Abstract
Ein geformtes Harzprodukt, erhalten durch Bestrahlen eines überlappenden Teils 11, das darin überlappend ein durchlässiges Material 2, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält und Laserlicht durchlässt und ein absorbierendes Material 3 enthält, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylsensulfid enthält und ein Laserlicht absorbiert, von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials 2 mit Laserlicht L, um das durchlässige Material 2 und das absorbierende Material 3 zu verschweißen. Das durchlässige Material 2 enthält Polyamid 6, das in den thermoplastischen Polyester eingemischt ist.
Description
- TECHNISCHES GEBIET
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein geformtes Harzprodukt, das erhalten wurde durch Zusammenfügen eines durchlässigen Materials, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, und eines absorbierenden Materials, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid enthält, mittels Laserschweißens.
- STAND DER TECHNIK
- Ein geformtes Harzprodukt, das durch Zusammenfügen von zwei oder mehr Harzformteilen durch Laserschweißen erhalten wurde, ist allgemein bekannt. Laserschweißen ist ein Verfahren zum Bestrahlen eines überlappenden Teils, das darin überlappend ein durchlässiges Material, das Laserlicht durchlässt, und ein absorbierendes Material enthält, das Laserlicht absorbiert, von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials mit Laserlicht, um das absorbierende Material und das durchlässige Material zusammenzuschweißen.
- Es sind andere Methoden zum Zusammenfügen von Harzteilen bekannt, wie z. B. Vibrationsschweißen, Ultraschallschweißen und Verkleben mittels eines Klebstoffs; wenn man jedoch die Wirkung auf eine elektronische Komponente usw., die in das geformte Harzprodukt eingearbeitet wird, in Betracht zieht, den Freiheitsgrad beim Zusammenfügen, seine Luftdichtigkeit usw., ist die Technik des Laserschweißens ausgezeichnet.
- In den letzten Jahren hat Polyphenylensulfid (PPS) die Aufmerksamkeit als ein thermoplastisches Harz, das ausgezeichnete Wärmebeständigkeit und chemische Beständigkeit besitzt, auf sich gezogen, und die Technik des Zusammenfügens eines thermoplastischen Harzes durch Laserschweißen wird in den
japanischen ungeprüften Patentveröffentlichungen Nr. 2006-205619 2006-168221 2006-096886 2005-015792 2005-007759 - Jedoch ist Polyphenylensulfid teuer und deshalb sollte Polyphenylensulfid nur an einer Stelle verwendet werden, die Hitzebeständigkeit, chemische Beständigkeit usw. benötigt, und die übrigen Stellen sollten aus anderen thermoplastischen Harzen geformt werden, wodurch man ein preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt erhält, bei dem die Beständigkeit sichergestellt ist. Polyphenylensulfid hat auch einen hohen Schmelzpunkt; bisher wurde jedoch noch kein organischer Farbstoff gefunden, dessen Wärmebeständigkeit nahe an den Schmelzpunkt heranreicht. Entsprechend besteht das Problem, dass bei der Herstellung eines geformten Harzproduktes unter Verwendung ausschließlich von Teilen, die Polyphenylensulfid enthalten, das Produkt nicht in einem gewünschten Farbton eingefärbt werden kann und bezüglich des Designs eingeschränkt ist.
- Um dieses Problem zu lösen, besteht ein Bedürfnis nach der Technik, ein Teil, das Polyphenylensulfid enthält, und ein Teil, das einen relativ preiswerten und einfärbbaren thermoplastischen Polyester mit einem niedrigen Schmelzpunkt enthält, durch Laserschweißen zusammenzufügen.
- Jedoch ist es schwierig, zwei Teile, die solche unterschiedlichen thermoplastischen Harze enthalten, zusammenzuschweißen.
- Eine Technik, bei der das Laserschweißen von Teilen, die unterschiedliche thermoplastische Harze enthalten, erreicht wird, wird in der
japanischen ungeprüften Patentveröffentlichung Nr. 2006-312303 - Jedoch gibt es keinen Verträglichkeitsmacher, der sowohl mit Polyphenylensulfid als auch mit einem thermoplastischen Ester verträglich ist, und daher kann diese Technik beim Zusammenfügen eines Teils, das Polyphenylensulfid enthält, und eines Teils, das einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, nicht angewendet werden.
- ZUSAMMENFASSUNG DER ERFINDUNG
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wurde gemacht, indem man diese konventionellen Probleme in Betracht zog; es ist eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein leicht herstellbares und preiswertes Harzformteil zu schaffen, das ausgezeichnete Hitzebeständigkeit und ausgezeichnetes Aussehen besitzt, sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren hierfür.
- Eine erste Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein geformtes Harzprodukt, das erhalten wurde durch Bestrahlen eines überlappenden Teils, das darin überlappend ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält und Laserlicht durchlässt, und ein absorbierendes Material enthält, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid enthält und Laserlicht absorbiert, von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials mit Laserlicht, um das durchlässige Material und das absorbierende Material zusammenzuschweißen, wobei das durchlässige Material in den thermoplastischen Polyester eingemischtes Polyamid 6 enthält.
- Die Wirkungsweisen und Effekte der vorliegenden Erfindung werden unten beschrieben.
- Der geformte Harzartikel enthält ein absorbierendes Material, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid (PPS) enthält, und ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält. Entsprechend kann ein im Vergleich mit einem Produkt, das nur aus PPS enthaltenden Teilen besteht, preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt erhalten werden. Ein durchlässiges Material, das einen leicht einfärbbaren thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, wird als Teil des geformtes Harzprodukts verwendet, so dass das Produkt, falls gewünscht, in einem gewünschten Farbton gefärbt werden kann und ein geformtes Harzprodukt mit ausgezeichnetem Aussehen erhalten werden kann.
