Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a child seat for a stackable trolley.

Stackable transport vehicles, in particular shopping trolleys, are already known from the prior art. Such transport vehicles have in particular a chassis with rollers and with bars. At the spars a basket is arranged, which is usually made of wire or plastic. Furthermore, the chassis is equipped with a push handle on which a Münzpfandschloss can be attached. Also, such trolleys usually have a loading platform on which, for example, crates can be parked.

Such a dolly is for example from the DE 10 2014 101 504 A1 known. Other trolleys are for example from the US 2010/0327545 A1 , of the CN 202669890 U as well as the ES 1 114 605 known.

With the connection of the rollers to the chassis in such transport vehicles, for example, the EP 0 760 295 B1 , the US 7,350,269 B2 , the US 2014/0137368 A1 just to name a few examples.

From the EP 1 451 053 B1 is known a child seat for a shopping cart, which is formed of plastic and consists of a seat and two stationary interconnected components that form a backrest.

It is the object of the present invention to develop a child seat for a trolley of the type mentioned in an advantageous manner, in particular to the effect that it can be simple and at the same time stable and durable equipped, especially in training of the child seat by plastic.

This object is achieved by a child seat with the features of claim 1.

The stackable transport cart may in particular be a stackable shopping cart.

The invention is based on the idea to provide a comparatively simple designed support frame that can be easily manufactured and then provide on the support frame by means of a wire frame, which can be created by easy to be bent wires, a way by which the basket carried on the support frame can be. This makes it easy to build a stackable trolley and thereby significantly reduce the manufacturing cost of the stackable trolley. The wire frame can be formed, for example, by bending wires. The wires to be used may be, for example, galvanized steel wires, which may have a thickness between 8-20 mm. It is conceivable, for example, to choose a wire thickness between 10-15 mm, preferably between 12-14 mm, in particular about 13 mm.

In particular, it is conceivable that the support frame is U-shaped. By the U-shaped configuration of the support frame, it is for example possible to create the support frame by cutting to length of semi-finished products, such as pipes, and then bending the support frame U-shaped. This allows easy deployment of the support frame and by the use of z. B. semi-finished a cost-effective production is possible.

Furthermore, it can be provided that in the assembled state of the trolley, the free ends of the support frame are arranged on the rear side of the trolley. Such a design allows a good stackability, since in this way another trolley in connection with the stacking of the trolleys can be easily inserted into an already parked trolley. The opening of the U-shaped support frame thus also serves to receive the transport carriage to be inserted.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the support frame is located only in one plane. This means in particular that the bending of the support frame takes place only in a single plane, whereby a complex shape of the support frame is avoided. For example, a costly reworking and / or heat treatment of the support frame is avoided, but it is sufficient to edit the base material of the support frame accordingly, in particular to bend to create the shape of the support frame.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the wire frame has two wire brackets, which rest on the support frame. This allows a simple construction of the chassis, namely on the one hand a ground plane, which is provided by the support frame and then building a wire frame through the two wire bracket, thereby enabling the corresponding structure, which has the task to carry the basket.

The two wire bow can be formed substantially U-shaped. In this context, it is also conceivable that the two wire hoops have substantially only one bend in a single plane or that only a small part is out of the bending plane of the wire hoop extends. This allows a simple shaping of the wire hanger, which simplifies the growth of the wire frame.

In addition, it can be provided that the wire hanger have at least three straight sections. This ensures that a stable structure for the wire frame can be brought about. In addition, it can be provided that in the assembled state, the basket is at least partially placed on the central portion of the wire bracket. This makes it possible to support the basket not only selectively, but also over a greater distance, which improves the overall stability of the entire trolley.

It is also conceivable that the wire hanger are arranged at the free ends of the support frame. In this pipe section, at least partially, a first free end of a wire bracket can be used. As a result, the positioning of the wire bracket is facilitated relative to the support frame during assembly. In addition, the stability of the construction is improved by the inclusion of a free end of the wire bracket in the pipe section.

A second free end of a wire bracket may rest on the support frame. There, this free end may be welded on the support frame, for example.

In the pipe section can be partially used an element of a roller connection of a roller of the trolley. As a result, several functions are taken over by the pipe section and thereby enables a weight reduction through functional integration into a component of the trolley.

In a further possible embodiment of the invention can be provided that the wire frame further comprises a wire frame with two towering basket mounting brackets. As a result, a simple and secure attachment of the basket is made possible on the wire frame. This bow-like structure is well suited to absorb the loading forces transmitted through the basket.

The height of the basket mounting brackets can be selected depending on the basket size. It is also conceivable that the size of the basket attachment bracket is always identical, and only the size of the basket and the corresponding counterpart of the basket, which is placed on the basket attachment bracket, is adjusted accordingly.

The two basket mounting bracket can be V-shaped. The V-structure allows a secure connection of the basket to the wire frame and at the same time a uniform force transmission from the basket into the wire frame. It is conceivable, in particular, that the legs of the V-shape are narrowed. As a result, a certain rigidity and increased stability is achieved. Also, larger forces can be transmitted.

In particular, it can be provided that the tips of the basket mounting bracket ends in the mounted state of the basket on the basket mounting brackets below the handle.
