Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschattungsanordnung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a shading arrangement having the features of the preamble of
A shading arrangement is known from practice, which is used in a motor vehicle, for example, to shade a transparent roof section, which can be formed by a glass cover of a sunroof arrangement. As a shading element, the shading arrangement comprises a shading web, which can be formed from a foldable, flat textile material and can in particular be wound onto a rotatably mounted winding shaft or unwound from the winding shaft in order to shade the corresponding transparent roof section. For actuation, the shading arrangement has a pull bow, which is connected to a transverse edge of the shading sheet extending in the transverse direction of the roof. With its transverse edge facing away from the pull bow, the shading sheet is fixed to the winding shaft, which consequently represents a fixing element for the shading sheet. The shading sheet is wound onto the winding shaft to form a roll which requires a large amount of installation space in the vehicle roof, particularly in the vertical direction of the vehicle, which is at the expense of the headroom for the vehicle occupants.
The invention is based on the object of creating a shading arrangement designed according to the type mentioned in the introduction, which requires little installation space at right angles to the plane of the shading track.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the shading arrangement having the features of
In the shading arrangement according to the invention, the shading web, by means of which a transparent roof section or the like can be shaded, is deflected at a deflection element extending in the transverse direction. When the shading track is adjusted, this deflection element is displaced in the longitudinal direction of the shading arrangement, i.e. in the direction of the adjustment of the shading track. The receiving space, which represents the storage space for the shading web, can be flat, since the shading web is only deflected once at the deflection element and is therefore present in two layers and the shading web does not have to be wound up into a roll.
In the shading arrangement according to the invention, the deflection element is coupled to the pull bow via at least one coupling element, so that a displacement of the pull bow in the longitudinal direction leads to a positively controlled displacement of the deflection element in the longitudinal direction. The pull bow is usually the element of the shading arrangement that is motorized or manually driven. The drive movement of the pull bow is transmitted to the deflection element via the coupling element.
In an alternative embodiment of the shading arrangement according to the invention, it is also conceivable for the deflection element to be pretensioned by means of a spring arrangement counter to the extension direction of the shading sheet. When the shading track is adjusted into the shading position, the deflection element is then pulled against the spring force in the direction of the vehicle section to be shaded. When the shading track is adjusted to the release position, the deflection element automatically moves in the opposite direction due to the spring force. The shading track is kept taut in the longitudinal direction by the spring arrangement.
In a preferred embodiment of the shading arrangement according to the invention, the coupling element, which couples the deflection element to the pull bow, is a drive cable which, in particular, has teeth. The drive cable can be driven by an electric motor and in particular can also be connected to the pull bow so that it is its drive cable.
In order to create a defined operative connection between the coupling element and the deflection element, the deflection element, which can be a shaft extending in the transverse direction, can have a coupling element at each of its two ends, which is coupled to the respective coupling element.
For example, the coupling links with which the deflection element is provided are each formed from a gear wheel. The gear wheels can be connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the deflection element or the shaft or can also be rotatably mounted on the deflection element or the shaft. Slippage can be counteracted by the rotatable mounting of the gear wheels.
The gear wheels, which are arranged on the deflection element or the shaft, preferably each engage in a toothing fixed to the vehicle, so that they roll on these toothings when the pull bow is actuated. Thus, a clear positioning and guidance of the gears and the deflection element is guaranteed.
So that there is no slippage between the deflection element and the shading track, the gear wheel in a preferred embodiment of the shading arrangement according to the invention has a pitch circle diameter that corresponds to a diameter of the shaft in an area in which the shading track is deflected on the shaft.
The fixing element, which is used to fix the transverse edge of the shading web facing away from the pull bow, is preferably a fixing mirror which extends in the transverse direction and can be rotatably mounted. However, the fixing element can also be a fixed cross member.
In order to be able to keep the shading sheet under tension in the longitudinal direction or in the pull-out direction, in a preferred embodiment the fixing element is pretensioned by means of a spring arrangement counter to the pulling-out direction of the shading sheet. For example, a winding spring is provided for this purpose, which pretensions the fixing element designed as a fixing bow in a winding direction, so that the shading membrane is tensioned in the longitudinal direction. Alternatively, it is also conceivable for the fixing element to be pretensioned in the direction in which the shading membrane is pulled out and for this purpose to be guided in a slot bearing, for example. Furthermore, it is also conceivable that a spring wire is provided on the fixing element, which extends through a fabric loop of the shading membrane and thus keeps the shading membrane under tension in the longitudinal direction.
The shading track is preferably guided with its longitudinal edges in guide tracks of guide rails which are arranged fixed to the vehicle or body. In particular, the guide tracks are arranged on both sides of the vehicle section to be shaded. As a result, the shading membrane can also be kept under tension in the transverse direction in the area to be shaded.
The subject matter of the invention is also a vehicle roof with a roof opening, which includes a shading arrangement of the type described above.
Further advantages and advantageous configurations of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the description, the drawing and the patent claims.