- Da weiterhin das durchlässige Material und das absorbierende Material durch Laserschweißen zusammengefügt werden, ist es nicht nötig, eine Verklebung oder Ähnliches durch Verwendung eines Klebematerials durchzuführen, und seine Herstellung ist einfach.
- Das durchlässige Material, das einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, und das absorbierende Material, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid enthält, bestehen aus heterogenen Materialien, und daher ist es normalerweise schwierig, sie durch Laserschweißen zusammenzufügen. Dementsprechend haben die vorliegenden Erfinder sie formuliert, indem sie einen Verträglichkeitsmacher, der Verträglichkeit (einen engen SP-Wert, nachfolgend beschrieben) mit PPS besitzt, das das absorbierende Material bildet, in dem thermoplastischen Polyester, der das durchlässige Material bildet, mischen. Jedoch wird Laserschweißen schwierig, wenn das durchlässige Material bei der Übertragung von Laserlicht vermindert wird, weil der Verträglichkeitsmacher in das durchlässige Material eingemischt wird. Wenn das als Verträglichkeitsmacher verwendete Material einen Schmelzpunkt besitzt, der von dem des thermoplastischen Polyesters, der das durchlässige Material bildet, sehr unterschiedlich ist, wird das Formen des durchlässigen Materials schwierig.
- Aus diesen Gründen muss als Verträglichkeitsmacher ein thermoplastisches Harz mit ausgezeichneter Verträglichkeit (einem kleinen SP-Wert) mit PPS und hoher Übertragungsfähigkeit verwendet werden, dessen Brechungsindex dicht beim Brechungsindex des thermoplastischen Polyesters liegt und dessen Schmelzpunkt dicht bei dem des thermoplastischen Polyesters liegt.
- Entsprechend haben die vorliegenden Erfinder gefunden, dass, wenn Polyamid 6 (PA6), das ein alle diese Bedingungen zufriedenstellend erfüllendes thermoplastisches Harz ist, in dem Harz, das das durchlässige Material bildet, gemischt wird, ein absorbierendes Material, das hauptsächlich PPS enthält, und ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, leicht durch Laserschweißen zusammengefügt werden können.
- Mit anderen Worten hat Polyamid 6 einen SP-Wert, der nahe zu dem von PPS liegt, und weist ausgezeichnete Verträglichkeit mit PPS auf, und daher können durch ein Mischen von Polyamid 6 in das durchlässige Material das durchlässige Material, das einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, und das absorbierende Material, das PPS enthält, zusammengeschweißt werden (siehe
4 , unten beschrieben). Der SP-Wert ist die Quadratwurzel der kohäsiven Energiedichte und wird allgemein ein Löslichkeitsparameter genannt. - Polyamid 6 selbst hat hohen Durchlassgrad und einen kleinen Unterschied im Brechungsindex gegenüber dem thermoplastischen Polyester, und daher wird, auch wenn Polyamid 6 in dem thermoplastischen Polyester eingemischt ist, die Durchlässigkeit von Laserlicht in dem durchlässigen Material weniger verringert und ein zufriedenstellender Durchlassgrad kann erreicht werden (siehe
5 bis7 , unten beschrieben). Als Ergebnis wird Laserschweißen nicht behindert. - Weiterhin ist der Schmelzpunkt von Polyamid 6 nahe demjenigen des thermoplastischen Polyesters, und daher wird die Formbarkeit des durchlässigen Materials durch Mischen mit Polyamid nicht verringert (siehe
8 , unten beschrieben). - Auf diese Weise können durch Einmischen von Polyamid 6 in den thermoplastischen Polyester ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält, und ein absorbierendes Material, das hauptsächlich PPS enthält, durch Laserschweißen zusammengefügt werden, ohne irgendeine besondere Schwierigkeit zu machen.
- Wie oben beschrieben, kann erfindungsgemäß ein leicht herstellbares und preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt mit ausgezeichneter Hitzebeständigkeit und ausgezeichnetem Aussehen erzeugt werden.
- Eine zweite Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines geformten Harzprodukts, das die folgenden Schritte enthält:
Man überlappt ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält und Laserlicht durchlässt, und ein absorbierendes Material, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid enthält und Laserlicht absorbiert, und
man bestrahlt das überlappende Teil von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials mit Laserlicht, um das durchlässige Material und das absorbierende Material zusammenzuschweißen, und erzeugt dadurch ein geformtes Harzprodukt,
worin das durchlässige Material in den thermoplastischen Polyester gemischtes Polyamid 6 enthält. - Erfindungsgemäß kann ein preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt mit ausgezeichneter Hitzebeständigkeit und ausgezeichnetem Aussehen erhalten werden.

- In der ersten Ausführungsform oder der zweiten Ausführungsform kann das geformte Harzprodukt ein Produkt sein, das durch Zusammenfügen von zwei oder mehr durchlässigen Materialien oder zwei oder mehr absorbierenden Materialien erhalten wird.
- Bezüglich des Laserlichts kann zum Beispiel Laserlicht eines Halbleiterlasers, wie z. B. eines Laser auf Grundlage von GaAs, verwendet werden.
- Beispiele für den thermoplastischen Polyester, der die Hauptkomponente des absorbierenden Materials ist, umfassen Polybutylenterephthalat (PBT), Polypropylenterephthalat (PPT) und PET (Polyethylenterephthalat).
