Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator 'with a shelf for refrigerated goods.

Refrigerating appliances, such as Refrigerators, are typically divided by shelves, drawers or the like., Which increase the storage area or storage area in the refrigerator and allow better organization of the stored refrigerated goods in the refrigerator. In some refrigerators, the intermediate floors can be pushed onto projections in the side walls of the interior of the refrigerator. By inserting or removing the shelves, the storage area in the refrigerator can be varied. The disadvantage here, however, is that this insertion or removal of the intermediate floors is relatively complex and further requires a separate storage of the removed shelves.

The EP 1 278 035 B1 discloses a flat first component in a refrigerator to which, in a resting state, a flat second component bears, which can be guided obliquely forwardly guided by guide grooves.

The EP 0 917 639 B1 apparently a bottle holder, the storage means are formed by substantially U-shaped angled mounting bracket, which are mounted at their free leg ends on the underside of the intermediate floor pivotally to the loading direction and pivotally connected by a largely rigid coupling element.

The U.S. Patent 4,528,825 discloses a refrigerator with a storage grid, which is rotatably coupled via two rotary elements to arms which are fixed to the rear wall of the refrigerator.

Ferner offenbart die US 2009/0058247 A1 einen Aufklappboden für Kühlschränke gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.Further, the US 2009/0058247 A1 a hinged floor for refrigerators according to the preamble of claim 1.

The JP 07-035469 A discloses a height-adjustable floor for a refrigerator, and the CN 101 614 463 A discloses a bottle holder for a refrigerator with a hinged bracket.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device for storing refrigerated goods in a refrigerator, which can be provided in a simple manner and which can be produced inexpensively.

This is achieved by a refrigeration device according to claim 1.

A refrigeration appliance is understood in particular to mean a household refrigerating appliance,
So a refrigeration device that is used for household management in households or possibly even in the catering sector, and in particular serves to store food and / or drinks in household quantities at certain temperatures, such as a refrigerator, a freezer, a Kühlgefrierkombination or a wine storage cabinet.

According to one aspect, a refrigeration device with an intermediate floor for dividing a storage space in the refrigerator, a shelf for refrigerated goods, a holder by means of which the tray, for example, between a folded position and a deployed position, is pivotally mounted on the intermediate bottom, and a guide provided by means which the holder is guided guided along a side edge of the false bottom. "Edge edges" are understood here in particular the edges of the shorter sides of a rectangular intermediate floor.

Thus, the tray can be made larger than is the case when the holder is not slidable along the side edge of the false bottom. More specifically, the length of the side edges of the tray may be e.g. be extended by an amount corresponding to the length of the guide, without the shelf in the folded or unfolded state protrudes beyond the false floor. With this configuration, therefore, the storage area can be increased on the tray in the unfolded state.

The guide is provided on a support element, on which the intermediate floor rests. Such a support element thus fulfills two functions, namely to form a protective support for the intermediate floor and to provide a bearing for brackets below the false floor.

The guide comprises a guide groove provided in the support element. Furthermore, the guide comprises a guide projection provided on the support element. Furthermore, the guide projection has a curved section, in particular in its front region.

The guide can be designed such that the holder is pivotable only at one end of the guide with respect to the intermediate bottom. For example, the holder may be aligned at the rear end of the guide parallel to the intermediate bottom and be pivotable at the front end of the guide with respect to the intermediate bottom. It can thus be realized a mechanism by means of which the tray can be pushed in the folded position to save space parallel to the intermediate floor to the rear, and is pivotable downwards when the holder along the false floor is pulled forward.

The guide projection may have, in particular in its rear region, a section which is parallel to the intermediate bottom.

The support element can rest on projections provided on side walls of the refrigeration device. Furthermore, the support element may be formed as a rail, which runs along a side edge of the intermediate bottom. Such a rail can be easily manufactured and mounted on the intermediate floor. Furthermore, it is therefore not necessary to provide the intermediate bottom with recesses for the storage of the headband. The support element may have an at least partially U-shaped profile, which surrounds the side edge of the intermediate bottom. Thus, that protects Support element the intermediate floor from damage during installation. This is particularly advantageous if the intermediate bottom is formed as a glass plate.

An upper side of the tray may have structured serin, and in particular rounded hollows. Such structuring prevents the rolling down of bottles or similar cylindrical objects.

As a holder, for example, two headband may be provided, which simplifies the production and keeps costs low. The tray can be locked with parallel to the intermediate bottom portions of the headband.

