Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a stackable, manually movable transport trolley with a chassis, a sliding device, a brake and a storage area for goods, luggage or the like. The invention also relates to a basket for storing objects.

Such trolleys are known from the prior art in the form of what are known as luggage trolleys. They are usually equipped with three or four rollers and have a storage area. There are bars on which a sliding device is arranged. The car is usually equipped with a brake that can be released by pressing down the sliding device. The EP 1 590 224 B1 shows, for example, a car with a braking device. An L-shaped release part is provided on the underside of the storage area. This release part enables the braking device of the car to be released when the same car is stacked one inside the other, so that a row of carriages can be moved in a simple manner. In particular, the braking device is released by lifting a brake release device, which is designed, for example, in the form of a web. The web is arranged in operative connection with the brake linkage and directed into the inside of the car.

In addition, such trolleys are usually equipped with a basket made of wire, which is used to store hand luggage or other smaller items. This basket is arranged on the inside of the bars and preferably also has flat signs that can be attached in an exchangeable manner.

The object of the present invention is to provide an improved trolley and an improved basket.

The invention solves the problem with the features in claim 1. According to this, a stackable transport trolley that can be moved by hand is equipped with a chassis, with rollers being arranged on the chassis, the chassis being equipped with struts extending upwards which carry a pushing device, whereby a brake can also be released via the pushing device, the chassis has a storage area for goods, luggage or the like, wherein an upper basket is provided and wherein the trolley is further equipped with at least one node, which has an attachment area for carrying a spar and wherein two walls are provided on the attachment area, which provide a space for a braking device form, this space is protected by a top cover which has an opening for receiving the spar and encloses the spar.

In this way, a simplified arrangement of the spar can be ensured and, furthermore, this additional stabilization can be used to reduce the aluminum profile used as the spar. The two parts of the spar and the storage area as parts of the chassis are preferably also welded to one another.

Furthermore, the cover can have a predominantly horizontal and a slightly inclined area, wherein the opening for receiving the spar can preferably be provided in the predominantly horizontal area. The cover thus offers sufficient space to accommodate the spar. Furthermore, the shape of the cover does not interfere with the stacking process or when the trolley is pushed.

Two different types of release parts can be used here. A release part can be provided that allows lifting of a front, identical, stacked car. Furthermore, the brake release device can have a flat region which is provided for arranging the brake release device on the inner wall. The inner wall has an opening to enable the braking device and the brake release device to interact.

In this case, the brake release device can have an area which extends into the interior of the carriage and which is directly in operative connection with the release part for releasing the brake. This ensures that the brake can be easily released when two or more trolleys are stacked.

This basket can be produced as an element which can be easily assembled and which can be plugged into one another or clamped. The use of an extruded aluminum profile on the wide side walls allows the basket to be lightweight and, depending on requirements, flexible in size.