- Ein vorstehendes Teil wird vorzugsweise auf wenigstens einer der sich gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen des durchlässigen Materials und des absorbierenden Materials in dem überlappenden Teil gebildet.
- Wenn in diesem Fall das überlappende Teil einschließlich des vorstehenden Teils mit Laserlicht bestrahlt wird, werden Polyamid 6, das in das durchlässige Material eingemischt ist, und PPS des absorbierenden Materials zufriedenstellend verschmolzen, ausgehend von dem vorstehenden Teil, wodurch die Bindungsstärke zwischen dem durchlässigen Material und dem absorbierenden Material erhöht werden kann.
- Das durchlässige Material enthält vorzugsweise Polyamid 6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 30 Gew.-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von thermoplastischem Polyester und Polyamid 6.
- In diesem Fall wird durch ein Mischen von Polyamid 6 die Bindungsstärke zwischen dem durchlässigen Material und dem absorbierenden Material zufriedenstellend erhöht.
- Übrigens, wenn das Gewichtsverhältnis von Polyamid 6 unterhalb 30 Gew.-% ist, kann es schwierig werden, das durchlässige Material und das absorbierende Material zusammenzufügen.
- Das durchlässige Material enthält vorzugsweise Polyamid 6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 40 Gew.-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von thermoplastischem Polyester und Polyamid 6.
- In diesem Fall kann die Bindungsstärke zwischen durchlässigem Material und absorbierendem Material noch mehr erhöht werden.
- Übrigens, wenn das Gewichtsverhältnis von Polyamid 6 50 Gew.-% übersteigt, ist der thermoplastische Polyester nicht mehr Hauptkomponente in dem durchlässigen Material, und die von dem thermoplastischen Polyester beigebrachten Vorteile, wie z. B. Dimensionsstabilität, selbst wenn Wasser absorbiert ist, und Stabilität von elektrischen Eigenschaften, können nicht mehr zufriedenstellend erreicht werden.
- Aus diesem Grund enthält das durchlässige Material vorzugsweise Polyamid 6 dispergiert in dem thermoplastischen Polyester als kontinuierliche Phase.
- Ein Füllstoff, der Laserlicht durchlässt, wird vorzugsweise dem durchlässigen Material zugesetzt.
- In diesem Fall kann eine Erhöhung der mechanischen Festigkeit des durchlässigen Materials und eine Kostenverringerung erreicht werden, und es kann ein preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt mit ausgezeichneter mechanischer Festigkeit erhalten werden.
- Zu Beispielen für verwendbare Füllstoffe gehören Glasfaser und Glaskugeln.
- Ein Färbemittel, das Laserlicht durchlässt, wird vorzugsweise dem durchlässigen Material zugesetzt.
- In diesem Fall kann durch Zusatz eines Färbemittels eines gewünschten Farbtons zu dem durchlässigen Material ein durchlässiges Material in gewünschter Farbe erhalten werden, wodurch das Aussehen des geformten Harzprodukts verbessert werden kann. Da das Färbemittel Laserlicht durchlässt, wird durch das Färbemittel Laserschweißen nicht behindert.
- Beispiele für Färbemittel, die verwendet werden können, sind als roter Farbstoff ein organisches Pigment wie z. B. Lackrot; als blauer Farbstoff ein anorganisches Pigment wie z. B. Kobaltblau oder ein organisches Pigment wie z. B. Phthalocyaninblau; und als grüner Farbstoff ein anorganisches Pigment wie z. B. Chromgrün und ein organisches Pigment wie z. B. Phthalocyaningrün.
- Vorzugsweise wird Ruß dem absorbierenden Material zugegeben.
- In diesem Fall kann das absorbierende Material Laserlicht ausreichend absorbieren und daher kann eine hohe Schweißfestigkeit erreicht werden.
- Der Ruß wird vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 0,02 bis 10 Gew.-% des absorbierenden Materials zugegeben.
- In diesem Fall kann die Schweißfestigkeit zwischen dem absorbierenden Material und dem durchlässigen Material zufriedenstellend sichergestellt werden.
- Wenn die Menge des zugesetzten Rußes kleiner als 0,01 Gew.-% ist, ist es für das absorbierende Material schwierig, ausreichend Laserlicht zu absorbieren, und es wird keine ausreichende Schweißfestigkeit erhalten, während ein Überschreiten der zugesetzten Menge von 10 Gew.-% Verringerung der Isoliereigenschaft oder Festigkeit ergeben kann.
- Das geformte Harzprodukt kann eine Kraftfahrzeugkomponente sein.
- In diesem Fall kann eine Kraftfahrzeugkomponente mit ausgezeichneter Hitzebeständigkeit erhalten werden. In anderen Worten ist das absorbierende Material in dem geformten Harzprodukt gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung von ausgezeichneter Hitzebeständigkeit, wie oben beschrieben, und daher ist das geformte Harzprodukt als Kraftfahrzeugkomponente geeignet, die Hitzebeständigkeit erfordert. Insbesondere wenn als das geformte Harzprodukt eine Stelle, die Hitzebeständigkeit erfordert, aus dem absorbierenden Material zusammengesetzt ist, und eine Stelle, die relativ wenig Hitzebeständigkeit erfordert, aus dem durchlässigen Material zusammengesetzt ist, kann deshalb Verbesserung des Aussehens und Kostenverringerung erreicht werden, während Hitzebeständigkeit sichergestellt ist.
- Zu Beispielen für Kraftfahrzeugkomponente gehören ein an einem Kraftfahrzeugmotor befestigter Kurbelwinkelmessfühler, verschiedene Drucksensoren, eine elektronische Drosselklappe und ein Gehäuse für verschiedene elektronische Substrate.
