Abstract

The invention relates to a refrigerated goods storage compartment (7) for a household refrigerator (1), with a storage container (10) which has a loading opening (17) for refrigerated goods, and with a separate frame (18) which is attached in the area of the loading opening (17) the storage container (10) is arranged, the frame (18) being designed to be elastically deformable at least in some areas and, due to the deformability, a self-retaining connection (33) can be generated with which the frame (18) is held in position on the storage container (10) in a self-clamping manner and is supported by the self-clamping on the storage container (10) with force. The invention also relates to a door (4) and a household refrigerator (1).

Description

The invention relates to a storage compartment for refrigerated items for a household refrigerator, with a storage container which has a loading opening for items to be cooled, and with a separate frame which is arranged in the area of the loading opening on the storage container. The invention also relates to a door for a household refrigerator and a household refrigerator.

Door racks for household refrigerators are known in a wide variety of designs. They usually have a tub-like container into which food can be placed. Such tub-like containers can be open at the top or be covered by a cover which can be pivotably mounted. The visibility of door racks is usually impaired, in particular the visibility of the food stored therein is then restricted.

From the DE 20 2008 007 362 U1 is a refrigerated goods storage compartment known as a door rack, which has a tub-like container. Furthermore, the storage compartment for refrigerated goods has a separate profile element which encompasses an upper edge of the container on both sides in the attached state. The profile element is designed with a groove into which the upper edge is immersed. In addition, the refrigerated goods storage compartment has separate adapter parts that are designed like clips. These adapter parts are also plugged onto the upper edges of the side walls of the container from above. In the assembled state, they are therefore between the container and the profile element and are used to fasten the profile element. The structure is component-intensive and the profile element forms an outer part, so that the walls of the container are thereby partially covered from the outside.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a refrigerated goods storage compartment, a door and a domestic refrigeration appliance in which a simple and yet secure fastening of the frame to the storage container is achieved.

This object is achieved by a refrigerated goods storage compartment, a door and a household refrigerator according to the independent claims.

One aspect of the invention relates to a refrigerated goods storage compartment for a household refrigerator. The refrigerated goods storage compartment has a storage container. The storage container has a loading opening for introducing and removing items to be cooled. The refrigerated goods storage compartment also has a separate frame from the storage container.

The space is designed to be elastically deformable at least in some areas. Due to this deformability, a self-retaining connection can be produced, with which the frame is held in position on the storage container in a self-clamping manner and is supported on the storage container by the self-clamping force. Such a configuration advantageously provides that no additional fastening elements are required. In addition, such a configuration makes it possible in a particularly advantageous manner that a secure position fixing of the frame on the storage container can be achieved in a simple manner. This self-retaining connection can be produced particularly easily due to the material configuration of the frame and is particularly secure with regard to the mechanical mounting.

In an advantageous embodiment, the frame is designed to be open. Viewed along its longitudinal axis, it has a first end. This first end is part of the self-holding connection. This first end is supported by force on the storage container. A particularly mechanically stable, clamping support of the frame on the storage container can thus be achieved. A particularly effective expansion is achieved in this way. The support forces can thereby be generated particularly advantageously and remain permanent.

It is preferably provided that the frame has a front bracket which is arranged on a front wall of the storage container or rests against it. The frame also has a side bracket. This side bar is oriented at an angle to the front bar. In particular, the side bar ends at one end of the front bar on the latter. In particular, the front bar is oriented at an angle of 90 ° to the front bar. This side bracket, which is in particular shorter than the front bracket, is supported by force on a step which is formed on a side wall of the storage container. The step thus serves as a stop or as a counter bearing in order to be able to clamp or spread the side bracket on it in a stable manner. As a result, the side bracket is supported on the one hand both on this step and on the front wall of the storage container. It is spread between these two components. This enables a particularly efficient self-locking mounting of the frame on the storage container. Since the side bracket represents an end piece or a cantilevered piece of the entire frame, the side bracket is in this regard a particularly advantageous sub-element of the frame in order to form the relevant clamp bracket.

