Abstract

Vorfußprothese aus thermoplastischem Material, im Halbschuh befindlich nach medial und lateral aufklappbar zur Aufnahme eines keulenförmigen Fußstumpfes. Über Verschlüsse verstellbar. Unterschenkellang im Schienbein und Wadenbereich geschlitzt. Starrelastisch im Sohlenbereich verbunden. U-förmiger Vorfußhebel und dynamische Fußspitze. Die Prothese löst die Aufgabe einer preiswerten individuellen Versorgung.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorfußersatzprothese bestehend aus zwei steigbügelartig verbundenen Schalen, deren u-förmiger Mittelfußteil als Vorfußhebel mit Übergang zur dynamisch beweglichen Fußspitze zu sehen ist.
  • Die nachträglich beschriebene Prothese ist als Interimsprothese ausgelegt, erfüllt aber alle Komponenten einer definitiven Prothese.
  • Das heißt:
    • – gute Stumpibettung, obwohl der Stumpf durch die Malleolen, den Calcaneus evtl. das OS-Navikulare oder diverse Mittelfußknochen keulenförmig ausgebildet ist.
    • – gut abstützender Vorfußhebel
    • – dynamische Abwicklung über die elastische Fußspitze
    • – extrem leichte Prothese
    • – komfortables einfaches Anlegen
  • Üblicherweise wird der Schaft (Unterschenkelfußbettung) individuell am Stumpf des Patienten angepasst. Danach werden Fußteile oder sonstige Bauteile z.B. Mittelfußteil, Fußspitze oder Gelenke am Schaft verklebt oder anderweitig befestigt. Dies sind häufig Fertigteile im Baukastensystem.
  • Da ein Fußstumpf keinen oder nur geringen Höhenunterschied zu der unversehrten Seite aufweist ist dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass nur eine geringe Bauhöhe unter dem Fußstumpf entsteht.
  • Die Erfindung weist all diese Merkmale auf, obwohl sie aus einer einzigen Kunststoff platte im thermoplastischen Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt ist. Lediglich Polsterungen, Verschlüsse und Vorfußausgleich sind mit dem tragenden Schaftelement verklebt.
  • Zur Erfindung:

  • Das Grundelement der Prothese ist aus einem Teil thermoplastisch hergestellt.
  • Unterschenkelteil:
  • Diese besteht aus einer lateralen mit „a„ gekennzeichneten und medialen mit „b„ gekennzeichneten stumpfumschließenden Halbschale, die in einem speziell ausgeformten Fußelement starr-elatisch miteinander verbunden sind. Dieses Element ermöglicht ein Ausklappen der Halbschalen, durch das ein leichtes Einsteigen des kolbenförmigen Stumpfes überhaupt erst möglich ist.
  • Sobald der Stumpf sich in der Prothese befindet, werden die beiden Halbschalen mit zirkulären Verschlüssen am Unterschenkel befestigt. Zeichnung I „c/d„.
  • Dadurch ist der Unterschenkel sicher fixiert. Die druckempfindliche Schienbeinkante liegt in der mit „e„ gekennzeichneten ventralen Öffnung frei.
  • Die dorsale schlitzförmige Öffnung auf Zeichnung IV mit „f„ gekennzeichnet ist lediglich vorhanden, um ein Ausklappen der Halbschalen zu ermöglichen.
  • Fußteil:
  • Die distale im Rückfuß befindliche Stumpibettung besteht aus der Weiterführung der Halbschalen „ a + b" und einem Stumpsbelastungskissen gekennzeichnet auf Zeichnung II „g„ welches das plantare Auftreten des Stumpfes ermöglicht.
  • Da eine gute zirkuläre Fassung des distalen Stumpfes gewährleistet sein muss, verjüngt sich das tragende Mittelfußteil auf eine Breite von ca. 2 cm. Zeichnung III „h„.
  • Um einen statischen Vorfußhebel zu bilden ist es u-förmig nach oben offen ausgebildet. Dadurch ist weiterhin ein Ausklappen der Prothese gesichert. Siehe Zeichnung II „i„ Um ein Abknicken des Vorfußhebels zu vermeiden sind zusätzlich zwei Verstärkungsstege sohlenwärts ausgebildet. Zeichnung II „j„.
  • Im Ballenbereich öffnet sich der u-förmige Vorfußhebel rechtwinklig nach medial und lateral und verläuft plantar flach weiter zur Fußspitze. Da diese Kunststoffplatte hier weder Wölbungen noch Verformungen hat, bildet sie den dynamischen Vorfuß.
  • Kosmetik:
  • Da es sich hier um eine Interimsprothese handelt, spielt die Kosmetik eine untergeordnete Rolle. Sie sollte jedoch nicht ganz außer Acht gelassen werden.
  • Zur Verbesserung der Kosmetik empfiehlt es sich, eine vorfußförmige aus zelligem Schaumstoffbestehende Polsterung im Zehenbereich anzufertigen. Das gleiche gilt für die starken Einbuchtungen im Mittelfußbereich, womit gleichzeitig ein Ausfüllen des Schuhes erreicht wird. Zeichnung II + III schraffiert.
  • Komfort:
  • Die Prothese kann sich beim Anlegen schon in einem Halbschuh befinden, da das Aufklappen durch dessen geringe Schafthöhe nicht behindert wird.