- BEISPIELE
- Beispiel 1
- Das geformte Harzprodukt und das Herstellungsverfahren gemäß dem Beispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung werden unten mit Bezugnahme auf
1 bis8 beschrieben. - Das geformte Harzprodukt
1 dieses Beispiels wird, wie in1 gezeigt, durch Bestrahlen eines überlappenden Teils11 erhalten, das darin überlappend ein durchlässiges Material2 , das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält und Laserlicht durchlässt, und ein absorbierendes Material3 enthält, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid (PPS) enthält und Laserlicht absorbiert, von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials2 mit Laserlicht L, um das durchlässige Material2 und das absorbierende Material3 miteinander zu verschweißen. In2 zeigt Bezugszahl14 das geschweißte Teil an. - Das durchlässige Material
2 enthält in den thermoplastischen Polyester eingemischtes Polyamid 6 (PA6). - In diesem Beispiel wird Polybutylenterephthalat (PBT) als der thermoplastische Polyester verwendet.
- In dem absorbierenden Material
3 wird ein vorstehendes Teil31 auf der Oberfläche32 , die dem durchlässigen Material2 gegenüberliegt, gebildet. Mit anderen Worten wird das absorbierende Material3 so gebildet, dass in dem überlappenden Teil11 ein vorstehendes Teil31 mit zum Beispiel einem nahezu dreieckigen Querschnitt auf der Oberfläche32 gegenüber dem durchlässigen Material2 vorgesehen ist, um nach der Seite des durchlässigen Materials2 vorzustehen. Das vorstehende Teil31 hat eine Höhe von z. B. 0,1 mm oder mehr. - Beim Überlappen des durchlässigen Materials
2 und des absorbierenden Materials3 wird die Oberfläche22 des durchlässigen Materials2 , die dem absorbierenden Material3 gegenüberliegt, auf das vorstehende Teil31 des absorbierenden Materials3 gepresst. In diesem Zustand wird Laserlicht L auf einen vorbestimmten Bereich des überlappenden Teils11 gestrahlt, indem man das vorstehende Teil31 ungefähr zentriert. - In dem durchlässigen Material
2 ist das Gewichtsverhältnis von PA6 zum Gesamtgewicht von PBT und PA6 30 Gew.-% oder mehr, vorzugsweise 40 Gew.-% oder mehr. - Das durchlässige Material
2 ist in einem Zustand, wo PA6 als disperse Phase in PBT als kontinuierlicher Phase dispergiert ist. - Dem durchlässigen Material
2 ist ein Füllstoff, der Laserlicht L durchlässt, zugesetzt. Bezüglich des Füllstoffs werden zum Beispiel Glasfaser oder Glaskugeln verwendet. - Weiterhin ist dem durchlässigen Material
2 ein Laserlicht-durchlässiger Farbstoff zugesetzt. Was den Farbstoff betrifft, kann zum Beispiel als roter Farbstoff ein organisches Pigment wie Lackrot; als blauer Farbstoff ein anorganisches Pigment wie z. B. Kobaltblau und ein organisches Pigment wie z. B. Phthalocyaninblau; und als grüner Farbstoff an anorganisches Pigment wie z. B. Chromgrün und ein organisches Pigment wie z. B. Phthalocyaningrün verwendet werden. - Auf der anderen Seite wird dem absorbierenden Material
3 Ruß in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% zugegeben. - Das geformte Harzprodukt
1 dieses Beispiels ist ein Kraftfahrzeugteil und stellt speziell, wie in3 gezeigt, ein Teil eines an einem Kraftfahrzeugmotor befestigten Kurbelwinkelmessfühlers, d. h. das Abdeckteil des Kurbelwinkelmessfühlers5 dar. Das geformte Harzprodukt1 ist ein geformter Artikel mit Einsatz, in den ein Metallteil12 eingesetzt ist. - Der Kurbelwinkelmessfühler
5 ist ein MRE (magnetoresistive element, Magnetowiderstandselement)-Fühler und enthält, wie in3 gezeigt, ein an einem Motor befestigten Hauptkörperteil51 und ein Elementdeckteil52 , das das Sensorelement bedeckt. In dem Hauptkörperteil51 ist ein Befestigungsteil512 gebildet, das den Einsatz eines Bolzens zum Befestigen des Kurbelwinkelmessfühlers5 an einem Motor durch ihn hindurch ermöglicht, und das Metallteil12 wird in das Befestigungsteil512 eingesetzt. - Das Hauptkörperteil
51 und das Elementdeckteil52 sind am Verbindungsteil53 miteinander laserverschweißt. Mit anderen Worten entspricht das Hauptkörperteil51 dem absorbierenden Material3 , das Elementdeckteil52 entspricht dem durchlässigen Material2 und das Verbindungsteil53 entspricht dem überlappenden Teil11 (1 und3 ). - Das verwendete Laserlicht L ist Laserlicht eines Halbleiterlasers auf Grundlage von GaAs und seine Wellenlänge ist 940 nm.