In particular, the frame has two side brackets which open at opposite ends of the front bracket. It is preferably provided that both side brackets are held in position on the storage container in a self-clamping manner and are supported on the storage container by the self-clamping effect. In particular, the storage container thus has two opposite side walls, each of which has a corresponding step. The respective side bracket is supported at the end on these. This symmetrical design of the frame and the symmetrical creation of self-retaining connections enables the frame to be attached to the storage container in a particularly positionally fixed manner by means of this self-clamping, force-loaded support. This avoids unwanted twisting or tilting of the frame on the storage container.

It is preferably provided that the first end is part of the side bar and is arranged facing away from the front bar. The side bracket has a length so that in the assembled state it is held in a self-clamping manner on a storage container between the front wall and the step. The clear width between the front wall and the step, measured in the depth direction of the refrigerated goods storage compartment, is therefore dimensioned so that a side bracket of the frame can only be spread apart by this self-locking positioning. This is done in that the frame is designed to be elastically deformable at least in some areas. This elastic deformability is measured in this depth direction, in which the clear width between the front wall and the step is also measured. In particular, this side bracket is thus designed to be elastically deformable in the direction of its longitudinal extension and thus the longitudinal axis. This means that it can elastically change its length in this direction.

In one embodiment, the frame has a base bracket. Furthermore, the frame has an elastically deformable clamping part. This elastically deformable clamping part is arranged on the base bracket. Such a configuration makes it possible for the base bracket as such to be designed to be invariable in length in the direction of its longitudinal axis. Only this elastically deformable clamping part then has this inherent elastic deformability. Such an elastically deformable clamping part can be made relatively small in this context. It is in particular that component which is then supported directly on the step.

The elastically deformable clamping part is in particular a soft component. It can be formed from an elastomer, for example. It can also be made of silicone.

In an advantageous embodiment it is provided that the clamping part is a separate component which is attached to the base bracket. As a result, on the one hand, the base bracket can be manufactured and manufactured separately and independently of the clamping part. In this way, different manufacturing processes and, in particular, individual material configurations of the two components can be taken into account in the best possible way. In particular, the clamping part is attached to a side bracket of the base bracket. The base bracket is formed in particular by the front bracket and the at least one side bracket, in particular the two opposite side brackets. The base bracket is in particular U-shaped.

In an alternative embodiment it can be provided that the clamping part is also made in one piece with the base bracket. For example, the entire frame can then be a 2K component. The clamping part, which is elastically deformable in itself, can then, for example, be injection molded.

In particular, the clamping part has an elastically deformable contact plate. This protrudes from the top of the side bracket on which the clamping part is arranged. In an advantageous embodiment, the clamping part has a fastening part, in particular if it is a separate component from the base bracket. With this, the clamping part is arranged directly on the side bracket.

The base bracket preferably has a retaining web. This retaining web has a passage or a hole. The clamping part is arranged on the holding web and extends through the implementation. In particular, this is such that the clamping part is located on both sides of the bushing when it is arranged in the final assembled position. In particular, the clamping part is designed as a buffer part.

In an advantageous embodiment, the holding web is arranged or designed as a transverse web at a rear end of the side bracket of the base bracket. By means of such a configuration, an angle part to the side bracket at the rear end of the side bracket is formed, as it were, by the retaining web. This creates an enlarged construction in order to be able to fasten the clamping part to it more securely. It therefore not only has to be attached to a narrow rear edge of the side bar. The stable mounting of the clamping part is improved as a result. As a result, improved holding forces can also be generated. In particular, this configuration with the retaining web also results in an additional elastic deformation option, which is present in addition to the clamping part, in particular with respect to the side bracket of the Base bracket on which the retaining bar is arranged. The retaining web can therefore be resiliently arranged on the side bracket.

The frame preferably has a position stabilizing web. With this position stabilization bar, the position of the frame on the storage container can be stabilized. The position stabilization bar is a separate bar from the holding bar. In particular, it is arranged in a contactless manner with respect to the retaining web. It is precisely the position of the frame in the width direction relative to the storage container that is additionally adjustable and can be maintained in an upright manner.

In an advantageous embodiment, the position stabilization bar is formed on an inside of a side bracket of the frame. The position stabilization bar extends, starting from this inside, obliquely backwards and inwards. The position stabilization bar is viewed to the rear and thus cantilevered when viewed in the direction of a rear wall of the storage container. It thus also has a certain deformation elasticity or pivot elasticity. It thus acts as a kind of spring element.

