Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rahmenanordnung für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit mindestens zwei Längsträgern, mit mindestens einem direkt oder indirekt mit dem Längsträger verbundenen Querträger, wobei der Querträger Dehn-Ausgleichsmittel in Form von Profilvertiefungen aufweist.The invention relates to a frame arrangement for a motor vehicle with at least two side members, with at least one cross member connected directly or indirectly to the side member, the cross member having expansion compensation means in the form of profile depressions.
Es ist seit geraumer Zeit bekannt, stoßbelastete Bauteile einer Karosserie eines Kraftfahrzeuges und hierbei insbesondere eine Rahmenanordnung des Kraftfahrzeuges Anstoßenergie absorbierend auszubilden. Hierbei hat es sich als negativ erwiesen, dass bei einer asymmetrischen Belastung aufgrund eines Crashs, das heißt lediglich ein Längsträger der beiden Längsträger der Rahmenanordnung wird belastet, auf den belasteten Längsträger eine Lateralkraft ausgeübt wird, sodass dieser Längsträger nicht axial in Spur faltet, was zu einer Intrusion einer Schottwand führen kann und sich sehr negativ auf das Fachverhalten im Anschluss an den Crash auswirken kann. Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 dadurch gelöst, dass die Dehn-Ausgleichsmittel als U- oder V-förmige Profilvertiefungen ausgebildet sind, wobei jeweils eine Profilvertiefung, also insgesamt zwei U- oder V-förmige Profilvertiefungen unmittelbar an einer zum gegenüber gelegenen Längsträger gerichteten Längsträgerseite vorgesehen ist.
