Die Schnittstellen zur Energieversorgung, Signalübertragung und Späneentsorgung sind bei allen Bearbeitungsmaschinen am gleichen Ort platziert. Die Leitungen können mit Steckkupplungen einfach verbunden und bei Bedarf wieder gelöst werden, so dass die Fertigungsanlage mit geringem Aufwand abgewandelt werden kann. Für die bodenseitige Verankerung der Bearbeitungsmaschinen sind speziell dafür ausgestaltete Zentriermittel vorgesehen. Die Bearbeitungsmaschinen sind weitestgehend mit identischen Baugruppen aufgebaut. Dies betrifft die Maschinengestelle, die Werkstückspindeln, die diesen zugeordneten Spindelschlitten, den Werkstücktransport und das Be- und Entladen. Dadurch dass die Bearbeitungsmaschinen im Wesentlichen baugleich und zudem identische Baugruppen aufweisen, können diese besonders kostengünstig hergestellt und betrieben werden, insbesondere dann, wenn beispielsweise in einer Produktionslinie für unterschiedliche Flanschteile mehrere Fertigungsanlagen nebeneinander stehen.According to an advantageous aspect of the invention, the production plant is constructed with standardized processing machines.