In particular, the position stabilization bar in the assembled state of the frame on a storage container rests against a transition between a wall section of the storage container, which forms the step, and a further wall section of the storage container adjoining it to the rear. This is a further advantageous embodiment in order to enable the frame to be centered in position, in particular also during assembly, on the storage container. In this context, this transition in particular represents a small-area contact area on which the position stabilizing web can rest and, on the other hand, can also pivot elastically in the best possible way. In particular, a corresponding spring force of the position stabilizing web can thereby also be built up in an advantageous manner. This supports the centered position of the frame on the storage container in a particularly advantageous manner.

In particular, the frame is attached to the storage container with at least one additional snap connection. The snap connection is a separate connection from the self-retaining connection. It is also designed to be functionally and locally different from the self-retaining connection. The snap connection can be formed, for example, between the front bracket of the frame and the front wall of the storage container. Snap hooks can be provided in this regard. This also prevents the front bar, in particular, from being undesirably cambered during self-clamping, preferably the side bar of the frame. An unwanted lifting of the front bracket from the front wall of the storage container is prevented. In particular, the front bar of the frame is held in contact with the front wall by this snap connection. In addition, a side bracket of the frame can also be attached to the storage container with a snap connection in addition to the self-retaining connection.

The storage container preferably has a receiving channel in which the frame is arranged. The receiving channel is formed in an upper area of the front wall and / or by side walls of the storage container. This receiving channel also forms a certain platform on which the frame rests with its underside or its lower edge.

The frame is preferably arranged in an interior of the storage container on the storage container. It is therefore not arranged on the outside of the storage container. Rather, it is covered to the outside by the front wall and the side walls. The storage container can be made transparent at least in the areas in which the frame is arranged. As a result, when looking at the refrigerated goods storage compartment, the attached frame can be recognized from the outside through the front wall and / or the side wall of the storage container.

The frame is arranged on the storage container in the area of the loading opening. The frame is in particular L-shaped when viewed in a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of this frame. Viewed in this cross section, the frame thus has a geometry that is simply angled in this regard. As a result of this L-shape, the frame has a first leg which, when the frame is mounted on the storage container, extends inside the container. The container limits this interior or the receiving volume with walls. The arrangement of the frame is therefore such that this first leg is arranged behind a wall of the container that delimits the interior.

With such a configuration, a simply constructed storage compartment for refrigerated goods can be provided. There are fewer components and the frame is geometrically very simple. In addition, the refrigerated goods storage compartment enables parts of the frame that extend inside the storage container to be deliberately recognized from the outside. This creates the possibility that wall areas of the frame can be provided with additional information, which can then be perceived and identified through the wall behind which this wall area of the frame extends. It is thus a geometry of the frame is created that no longer covers the outer sides of walls of the storage container, as is the case in the prior art. In addition to using the wall areas of the frame that can be seen through the wall of the storage container, in particular this first limb of the L-shape, this also enables a greater number of variants for the storage compartment for refrigerated goods to be achieved. In particular, this allows different decor variants to be produced, which can be recognized through this transparent area of the wall. Nevertheless, through this position of this first leg of the L-shape, this first leg is then also arranged in a protected manner, so that the information display and / or variant formation of a decor display is protected and cannot be permanently impaired, for example cannot be scratched.

A geometrically specified frame is formed by the above-mentioned concept, which is arranged with a first leg of its L-shape lying on the inside in the storage container.

This first leg, which extends inside the storage container, is no longer covered so that it cannot be seen from the outside due to this L-shape of the frame, but is only covered on the outside by the wall of the storage container, which, however, is transparent in the area of the first leg and thus permeable to light in the spectral range that is visible to humans.

Advantageously, the first leg has a height, measured in the height direction of the refrigerated goods storage compartment, which is a maximum of 50%, in particular a maximum of 40%, in particular a maximum of 30% of the height of the wall of the storage container.

The wall of the storage container is preferably single-walled, at least in the area behind which the first leg of the frame extends. This means that the wall does not have a cavity in this area or is not formed from two or more wall parts arranged one behind the other. With this configuration, a compact structure can be achieved and, in particular, the optical and thus clearer and clearer perceptibility of the outside of the first leg through the wall can be made possible.

