Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stackable, manually movable transport carriage having a carriage, a pusher, a brake and a storage area for goods, luggage or the like. Furthermore, the invention relates to a basket for storing goods.
Background
Such vehicles are known from the prior art in the form of so-called baggage carriages. The transport carriages are usually equipped with three or four rollers and have a resting area. A beam is provided on which the displacement device is arranged. The vehicles are mostly provided with brakes which can be released by pressing down on the displacement device. EP 1590224B 1, for example, proposes a vehicle with a brake device. An L-shaped trigger component is arranged at the lower side of the placing area. The triggering element enables the braking of the same car to be released when the cars are stacked on top of each other, so that a train can be moved in a simple manner. The brake release device is released in particular by lifting the brake release device, which is embodied, for example, in the form of a tab. The web is arranged in operative connection with the brake link and points into the interior of the vehicle.
The vehicle may furthermore have a joint. Such a joint piece is disclosed for example in EP 0722846B 1. The joint member is located on a back side of the frame. Two joint pieces are used for carrying the beam on the one hand. The beam is inserted into the socket from above. Two walls are also provided, which are intended to carry wheels. The socket is part of an extruded profile, wherein the fastening region of the socket is hollow. A space for receiving a portion of the brake device is provided between the wall and the wheel outside each of the fixing areas.
The resting areas for luggage, goods and the like are constituted by rods which are part of an extruded profile. The beam of the car is also part of the extruded profile. Alternatively, a tube or another hollow profile can be considered.
Typically at least the socket, and the bar and beam are also made of aluminum material.
Furthermore, the carts are usually equipped with baskets made of wire for storing carry-on luggage or other smaller items. The basket is arranged on the inner side of the beam and preferably has an additional floor-like cover, which can be placed in a replaceable manner.
Furthermore, EP 2230150B 1 describes a transport vehicle with a front clamp. The cart is equipped with the clip and prevents the boxes, bags or other items from undesirably slipping off.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide an improved transport vehicle and an improved basket.
The invention solves the object by the features of claim 1. The stackable hand-movable transport cart is therefore equipped with a cart frame, wherein rollers are arranged on the cart frame, wherein the cart frame is equipped with an upwardly standing beam which carries a pusher mechanism, wherein a brake can also be triggered by the pusher mechanism, wherein the cart frame has a resting region for goods, luggage or the like, wherein an upper basket is provided, wherein the cart is furthermore equipped with at least one joint part which has a fastening region for carrying the beam, wherein two walls are provided on the fastening region, which walls form a space for the brake mechanism, wherein the space is protected by an upper cover which has an opening for receiving the beam and which surrounds the beam.
This ensures a simplified arrangement of the beam and, in addition, reduces the number of aluminum profiles used as beams by means of the additional stabilization. The two parts, i.e. the beam and the resting area, as parts of the frame, are preferably additionally welded to one another.
The brake device can be protected by an upper cover. Damage or contamination can be prevented.
The cover can be made of plastic and can be arranged on the wall in a replaceable or fixed position.
Furthermore, the cover may have a mainly horizontal area and a slightly inclined area, wherein the opening for receiving the beam may preferably be provided in the mainly horizontal area. The cover thereby provides a face sufficient for receiving the beam. The shape of the cover is furthermore not disturbed during the stacking process nor during the pushing of the vehicle.
It is also conceivable for the trigger element to be arranged on the underside of the lever of the placement region.
Two different types of triggering means can be used here. A triggering element can be provided which enables the lifting of the front, identical, stacked vehicle. However, it is also possible to provide a triggering element which actuates the brake release device and releases the brakes of the vehicle in front. In both embodiments, the carts can be moved in a simple manner in a stack and in a column.
It can be shown to be expedient for the brake release device to be arranged on the inner wall. The brake release device thus functions without interference during the displacement.
Furthermore, the brake release device may have a flat region, which is provided for arranging the brake release device on the inner wall. The inner wall has an opening to enable the brake means to interact with the brake release means.
The brake release device can have a region which extends into the vehicle interior and is directly operatively connected to the triggering element for releasing the brake. This ensures that the brake can be easily released in a stacked state of two or more vehicles.
Furthermore, the vehicle can be equipped with a reversing clip in the front region.
The invention further solves the object by means of the features of claim 10. A basket for a transport vehicle is therefore provided.
The basket can be manufactured as easily engageable elements that can be plugged or clamped to each other. The use of extruded aluminium profiles enables a low weight on the wide side walls and a flexible basket size as required. Furthermore, the use of signboards and/or advertising is contemplated. The sign or advertisement may be replaceably arranged, e.g. glued.
The side walls made of plastic, preferably PP, allow easy assembly, advantageous production and, if necessary, rapid replacement.
In order to ensure stability, it may prove expedient to provide at least one reinforcing rib in the side part made of plastic.
A bottom portion provided with openings reduces material usage and thus weight. The bottom part is provided by, for example, a plastic, sheet or wire part. Furthermore, contamination of the basket can be prevented thereby.
The basket can be provided cost-effectively by means of the more simplified product type. Additional stiffening elements may be eliminated. Different materials, such as in particular aluminum and plastic, can also be used.