Claims (13)

  1. Vorfußprothese bestehend aus einem stiefelförmigen dünnwandigen Kunstoffkörper, der im Schienbein- „e" und Wadenbereich „f" schlitzförmig offen ist. Der Sohlenbereich ist geschlossen. Der Vorfuß ist angelängt und mit einem Fußersatzteil ausgefüllt. mit verstellbaren Befestigungsbändern „c" und „d" sind Schienbein- und Wadenbereich zirkulär umschlossen.
  2. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass im Fersenbereich die laterale mit „a" und die mediale mit „b" gekennzeichnete Seite steigbügelartig miteinander starrelastisch verbunden ist.
  3. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Mittelfußbereich ein weiterführen der Halbschalen „a" und „b" zu einem u.-förmigen nach oben offenen Vorfußhebel bildet „i". Die Breite der oberen Öffnung „h" ist so groß wie der vordere Schlitz, ca. 2 cm. An der u-förmig verschlossenen Unterseite (plantar) befinden sich Verstärkungsstege „ j", die den Vorfußhebel stabilisieren.
  4. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1 – 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Vorfußbereich ein dynamisches Abrollen der Prothese ermöglicht wird. Der Vorfußhebel verbreitert sich auf eine normale Fußbreite und hat keine nach oben führende tragende Elemente im Zehenbereich.
  5. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Halbschalen „a" und „b" nach lateral und medial aufklappen lassen und ein leichtes Einsteigen mit einem keulenförmigen Stumpf ermöglicht.
  6. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine nur geringe Bauhöhe unterhalb des Fersenbereiches (dünnwandiger Kunststoff und Stumpfbelastungskissen „g") vorhanden ist.
  7. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Belastung der Schienbeinkante durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung „e" ausgeschlossen ist.
  8. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine sichere Fixierung durch Umfassen des Malleolen Ferse und Stumpfbereiches erreicht wird. Ein Herabrutschen der Prothese ist nicht möglich.
  9. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prothese ein sehr geringes Gewicht aufweist.
  10. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein komfortables Anziehen der Prothese möglich ist, da diese nicht zum Ausklappen aus dem Halbschuh genommen werden muß.
  11. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein handelsüblicher Halbschuh getragen werden kann und dadurch eine gute Kosmetik erreicht wird.
  12. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–11 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch thermoplastische Herstellung sehr geringe Produktionskosten entstehen.
  13. Vorfußprothese nach Anspruch 1–12 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prothese aus Kunstoff ist wasserfest und dadurch gut zu reinigen (sterilisierbar).