In an advantageous embodiment it is provided that the first leg of the frame is opaque. It is precisely because of this that a combination is created between transparent and non-transparent areas that are produced by different components of the refrigerated goods storage compartment. The opaque first leg can thus be recognized particularly advantageously through the transparent area of the wall of the storage container. In addition to a very clear and intuitively perceivable information display, a particularly individual decor design of this first leg can also take place in addition to or instead of this, so that a diverse design of variants of a refrigerated goods storage compartment that is flexible with regard to the decor is made possible.

It is preferably provided that a second leg of the L-shape is a roof leg which, in the assembled state of the frame on the storage container, covers an upper edge of walls of this storage container, which delimit the interior, at least partially from above.

In particular, the frame with its L-shape is arranged as an inverted L and thus positioned as an L turned upside down. Due to the above-mentioned advantageous embodiment, in which the second leg of the L-shape is oriented as a horizontal roof leg, the upper edge of the walls is thus protected by this frame. Nevertheless, this L-shape has a configuration such that an outside of a wall and in particular a front wall of this storage container is no longer covered by the frame and thus the outside of the wall, in particular the front wall of the storage container, is exposed up to this upper edge and is not covered on the outside by the frame. This enables the first leg to be recognized particularly extensively through the transparent area of this wall, in particular the front wall of the storage container.

It is preferably provided that the second leg of the L-shape is designed to be tapered towards its free end. This means that the second leg is thicker when it joins the first leg than at the end facing away from the first leg. With this configuration, the frame is made more filigree precisely in the area and the structure is reduced in the height of the refrigerated goods storage compartment. In particular, it is provided that an upper side of this second leg facing away from the first leg is designed to be inclined at an angle. In particular, this inclination of this upper side is such that, coming from the first leg of the L-shape, it slopes downwards to this front free end. When viewing the refrigerated goods storage compartment from the front and thus in the depth direction of the refrigerated goods storage compartment, this obliquely inclined upper side of the second leg can be seen or the inclination then faces the observer.

The frame is preferably formed in one piece, in particular from plastic.

It can be provided that the frame, in particular on the outside facing the wall of the storage container, has a coating. This coating can be designed both materially and individually in terms of color and / or structure. This results in a wide variety of different decor variants.

In particular, due to the specific geometry of the frame and the positioning, a “behind-the-glass effect” is achieved for this first leg of the frame. With regard to a coating, diverse configurations can be provided, for example also painting or chrome plating.

Since the specific shape of the frame, namely as an L-shape, also makes it very compact, space can also be saved here. The frame no longer slips over the upper edge of the storage compartment walls in the form of a bead, but is also arranged in a very filigree manner here.

It is advantageously provided that the frame, viewed in the direction of its longitudinal axis, is U-shaped. By means of such a configuration, it can on the one hand be attached to the storage container in a stable position. This is because not only is there a straight frame strip, but this U-shape enables it to be attached to at least two walls of the storage container that extend in different planes. On the other hand, this U-shape does not form a circumferentially closed frame that would be relatively expensive to attach to the storage container in terms of assembly technology. Due to the open frame shape, the frame as such is also flexible to a certain extent, so that assembly on the storage container is simplified. Manufacturing tolerances can be compensated for in a simplified manner by the assembly.

In particular, the storage container is designed as a shell or tub which, in addition to a base, has a front wall, two opposite side walls and a back wall. The interior and thus the storage volume of the storage container is limited by the front wall, the side walls and the rear wall as well as the floor. The loading opening of the storage container is limited by the upper edges of the rear wall, the front wall and the side walls.

The frame is thus arranged in an advantageous manner only on a front wall and side walls of the storage container adjoining the front wall. This also saves material on the one hand, which reduces the weight of the refrigerated goods storage compartment and, on the other hand, enables the compactness of the entire refrigerated goods storage compartment.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a door for a household refrigerator with at least one refrigerated goods storage compartment according to the above-mentioned aspect or an advantageous embodiment thereof. In such a configuration, the refrigerated goods storage compartment is preferably designed as a door storage compartment. This can preferably be arranged non-destructively detachable on an inner wall of the door.

It can also be provided that at least one side of the storage container and / or the frame, in particular a front side of the first leg of the frame, is painted or colored or is hot-stamped. The holding bridge 27 stands on the left edge of the side bar 20th cantilevered in the direction of width inwards from the side bracket 20th away.