The beam can be additionally fixed and stabilized in particular in a receptacle provided in the narrow side section.
Preferably, the components and here in particular the side portions of the basket are additionally fixed by means of fixing elements.
The basket size in the range of 18 to 20 litres is advantageous and provides sufficient space for storing smaller items.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a stackable and manually movable transport carriage 10 having a carriage 20. The frame 20 is equipped with an upwardly standing beam 24. Beam 24 carries a pusher jack 30. The brake 90 can be released by pressing down on the displacement device 30. The frame 20 has a resting area 22 for goods, luggage and/or the like. The rollers 80 are disposed on the frame 20. The illustrated transporter 10 has three rollers 80. Other numbers of rollers, such as four or five rollers, are contemplated.
The triggering element 40 correspondingly lifts the roller of the previously moving vehicle, so that a train can be moved in a simple manner.
The basket 70 is disposed in the upper region. The basket receives and surrounds beam 24. The beam 24 extends into a joint 60 that receives the roller 80 and surrounds the brake 92. The fastening region 62 is provided in particular for the carrier bar 24. Two walls 63 are arranged on the fastening area 62, which walls form a space 64 for the braking device 92.
The space 64 is protected by an upper cover 65. The cover 64 has an opening 69 for receiving the beam 24. Furthermore, the opening 69 surrounds the beam 24. The cover 65 is preferably made of plastic and is arranged on or at the wall 63 in a replaceable or fixed position. The cover 65 is formed by a mainly horizontal area and slightly inclined areas (66, 67), wherein an opening 69 for receiving the beam 24 is provided in the mainly horizontal area 66.
The triggering part 40 is arranged on the underside of the lever 28 of the resting area 22. The bar 28 is preferably manufactured as an aluminium profile which may have the cross-section shown in fig. 9. Material savings in the range of about 20 to 40% can be achieved compared to conventional aluminium profiles. In particular a reduction of the wall thickness from 3mm to 2mm, for example. Furthermore, openings for the grooves 110 are provided, which can receive the crash profiles 100. This furthermore reduces the material usage. The resisting torque can be increased by the geometry shown in fig. 9, so that the wall thickness can be correspondingly reduced. The weight of the vehicle can be reduced by the reduced use of material, so that the movement of the vehicle can be improved in an advantageous manner. In addition, the production costs can be reduced.
In the region of the joint element 60, a crash profile 100 is arranged in the lower region. The same crash profile 100 is preferred, which is inserted into the groove 110. The crash profile 100 preferably ends in the region of the adapter 60 and is arranged in a stationary manner on the adapter. Rivets are provided for this purpose. Plastic, for example PU, is provided as material for the crash profile 100. For the entire car 10, 10' a length of approximately 1600mm of the crash profile 100 is used.
The trigger member 40 is shown in fig. 2 and 3. The trigger part is L-shaped. The trigger part has a core 42 which is provided with a recess 41 for saving material. The recess 41 is of a quadrangular design. Additional shapes are contemplated. Furthermore, a cover 43 is provided, which is preferably made of an elastic material, for example plastic. The cover 43 can be replaceably plugged onto the trigger part 40 and fixed. Easy replacement is possible.
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the transport carriage 10'. The transporter has a flip clip 50. Furthermore, a triggering element 44 is provided, which is designed to be operatively connected to a brake release device 94, so that the brake device 92 or the brake 90 can be released. The triggering element 44 is likewise arranged in a stationary manner on the underside of the lever 28 of the placement area 22.
Fig. 5a, b, c show a specific mode of action of the brake release device 94 with the trigger part 44. In fig. 5a, the truck 10' is braked. The brake release device 94 is disposed on the inner wall 63 a. In particular, it has a flat region 96, which is provided for arranging the brake release device 94 on the inner wall 63 a. The flat region 96 is mounted so as to be movable. The opening 68 is provided as a guide.
FIG. 5b illustrates that the brake 90 is released, for example, when the second vehicle 10' is pushed in. To this end, the brake release device 94 has an area 98 that extends into the interior of the truck 10'. This region is directly operatively connected to the triggering element 44 for releasing the brake 90.
The triggering part 44 is equipped with a stop that limits the movement of the vehicle 10' behind. This is shown in fig. 5 c. The stop acts directly on an area 98 extending into the interior of the truck 10 'and lifts the brake 90 via a lever mechanism, thereby releasing the brake 90 and moving the truck 10'.
Fig. 6a again shows the braked vehicle 10'. In fig. 6b, the brake is released.
Figure 7 shows basket 70 having two wide side portions 72 and two narrow side portions 74. In the narrow side sections 74, receiving means 76 for the beam 24 are provided. Preferably, the wide side portions 72 are made of extruded aluminum profiles and the narrow side portions 74 are made of plastic.
Fig. 8 shows the same basket 70, which is broken down into individual components. All parts are plugged or clamped into each other and preferably fixed by means of bolts. The bottom portion 77 is provided with an opening 78. The opposite wide side portions 72 may be formed from the same aluminum profile or a different aluminum profile as shown.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the truck 10' has a roll-over clamp 50. For use, the flip clip opens into a nearly vertical state. In this position, the clip 50 protects the items located on the truck 10' from falling off.
