So ist aus Fig. 6 und 7 im Vergleich mit Fig. 3 und 4 leicht erkennbar, daß die Herrenausführung im Vergleich zur Damenausführung bedeutend höher und insgesamt schwerer ausgelegt ist. Sie besitzt jedoch den gleichen Griffieil-Schenkelabstand, was auch aus der Identität der Fig. 5 mit Fig. 8 ersichtlich ist. Zudem ist erkennbar, daß die längliche Greifteilzone 14 ein verdrehsichereres Festhalten der Hantel auch in horizontal vorgestreckter Stellung erlaubt. Es ist zu erkennen, daß die Gewichtsteilplatten auf der Griffseite entsprechend dem Griffdurchmesser abgerundet sind, während die Gewichtsplatten dann in Schenkelweiterführung in Griffdurchmesserdicke, wie in Fig. 15 dargestellt oder in sich verbreiternder Form, wie aus Fig. 16 ersichtlich, ausgelegt sein kann. Zudem können an den äußeren Gewichtsteil-Stirnseiten bedarfsweise Zusatzgewichtsteile 25 angebracht werden. Selbstverständlich können statt der runden Griffquerschnitte auch ovale Griffquerschnitte, in gleicher Wahlausrichtung wie bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 6 vorgesehen sein. Claims

1. dumbbell, with a handle part and in each case arranged at the end thereof, at least one weight part, characterized in that the handle part ( 1 ) and the weight parts ( 10 , 20 ) are designed and connected to one another such that the center of gravity of the dumbbell outside the handle part ( 1 ) lies.

2. dumbbell according to claim 1, characterized in that the dumbbell is formed overall U-shaped, the weight parts ( 10 , 20 ) are attached to the handle parts so that you point away from the gripping area ( 2 ) thereof, the pioneering end faces the parts by weight ( 10 , 20 ) lie in the same storage plane ( 7 ) and are provided with a soft elastic support ( 8 ).