- Das Elementdeckteil
52 als das durchlässige Material2 und das Hauptkörperteil51 als das absorbierende Material3 sind zum Beispiel wie folgt lasergeschweißt:
Wie in3 gezeigt, werden zunächst das Elementdeckteil52 und das Hauptkörperteil51 so zusammengepasst, dass ein Kragenteil521 des Elementdeckteils52 an das Hauptkörperteil51 stößt. Mit anderen Worten sind das durchlässige Material2 und das absorbierende Material3 sich überlappend. - Als Nächstes wird, während Druck auf das Verbindungsteil
53 (überlappendes Teil11 ) ausgeübt wird, Laserlicht L auf das Verbindungsteil53 von der Seite des Elementdeckteils52 (durchlässiges Material2 ) gestrahlt (1 und3 ). Das Laserlicht L wird über den gesamten Umfang des Verbindungsteils53 gestrahlt. Zu dieser Zeit ist die Laserleistung 70 bis 100 W und die Laserschweißrate beträgt 30 bis 40 mm/s. - Das Laserlicht L durchläuft das durchlässige Material
2 und trifft auf die sich gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen22 und32 des durchlässigen Materials2 und des absorbierenden Materials3 , und das absorbierende Material3 (PPS) schmilzt an der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche32 . Die Hitze des absorbierenden Materials3 , das vom Laserlicht L aufgeheizt wird, wird auf das durchlässige Material2 übertragen, und das durchlässige Material2 (PBT und PA6) in der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche22 schmilzt auch. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt schmilzt das vorstehende Teil31 , das an der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche32 des absorbierenden Materials3 vorgesehen ist, aggressiv und das darin enthaltene PPS kommt in Kontakt mit PA6, das auf der gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche22 des durchlässigen Materials2 geschmolzen ist. - PPS des geschmolzenen absorbierenden Materials
3 und PA6 des durchlässigen Materials2 werden kompatibel gemacht, und das absorbierende Material3 und das durchlässige Material2 werden im Zustand des Miteinanderverschmolzenseins abgekühlt, wodurch beide vereinigt werden. - Dieses Phänomen geschieht über den gesamten Umfang des Verbindungsteils
53 zwischen dem Hauptkörperteil51 und dem Elementdeckteil52 ; im Ergebnis werden das Hauptkörperteil51 (absorbierendes Material3 ) und das Elementdeckteil52 (durchlässiges Material2 ) verschweißt und miteinander verbunden. - Die Tätigkeiten und Wirkungen dieses Beispiels werden unten beschrieben.
- Der obige geformte Kunstharzgegenstand
1 enthält ein absorbierendes Material3 , das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid (PPS) enthält, und ein durchlässiges Material2 , das hauptsächlich PBT enthält. Entsprechend kann ein preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt1 im Vergleich zu einem Produkt, das nur aus PPS enthaltenden Teilen zusammengesetzt ist, erhalten werden. Ein durchlässiges Material2 , das leicht färbbares PBT enthält, wird als ein Teil des geformten Harzprodukts1 verwendet, so dass das Produkt, falls gewünscht, in einem gewünschten Farbton gefärbt werden kann, und es kann geformtes Harzprodukt1 mit ausgezeichnetem Aussehen erhalten werden. - Da weiterhin das durchlässige Material
2 und das absorbierende Material3 durch Laserverschweißen miteinander verbunden sind, ist es nicht nötig, die Verbindung oder Ähnliches unter Verwendung eines Klebstoffs ausführen, und seine Herstellung ist leicht. - Ferner wird Polyamid 6 (PA6) in PBT, das das durchlässige Material
2 bildet, eingemischt, wodurch ein absorbierendes Material3 , das hauptsächlich PPS enthält, und ein durchlässiges Material2 , das hauptsächlich PBT enthält, leicht durch Laserschweißen verbunden werden können. - Mit anderen Worten hat PA6, wie in
4 gezeigt, einen SP-Wert, der nahe bei dem von PPS liegt, und weist ausgezeichnete Verträglichkeit mit PPS auf, so dass durch Einmischen von PA6 in das durchlässige Material2 das durchlässige Material, das PBT enthält, und das absorbierende Material3 , das PPS enthält, miteinander verschweißt werden können. -
4 ist ein Diagramm, das die SP-Werte von PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylen), PE (Polyethylen), PP (Polypropylen), PS (Polystyrol), PMMA (Methacrylsäureharz), PA12 (Polyamid 12), PC (Polycarbonat), PBT (Polybutylenterephthalat), PET (Polyethylenterephthalat), EPOXY (Epoxy), POM (Polyacetat), PF (Phenolharz), PPS (Polyphenylensulfid), PA6 (Polyamid 6), PA66 (Polyamid 66) und EVOH (Ethylen-Vinylalkohol-Copolymerisationsharz) vergleicht. - Wie in
5 gezeigt wird, hat PA6 selbst eine hohe Durchlässigkeit, und wie in6 gezeigt wird, hat es einen kleinen Unterschied im Brechungsindex zu PBT, und daher wird, selbst wenn PA6 in PBT eingemischt ist, die Durchlässigkeit von Laserlicht L in dem durchlässigen Material2 , wie in7 gezeigt, weniger verringert, und eine Durchlässigkeit von 25% oder mehr, bei der Laserschweißen nicht behindert wird, wird zufriedenstellend sichergestellt. -
5 ist ein Diagramm, das die Durchlässigkeiten von PPS, PBT und PA6 vergleicht, und6 ist ein Diagramm, das die Brechungsindizes von den genannten Rohmaterialien vergleicht. In6 bedeutet GF Glasfaser. Die in5 gezeigte Durchlässigkeit betrifft Laserlicht bei einer Wellenlänge von 940 nm. - Die Durchlässigkeit von PET beträgt etwa 10% ähnlich der von PBT.
-
7 zeigt die Durchlässigkeit für Laserlicht (Wellenlänge: 940 nm) eines Rohmaterials (A1), das nur PBT enthält, eines Rohmaterials (A2), das durch Einmischen von 30 Gew.-% Glasfaser in PBT erhalten wurde, eines Rohmaterials (A3), das durch Einmischen von 30 Gew.-% Glasfaser in ein gemischtes Harz aus PBT:PA6 = 70:30 erhalten wurde, und eines Rohmaterials (A4), das durch Einmischen von 30 Gew.-% Glasfaser in ein gemischtes Harz aus PBT:PA6 = 60:40 erhalten wurde. - Wie weiterhin in
8 gezeigt, ist der Schmelzpunkt von PA6 nahe demjenigen von PBT, und daher erfolgt keine Verminderung der Formbarkeit des durchlässigen Materials2 durch Einmischen von PA6.8 zeigt die Schmelzpunkte der jeweiligen Harze. - Auf diese Weise können aufgrund von Mischen von PA6 mit PBT das durchlässige Material, das hauptsächlich PBT enthält, und das absorbierende Material, das hauptsächlich PPS enthält, durch Laserschweißen miteinander verbunden werden, ohne dass irgendeine besondere Schwierigkeit auftritt.
- Ein vorstehendes Teil
31 wird auf dem absorbierenden Material gebildet. Wenn daher Laserlicht L auf das überlappende Teil11 einschließlich des vorstehenden Teils31 gestrahlt wird, werden PA6, das in das durchlässige Material2 eingemischt ist, und PPS des absorbierenden Materials3 ausgehend von dem vorstehenden Teil31 zufriedenstellend miteinander verschmolzen, wodurch die Verbindungsstärke zwischen dem durchlässigen Material2 und dem absorbierenden Material3 erhöht werden kann. - In dem durchlässigen Material
2 ist das Gewichtsverhältnis von PA6 zum Gesamtgewicht von PBT und PA6 30 Gew.-% oder mehr, so dass die Erhöhung der Verbindungsstärke zwischen dem durchlässigen Material2 und dem absorbierenden Material3 , das durch das Einmischen von PA6 begünstigt wird, zufriedenstellend erreicht werden kann. Durch Einmischen von PA6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 40 Gew.-% oder mehr kann die Bindungsstärke zwischen dem durchlässigen Material2 und dem absorbierenden Material3 weiter erhöht werden. - Dem durchlässigen Material
2 ist ein Füllstoff zugesetzt, so dass eine Erhöhung der mechanischen Festigkeit des durchlässigen Materials2 und eine Kostenverringerung erreicht werden kann und ein preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt1 mit ausgezeichneter mechanischer Festigkeit erhalten werden kann. - Dem durchlässigen Material
2 wird ein Färbemittel zugesetzt, das Laserlicht durchlässt. Entsprechend kann ein durchlässiges Material2 in einer gewünschten Farbe erhalten werden, wodurch das Aussehen des geformten Harzprodukts1 verbessert werden kann. Da der Farbstoff Laserlicht L durchlässt, wird das Laserschweißen durch den Farbstoff nicht behindert. - Dem absorbierenden Material
3 wird Ruß zugesetzt, so dass das absorbierende Material3 zufriedenstellend Laserlicht L absorbieren kann und eine hohe Schweißfestigkeit erhalten werden kann. - Der Ruß wird in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% dem absorbierenden Material
3 zugesetzt, so dass die Schweißfestigkeit zwischen dem absorbierenden Material3 und dem durchlässigen Material2 zufriedenstellend gesichert werden kann. - Das geformte Harzprodukt dieses Beispiels ist ein Kurbelwinkelmessfühler
5 , der ein Kraftfahrzeugteil ist, und deshalb kann es ein Produkt sein, das als eine Kraftfahrzeugkomponente geeignet ist, die hohe Hitzebeständigkeit benötigt. Das absorbierende Material3 in dem geformten Harzprodukt1 gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung besitzt, wie oben beschrieben, ausgezeichnete Hitzebeständigkeit, so dass, wenn in dem geformten Harzprodukt1 speziell eine Stelle, die Hitzebeständigkeit benötigt, aus dem absorbierenden Material3 besteht, und eine Stelle, die relativ wenig Hitzebeständigkeit benötigt, aus dem durchlässigen Material2 besteht, eine Verbesserung des Aussehens und eine Kostenreduzierung erreicht werden können, während Hitzebeständigkeit sichergestellt wird. - Wie in den vorangegangenen Seiten beschrieben wurde, kann gemäß diesem Beispiel ein leicht herstellbares und preiswertes geformtes Harzprodukt hergestellt werden, das ausgezeichnete Hitzebeständigkeit und ausgezeichnetes Aussehen besitzt.
- Übrigens wird in diesem Beispiel PBT als thermoplastischer Polyester verwendet, jedoch können auch bei Verwendung von anderen thermoplastischen Polyestern wie z. B. PPT (Polypropylenterephthalat) und PET (Polyethylenterephthalat) leicht herstellbare und preiswerte geformte Harzprodukte mit ausgezeichneter Hitzebeständigkeit und ausgezeichnetem Aussehen hergestellt werden, wie oben beschrieben. Speziell sind, wie in
6 und8 gezeigt, Brechungsindex und Schmelzpunkt von PA6 sehr ähnlich denen von PET, und deshalb kann die Laserschweißfestigkeit zwischen dem durchlässigen Material2 und dem absorbierenden Material3 erhöht werden, ohne dass die Durchlässigkeit von Laserlicht behindert wird oder dass die Formbarkeit des durchlässigen Materials2 verschlechtert wird. - Beispiel 2
- Wie in
9 gezeigt, ist in diesem Beispiel ein vorstehendes Teil21 an dem durchlässigen Material2 vorgesehen. - Mit anderen Worten ist ein vorstehendes Teil
21 mit nahezu dreieckigem Querschnitt auf der Oberfläche22 des durchlässigen Materials2 , das dem absorbierenden Material3 gegenüberliegt, in dem überlappenden Teil11 vorgesehen. Andererseits ist an dem absorbierenden Material3 kein vorstehendes Teil vorgesehen. - Beim Überlappen des durchlässigen Materials
2 mit dem absorbierenden Material3 wird das vorstehende Teil21 des durchlässigen Materials2 auf die gegenüberliegende Oberfläche32 des absorbierenden Materials3 gepresst. In diesem Zustand wird ein vorbestimmter Bereich des überlappenden Teils11 durch angenäherte Zentrierung des vorstehenden Teils21 mit Laserlicht bestrahlt. - Die übrigen Bedingungen sind wie in Beispiel 1.