The clips 50 are positioned in a forward region of the truck 10'. For this purpose, means 52 for receiving the clip 50 are provided in the front region of the wagon 10' between the two bars 29 inside the resting region 22. Clip 50 may also be positioned afterwards if desired. The device 52 makes it possible for the clamp 50 to be mounted so as to be able to move in a rotating manner. Fig. 10 shows the use of bit states.
The area between the two rods 29 provides sufficient space for arranging a device 52 for receiving the clip 50, as can be seen from fig. 11. An exchangeable or positionally fixed arrangement may be selected. In particular, the holding area of the front roller 80, which is likewise arranged between the two rods 29, but below the resting area 22, also brings sufficient space for arranging the means 52 for receiving the clip 50. The holding region 54 of the device 52 provides a sufficient level so that the device 52 is permanently and/or replaceably arranged on the upper side of the roller receptacle.
Two rods 29 are also used for the fixing means 52. The preferably oval embodiment based on the rod 29 here uses in particular the inner wall of the rod 29 accordingly. The device 52 can be arranged permanently and/or replaceably inside the rod 29 in a simple manner.
As can be seen from fig. 12, the two central rods 29 are spaced apart, so that the clip 50 can be reliably retained between the two rods 29 in the non-use position. The clip 50 has a slight corner, see for example fig. 14. The angled portion is preferably designed such that the angled region is not located above the upper edge of the rod 29 in the unused state. The clip 50 thus functions without interference even when the resting area 22 of the truck 10' is loaded. The lower region of the clip 50 acts like a stop by means of the slight bend. The lower region of the clip 50 can be moved until it strikes against the holding region 54 of the device 52. The holding region 54 of the device 52 thus finally forms a stop for the clip 50. This is shown in fig. 15.
This prevents the clip 50 from reaching deeper into the vehicle interior or, in the worst case, from rubbing off on the ground. The arrangement between the two rods 29 furthermore provides a guide for the clip 50. Slip can be avoided. The possibility of clip 50 occupying the wrong bit state may also be eliminated.
The unused bit state of clip 50 is shown in fig. 12 and 13. The clip is supported between two rods 29. Due to the slight angle in the upper region of the clip 50, it is supported in the upper region partially below the resting region 22 and below the lever 29 in the unused position. The clips function without interference when identical carts 10, 10' are stacked.
The function of the toggle clamp 50 is configured here such that a spring 56 arranged inside the shaft is preloaded with torsion. The desired effect is thereby achieved that there is always an upwardly standing clip 50. When stacking identical carts 10, 10', the clip 50 can then be flipped down in a simple manner in the direction of the cart center against the resistance of the spring 56. When the carriage 10, 10 'is removed from the train of identical carriages 10, 10', the clamp 50 is then turned back into its use position again on the basis of the preset spring 56. By means of this construction, there is no longer any pinch point when the clip 50 is turned upwards.
The holding region 54 can be mounted in a simple manner on a conventional frame of the vehicle 10, 10'. Embodiments that maintain the level of the region 54 have been shown to be advantageous. Perforations are preferably provided here. The perforations are used to receive a retaining device 52 of the clip 50 on the frame 20 of the truck 10', for example by means of a bolted or riveted connection. In addition to the holding region 54, a receptacle for a spring 56 and a protective device 58 are provided. The receptacle 58 is a cylindrical cover for the spring 56, which provides sufficient protection for the spring 56. The holding region 54 is preferably configured in the shape of a square and is arranged in a stationary manner on the receptacle 58.
In addition, additional fastening devices 59 are provided, which likewise serve to ensure a permanent and/or positionally fixed mounting of the device 52 on the vehicle frame 20 or the roller receptacles.
As can also be seen from fig. 14, 15 and 16, the clip 50 is made of round wire. The clip is fixedly seated on the receptacle 58 and acts directly on the spring 56.
The device 52 is thus preferably formed at least by the holding region 54, a receptacle 58 for the spring 56, which is arranged on the device 52, and a fixing device 59, which provides for the arrangement of the device on the frame 20 of the vehicle 10, 10'.
As can also be seen from fig. 14 to 16, two semicircular bends 53 are provided, which have circular perforations 55. Two opposing perforations 55 receive receiving portions 58 of springs 56. The opposing bores 55 are of the same size and are designed in such a way that they can be used for the cylindrical receiving portion 58 received by the spring 56 and ensure a rotational movement of the receiving portion 58. The bend 53 furthermore provides additional mounting on the rod 29.
As can be seen from fig. 16, the spring 56 is arranged on the end cap 51, which is in operative connection with the receptacle 58. A cylindrical pin 57 secures the end cap 51 with the spring 56 in a receptacle 58 for the spring 56. For this purpose, the end cap 51 has a corresponding opening. Furthermore, the receiving portion 58 also has a corresponding opening, which is likewise provided for inserting the pin 57 for fixing the spring 56. The dimensions, i.e. the length and the cross section, of the pin 57 are different here.
