator zur Abgasreinigung.
