Die vorliegende Erfindung hat zum Ziel, unter Verzicht auf Schaltkupplungen, Klinken und Verriegelungen die beiden für die Funktion einer Notschließklappe benötigten fremdenergiefreien Kräfte einerseits für den eigentlichen Schließvorgang und andererseits für das Zuhalten der Klappe beim Abdichten voneinander unabhängig zu erzeugen, beeinflussungsarm voneinander wirken zu lassen und so den für das betriebsmäßige Öffnen und Schließen sowie die Regelvorgänge benötigten Klappenantrieb sehr leistungsarm ausführen zu können.