Furthermore, a latching means can be provided, by means of which the holder can be held in the unfolded position. For example, may be provided as a latching means a detent which is disposed opposite a front end of the guide projection.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view through a refrigerator 100 with a storage device 110 for storing refrigerated goods according to a first embodiment in the unfolded state, and Fig. 2 an exploded view of the storage device 110 in the folded state. This storage device 110 has an intermediate bottom 120, a shelf 130, serving as a holder headband 140, serving as a support element support frame 150, and provided in the support frame 150 guides 160. The intermediate bottom 120 is, for example, rectangular and subdivides the storage space in the refrigeration device 100. The intermediate bottom 120 can be manufactured, for example, as a glass plate, which has the advantage that refrigerated goods stored on the shelf 130 under the intermediate bottom 120 are thus visible through the intermediate bottom 120. Alternatively, it may also be made of plastic, such as polypropylene, or the like. The intermediate bottom 120 rests on the support frame 150 and may be glued to it, for example. The support rails 151 are attached to the two side edges of the intermediate floor 120. In this example, two brackets 140 are provided as a holder 140, which the tray 130 on the support rails 151 and thus on
Holding intermediate shelf 120. The brackets 140 can be guided by the guides 160 are displaced in the horizontal direction and tilted about parallel to the longitudinal edges of the intermediate bottom 120 arranged rotary axes. Thus, the tray 130 can be moved between an unfolded state as in FIG Fig. 1 shown, and pivoted a folded state. This is based on the FIGS. 3 to 8 explained in more detail.

Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the storage device 110 in the folded state, Fig. 4 shows a detailed view of the folding mechanism of the storage device 110 in Fig. 3 . Fig. 5 shows a further perspective view of the storage device in the folded state, Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the storage device in the unfolded state, Fig. 7 shows a detailed view of the folding mechanism of the storage device in Fig. 6 , and Fig. 8 shows a further perspective view of the storage device in the unfolded state.

The support frame 150, which may for example be made of ABS or polypropylene, has in this embodiment, three narrow support rails 151, see Fig. 2 which are arranged along the two short edges and one long edge of a rectangle. Of the two short support rails 151, a substantially rectangular guide rail 152 protrudes downwards in each case. The guide rails 152 are spaced a certain distance from the side edges of the intermediate floor 102 and the support rails 151 arranged therebelow, so that between the guide rails 152 and the side edges, a region is provided, with which the storage device 110 can be mounted on projections on the the interior space limiting side walls of the refrigeration device 100 are provided. From the rear support rail 151, a protective strip 153 projects upwards, which prevents refrigerated goods are pushed back against an evaporator provided on the rear wall.

In each of the two guide rails 152 two guides 160 are provided for guiding the headband 140. In the present example, each of the guides 160 has a guide groove 161 and a guide projection 161. The guide grooves 161 are formed as parallel to the intermediate bottom recesses in the guide rail 152. On the back of the guide rails 152 are arranged in each case substantially rectangular receiving boxes 163 behind the guide grooves 161. Below each guide groove 161, a guide projection 162 is arranged. The guide projection 162 has a rear portion 162a which is disposed below a rear end of the guide groove 161 parallel to the same, a middle portion 162b which terminates in the rear portion 162a and is bent slightly downward toward the front, and a front portion Section 162c, which adjoins the central portion 161 b and points vertically downwards, see Fig. 5 ,

The retaining clips 140 may be made of aluminum or a suitable plastic, such as polypropylene or the like. The ends of the retaining clips 140 are inserted into the receiving boxes 163 through the guide grooves 161 so that the guide grooves 161 together with the guide projections 162 serve as bearings for the retaining clips. The retaining clips 140 each have an elongate horizontal section, which is arranged parallel to the intermediate bottom 120. On these horizontal sections, the tray 130 is mounted, which in the present example as a storage tray is trained. The tray 130 may be made of polypropylene, ABS or other suitable plastic, or may be provided as a glass plate.

The tray 130 is rectangular and has at its front edge to an angled forward angle portion 131, which rests on the front bracket 140. At the bottom of this angular portion 131 may be provided a recess which is pivotally connected to the front bracket 140. Furthermore, locking means may be provided which allow a locking of the front edge of the support in the front bracket 140. In a rear region of the tray 130, a guide 132 is provided on the underside of the tray 130 parallel to the longitudinal edges, on which the rear bracket 140 rests. This guide 132 can also be designed such that it allows latching with the rear retaining bracket 140 and an articulated guiding thereof.

