Description
The The invention relates to a method for the treatment of bath water / splash water from a bath in a cycle, where the splash is collected, then is filtered without pressure and after disinfection and pH regulation is returned as pure water to the bath. The invention further relates to a device for processing of bath water / splash water from a pool in a water cycle, which at least one container for Collecting the splash water, a non-pressurized filter system and pumps contains.
Bei bekannten Anlagen fördert die Transferpumpe das komplette Wasservolumen vom Schwallwasserbehälter auf die Filteranlage.at one of the known methods for bathing water treatment is the overflowing in an overflow channel Pool water or splash water collected in a container and out of this by means of at least one transfer pump of a non-pressure working Filter system supplied. The unfiltered water is added to a flocculant, which is dirt binds, so that they can be easily filtered off. The Filter system comprises one or more closed, non-pressurized filters, as a filter material, for example, sand or a multi-layer filter material contain. The filtrate water is disinfected, usually by chlorination, and subsequently after pH regulation over an inflow system returned to the bath. In front The chlorination can be a partial flow of water for heating a heat exchanger be directed. In such a system usually operates at least a transfer pump, in particular for conveying the water from the collecting container in the Filter chambers. To carry the filtrate water to the pool pressure booster pumps are used. Promotes in known systems the transfer pump the entire volume of water from the surge tank on the filter system.
Of the Invention is based on the object, in a method of the above mentioned type and in a device of the type mentioned in a structurally simple and cost effective way in the water cycle required pump power and thus the required electrical energy significantly to reduce.
The inventive method solve the asked Task in that the splash water collected directly in an intermediate container and is jammed to a level of which it is due to pressure difference is passed into the filter system, the stagnation level is a surplus allows for splash water, which overflows and is collected separately and optionally or as needed on the Filter system and / or is pumped into the intermediate container.
According to the device according to the invention is solved this task by that an intermediate container is provided for the direct absorption of the surge water, which is connected to the filter system, wherein in the intermediate container of the higher Pressure prevails and an overflow to the constant Flow away a proportion of accumulating splash water provided in a surge tank is.
By the pressure difference between the dammed water and the Water in the filter passes the surge water passively - without pump support - directly into the filter. A certain amount of splash water is considered overflowing Water collected separately and continuously, as needed, in Filter pumped. This ensures that the different costs arise Schwallwassermengen can be compensated. Many bathers go to Water is the proportion of overflowing water because of the higher displacement bigger in the short term, leave bathers the water, it must be ensured that sufficient from a reservoir Water can be pumped into the filter system.
At the inventive method it is essential to supply the filter system with water guarantee. It is therefore envisaged that the surge water surplus by means of an overflow in a surge tank flows, from which the collected water by means of a transfer pump is sucked off, whose power to the water level in the filter system is adjusted, preferably electronically regulated accordingly becomes.
Ist der Zwischenbehälter baulich in den Ausgleichsbehälter integriert wird eine kompakte Auslegung der gesamten Anlage unterstützt.is the intermediate container structurally in the expansion tank Integrated, a compact design of the entire system is supported.
