Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Verbrennung von festen Abfällen in einem Gas-Feststoff-Reaktor werden die Abfälle in eine 550 bis 750 DEG C heiße rotierende Wirbelschicht eingetragen, getrocknet, vergast und teilverbrannt, die Verbrennungsprodukte in einem über der Wirbelschicht befindlichen Freiraum bei 850 bis 930 DEG C nachverbrannt und ein Teilstrom der Verbrennungsgase in die Wirbelschicht zurückgeführt. Um die Absenkung des Chrom(VI)-Gehalts der Verbrennungsrückstände auf < 1,0 mg/kg Rückstand zu gewährleisten, ist vorgesehen, die diese mit, bezogen auf den Chromgehalt, der 2- bis 3-fachen Menge an Eisensulfat und/oder Eisenchlorid und/oder Mangansulfat in Form einer bis zu 30%-igen wässrigen Lösung zu mischen und das Gemisch bei 80 bis 200 DEG C zu homogenisieren.