The tray 130 is thus supported between a folded position and a deployed position pivotally mounted on the intermediate bottom 120. In the folded position, see FIGS. 2 to 5 , the brackets 140 are arranged in a plane parallel to the intermediate floor 120 level and the tray 130 is located just below the false floor 120 or even at this. In this state, the ends of the headband 140 bear against the rear end of the guide grooves 161. The adjoining the ends of the retaining clip 140 strap sections lie on the guide projections 162, so that in this state, the headband 140 is not folded down, but only parallel to the intermediate bottom 120 along the guide 160 can be moved. Further, the front edge of the tray 130, so the front of the angle section 131 is flush below the front edge of the intermediate floor 120 or a few millimeters behind it. Thus, the tray 130 is stowed space-saving under the intermediate floor 120.

To unfold the tray 130 this is first pulled forward. The ends of the retaining clips 140 are thus guided by the guide 160 and pushed along the side edges of the intermediate bottom 120 to the front until they reach the front end of the guide groove 161. In this state, in which the tray 130 now protrudes a little way over the front edge of the intermediate bottom 120, the guide projection 162 no longer limits the rotation of the retaining clip 140 so that it now swung down and the shelf can be folded down. It turns out in the FIGS. 6 to 8 illustrated state.

In this state, the retaining clips 140 abut against the vertically extending front sections 161c of the guide projections, which thus serve as a stop and limit the rotation of the retaining clips 140 to the rear. It can also be provided locking means which cause a snap in the unfolded position.

In the unfolded state, the front edge of the tray 130 is disposed approximately below the front end of the front guide groove 161. In contrast, the rear edge of the tray 130 is disposed approximately below the trailing edge of the intermediate bottom 120, which corresponds approximately to the rear end of the rear guide groove 161. It can thus be seen that the tray 130 can be made larger than is the case when the retaining clips 140 are not displaced along the side edge of the intermediate bottom 120. More specifically, the length of the side edges of the tray 130 may be extended by an amount corresponding to the length of the guide grooves 161 without the tray 130 protruding beyond the intermediate bottom 120 in the folded or unfolded state. With this configuration, therefore, the storage area can be increased on the tray 130 in the unfolded state.

Furthermore, the storage device 110 according to this embodiment can be provided with little effort. All parts can be produced inexpensively and for assembly, only the tray 130 must be locked from above with the brackets 140 and then inserted into the guide grooves 161.

Further, the guides 160 are spaced from a side edge of the intermediate bottom 120 in the lateral direction. This allows a fold-out storage device even in a construction in which the intermediate bottom 120 rests on provided in the side walls of the interior of the refrigerator 100 projections.

The top of the tray 130 may be structured, for example, side by side troughs arranged parallel to the side edges of the tray 130 may be formed thereon. Thus, it can be achieved that on the tray 130 placed cans or bottles do not roll sideways. Of course, there are others too Structuring, such as a suitable pattern of surveys and / or depressions possible. Furthermore, it is also possible that the tray 130 is structured on one side and unstructured on the other side, or also has different textures on both sides and can optionally be fastened with one of the two sides up on the retaining clips 140. Thus, the structuring of the tray 130 can be adapted to the refrigerated goods to be stored.

The FIGS. 9 to 12 show a storage device according to a second embodiment. It shows Fig. 9 a perspective view of a storage device according to this second embodiment, Fig. 10 shows a detail of another perspective view of the storage device in the unfolded state, Fig. 11A shows a cross section through the storage device in the folded state, Fig. 11B shows an enlarged section Fig. 11A . Fig. 11C shows a cross section through the storage device in the unfolded state, and Fig. 11 D shows an enlarged section Fig. 11C , To avoid repetition, elements that are functionally identical to those of the first embodiment are identified by the same reference numerals and are not explained in detail. The same applies to the following embodiments.

The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment mainly in that, instead of a circumferential support frame, two separate support rails 200 are provided along the two side edges of the intermediate floor 120. The support rails 130 may be made of plastic, for example, ABS or polypropylene. It is possible to first manufacture the support rails 200 as two separate components and then to slide them onto the side edges of the intermediate floor 120. Furthermore, it is also possible to form the support rails 200 in that at least the side edges of the intermediate bottom 120 are encapsulated with polypropylene or the like. However, the separate provision of the support rails 200 is advantageous in that the support rails 200 can be released again from the intermediate bottom 120. At the front edge of the intermediate floor 120, a decorative strip 210 and on the rear side, a protective strip 220 may be provided with a lip, which prevents refrigerated goods is pushed to the evaporator.

The support rails 200 have a front portion and a rear portion. In the front section, the support rails 200 each have a U-shaped profile 201 which engages around the side edge of the intermediate bottom 120. At the lower leg of this U-shaped profile 201 is followed by a guide receptacle 202, in which a guide 160 is formed with a guide groove 161 and a guide projection 162. The rear portion is formed as a simple bar, with the bottom of this bar also a guide receptacle 202 connects, in which a guide 160 is formed with a guide groove 161 and a guide projection 162. For better guidance, a guide projection 164 can also be formed above the guide groove 161. The front and rear portions of the support rail 200 are connected by a rail portion 204 which may be provided with a structure on its underside for ease of assembly handling. Also in this embodiment, the guide projection 162 is divided into three sections, the rear section being arranged parallel to the intermediate floor 120 and the front section perpendicular thereto. Further, at the front of the guide receptacle 202 opposite the front portion of the guide projection 162, a retaining lug 205 is provided, with which the retaining bracket 140 is held in the unfolded state.

The folding mechanism of this second embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment. Again, the tray 130 is in the folded state near the intermediate bottom 120 and the headband 140 are arranged parallel to the intermediate bottom 120. To unfold the tray 130 is pulled forward and while the headband 140 are pushed along the guide 161 forward. Have the headband 140 reaches the front end, then they are turned down and thus the tray 130 is pivoted.

There are similar advantages to those of the first embodiment in the possibility of providing a larger tray 130 than in the case of a configuration without guiding the headband 140. Furthermore, this embodiment has the advantage that the support rails 200 at least partially engage around the side edge of the intermediate bottom 120. Thus, the support rails 200 protect the intermediate bottom 120 from damage during assembly. This is particularly advantageous if the intermediate bottom 120 is formed as a glass plate.

Furthermore, the support rails 200 are mechanically connected to the intermediate bottom 120, so that it is not necessary to bond them to the intermediate bottom 120 with an adhesive, and vapors of such an adhesive can be avoided.

The FIGS. 12 to 14 show a storage device according to a third embodiment. It shows Fig. 12 a perspective view of a storage device according to this third embodiment in the folded state, Fig. 13 a perspective view of the storage device in the unfolded state, and Fig. 14 a perspective view of the storage device in the unfolded state with stored thereon 500 refrigerated goods.

The third embodiment differs from the first and second embodiments primarily in that a circumferential receiving frame 300 is provided, in which the intermediate bottom 120 is received and by means of which it can be placed on projections in the side walls in the interior of the refrigerator 100. From the underside of the receiving frame 300 extend rectangular guide rails 310, in which guides are formed, which are designed similar to the first embodiment. Also, the headband 140 and the tray 130 are designed as in the first embodiment.

There are similar advantages to those of the first embodiment in the possibility of providing a larger tray 130 than in the case of a configuration without guiding the headband 140. Furthermore, this embodiment offers the advantage that the receiving frame 300 surrounds the side edge of the intermediate bottom 120 from all four sides. Thus, the receiving frame 300 protects the intermediate bottom 120 better against damage during assembly. This is particularly advantageous if the intermediate bottom 120 is formed as a glass plate.

The FIGS. 15 and 16 show a storage device according to a fourth embodiment. It shows Fig. 15 a perspective view of a storage device according to the fourth embodiment in the folded state, and Fig. 16 shows a perspective view of the storage device in the unfolded state.

The fourth embodiment differs from the first embodiment mainly in the configuration of the tray 400. Thus, the tray 400 of this embodiment has a plurality, e.g. six parallel to the side edges of the tray 400 arranged strip-shaped elevations 410 with a substantially rectangular or trapezoidal profile. Between these elevations 410, a corresponding number of recesses 420 is arranged. The elevations 410 and depressions 420 thus define receptacles in which bottles, cans or similar cylindrical refrigerated goods can be received. Furthermore, 400 may be provided between the elevations 410 at the rear edge of the tray 400 back walls 430, which rise, for example, up to half the height of the elevations 410. The tray 400 may be made, for example, by injection molding of a suitable plastic, or be made by a pressing process of aluminum or the like.

There are similar advantages to those of the first embodiment in the possibility of providing a larger tray 400 than in the case of a configuration without guiding the headband 140.