- Wenn in diesem Beispiel Laserlicht L auf das überlappende Teil
11 einschließlich des vorstehenden Teils21 gestrahlt wird, werden PA6, das in das durchlässige Material2 eingemischt ist, und PPS des absorbierenden Materials3 ausgehend von dem vorstehenden Teil21 zufriedenstellend miteinander verschmolzen, wodurch die Verbindungsstärke zwischen dem durchlässigen Material2 und dem absorbierenden Material3 erhöht werden kann. - Andere Verfahren und Wirkungen sind die gleichen wie in Beispiel 1.
- Übrigens können vorstehende Teile
21 und31 sowohl am durchlässigen Material2 als auch am absorbierenden Material3 vorgesehen sein. Es kann eine Mehrzahl von vorstehenden Teilen21 oder eine Mehrzahl von vorstehenden Teilen31 gebildet werden. - Beispiel 3
- Wie in
10 gezeigt, wird in diesem Beispiel das geformte Harzprodukt1 gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung zu einem Gehäuse zur Aufnahme eines elektronischen Substrats13 angewendet. - Mit anderen Worten enthält das Gehäuse
4 als das geformte Harzprodukt1 ein Gehäuseteil43 mit einer Öffnung und ein Deckelteil42 , das die Öffnung des Gehäuseteils43 bedeckt. Das Gehäuseteil43 enthält ein absorbierendes Material3 und das Deckelteil42 enthält ein durchlässiges Material2 . - Ein elektronisches Substrat
13 , auf das eine elektronische Komponente131 montiert ist, ist im Gehäuseteil43 (absorbierendes Material3 ) des Gehäuses4 (geformtes Harzprodukt1 ) untergebracht, mit dem das Deckelteil42 (durchlässiges Material2 ) überlappt, um die Öffnung des Gehäuseteils zu bedecken, und Laserlicht L wird auf das überlappende Teil11 gestrahlt, wodurch Laserverschweißen erfolgt. - Durch diese Verfahrensmaßnahmen wird ein Gehäuse
4 (geformtes Harzprodukt1 ) gebildet, in dessen Innenseite eine elektronische Komponente13 untergebracht ist. - Die anderen Maßnahmen sind wie in Beispiel 1.
- Dieses Beispiel hat auch dieselben Verfahrensmaßnahmen und Wirkungen wie in Beispiel 1.
- Beispiel 4
- In diesem Beispiel wird die Wirkung der Verstärkung der Laserschweißfestigkeit, die bevorzugt ist, wie in den
11(A) bis14 gezeigt, durch Einmischen von PA6 in PBT des durchlässigen Materials2 bestätigt. - Mit anderen Worten wird die Schweißfestigkeit zwischen dem durchlässigen Material
2 , das verschiedene Zusammensetzungen besitzt, und dem absorbierenden Material3 nach folgender Methode gemessen:
Wie in den11(A) und11(B) gezeigt, wird ein Probestück mit einer Breite von 20 mm, einer Länge von 80 mm und einer Dicke von 3 mm als das absorbierende Material3 hergestellt. Das absorbierende Material3 enthält PPS, dem 40 Gew.-% Glasfaser und 0,5 Gew.-% Ruß zugesetzt sind. - Getrennt davon werden ein Probestück mit einer Breite von 20 mm, einer Länge von 80 mm und einer Dicke von 1 mm als durchlässiges Material
2 hergestellt. Dieses Probestück des durchlässigen Materials2 hat die folgenden Zusammensetzungen gemäß den jeweiligen Einwaagen. In anderen Worten verwendet die Einwaage1 ein durchlässiges Material2 , das kein eingemischtes PA6 enthält, Einwaage2 verwendet ein durchlässiges Material2 , in das PA6 in einem Verhältnis von PBT:PA6 = 7:3 eingemischt ist, und Einwaagen3 und4 verwenden ein durchlässiges Material2 , in das PA6 in einem Verhältnis von PBT:PA6 = 6:4 eingemischt ist. Allen diesen durchlässigen Materialien2 ist 30 Gew.-% Glasfaser zugesetzt. - Bei den Einwaagen
1 bis3 ist ein vorstehendes Teil31 (siehe1 ) mit einem nahezu dreieckigen Querschnitt an dem absorbierenden Material3 vorgesehen. Die Höhe des vorstehenden Teils31 beträgt 0,3 mm. Bei der Einwaage4 ist kein vorstehendes Teil31 an dem absorbierenden Material3 vorgesehen. - Wie in den
11(A) bis13 gezeigt, überlappen sich bei jeder Einwaage das absorbierende Material3 und das durchlässige Material2 über 20 mm, und gleichzeitig strahlt Laserlicht L auf das überlappende Teil11 in dem Zustand, dass das durchlässige Material2 gegen das absorbierende Material3 gepresst wird, wie durch einen Pfeil P in12 gezeigt. Die Wellenlänge von Laserlicht L ist 940 nm, der Strahlungsdurchmesser d ist 2 mm und die Abtastgeschwindigkeit ist 35 mm/s. - Wie in den
11(A) ,11(B) und13 gezeigt wird, werden durch diese Verfahrensmaßnahmen das durchlässige Material2 und das absorbierende Material3 miteinander verschweißt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist die Länge des Schweißteils14 12,5 mm und die Breite b ist 2,3 mm. - Das durchlässige Material
2 und das absorbierende Material3 werden in den durch Pfeile F1 und F2 in11(B) gezeigten Richtungen gezogen und auf ihre Scherbruchfestigkeit gemessen. In anderen Worten ist in diesem Schertest die Scherbruchfestigkeit die aufgewendete Kraft, wenn das Harzprodukt gerissen ist, und14 zeigt diese Ergebnisse als die Schweißfestigkeit. - Wie man aus
14 ersieht, ist die Schweißfestigkeit der Einwaage2 , die ein durchlässiges Material2 verwendet, in dem PA6 in PBT eingemischt ist, hoch im Vergleich zu der Einwaage1 , die ein durchlässiges Material2 verwendet, in das kein PA6 eingemischt ist. In der Einwaage3 , die ein durchlässiges Material2 verwendet, in dem die Menge an eingemischtem PA6 erhöht ist, so dass PBT:PA6 = 6:4, ist die Schweißfestigkeit weiter erhöht. In anderen Worten ist der gemessene Wert der Schweißfestigkeit 14 MPa, und da der Bruchwert der Matrixbruch ist, d. h. der Bruch des durchlässigen Materials2 oder des absorbierenden Materials3 selbst, wird die tatsächliche Schweißfestigkeit 14 MPa oder mehr. - In der Einwaage
4 , in der das absorbierende Material3 , das kein vorstehendes Teil31 besitzt, und das durchlässige Material2 zusammen verschweißt werden, ist die Schweißfestigkeit im Vergleich mit der Einwaage3 , die dieselbe Zusammensetzung besitzt, vermindert. Durch Erzeugung eines vorstehenden Teils31 wird ausreichend hohe Schweißfestigkeit wie in Einwaage3 erhalten. - Wie in den vorstehenden Seiten beschrieben, kann gemäß diesem Beispiel bestätigt werden, dass die Schweißfestigkeit durch Einmischen einer geeigneten Menge von PA6 in PBT des durchlässigen Materials
2 erhöht wird, und weiterhin, dass die Schweißfestigkeit durch Schaffung eines vorstehenden Teils31 erhöht wird. - ZITATE ENTHALTEN IN DER BESCHREIBUNG

Claims (18)
- Geformtes Harzprodukt, erhältlich durch Bestrahlen eines überlappenden Teils, das darin überlappend ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält und Laserlicht durchlässt, und ein absorbierendes Material enthält, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid enthält und Laserlicht absorbiert, mit Laserlicht von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials, um das durchlässige Material und das absorbierende Material zusammenzuschweißen, wobei das durchlässige Material Polyamid 6 eingemischt in den thermoplastischen Polyester enthält.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein vorstehendes Teil auf wenigstens einer der sich gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen des durchlässigen Materials und des absorbierenden Materials in dem überlappenden Teil gebildet ist.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das durchlässige Material das Polyamid 6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 30 Gew.-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von thermoplastischem Polyester und Polyamid 6, enthält.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach Anspruch 3, wobei das durchlässige Material das Polyamid 6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 40 Gew.-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von thermoplastischem Polyester und Polyamid 6, enthält.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei ein Füllstoff, der Laserlicht durchlässt, dem durchlässigen Material zugesetzt ist.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei ein Färbemittel, das Laserlicht durchlässt, dem durchlässigen Material zugesetzt ist.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei Ruß dem absorbierenden Material zugesetzt ist.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Ruß in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% dem absorbierenden Material zugesetzt ist.
- Geformtes Harzprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das geformte Harzprodukt ein Kraftfahrzeugteil ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines geformten Harzprodukts, wobei man: ein durchlässiges Material, das hauptsächlich einen thermoplastischen Polyester enthält und Laserlicht durchlässt, und ein absorbierendes Material, das hauptsächlich Polyphenylensulfid enthält und Laserlicht absorbiert, überlappen lässt, und das überlappende Teil von der Seite des durchlässigen Materials mit Laserlicht bestrahlt, um das durchlässige Material und das absorbierende Material zu verschweißen, und dadurch ein geschweißtes Harzprodukt erzeugt, wobei das durchlässige Material Polyamid 6 enthält, das in den thermoplastischen Polyester eingemischt ist.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach Anspruch 10, wobei ein vorstehendes Teil auf wenigstens einer der sich gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen des durchlässigen Materials und des absorbierenden Materials in dem überlappenden Teil gebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei das durchlässige Material Polyamid 6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 30 Gew.-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von thermoplastischem Polyester und Polyamid 6, enthält.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach Anspruch 12, wobei das durchlässige Material das Polyamid 6 in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 40 Gew.-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von thermoplastischem Polyester und Polyamid 6, enthält.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei ein Füllstoff, der Laserlicht durchlässt, dem durchlässigen Material zugesetzt ist.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, wobei ein Färbemittel, das Laserlicht durchlässt, dem durchlässigen Material zugesetzt ist
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, wobei Ruß dem absorbierenden Material zugesetzt ist.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach Anspruch 16, wobei der Ruß in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% dem absorbierenden Material zugesetzt ist.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines geformten Harzprodukts nach einem Ansprüche 10 bis 17, wobei das geformte Harzprodukt ein Kraftfahrzeugteil ist.
