Die Erfindung beinhaltet eine Schutzplatte, die anhängerseitig unterhalb der Auflaufbremsvorrichtung angebracht ist. Sie braucht nicht demontiert zu werden. Mit Hilfe dieser Schutzplatte soll bei einer starken Abbremsung des Pkw das Eindringen der Anhängerdeichsel in den Innenraum des Pkw verhindert werden. Dabei nutzt die Erfindung aus, dass sich in Crashversuchen, welche vom Anmelder an der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin durchgeführt wurden, gezeigt hat, dass sich die Anhängerdeichsel auf dem Querträger der Kupplungskugelhalterung abstützen kann. Dadurch kann das Eindringen der Anhängerdeichsel in den Pkw-Innenraum verhindert bzw. erschwert werden. Erfindungsgemäß soll die Schutzplatte dafür sorgen, das Abstützen der Deichsel auf dem besagten Querträger sicherzustellen.The present invention compensates for the disadvantages of the previous inventions in the following way:
