Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebs (1) eines Fahrzeugs, mit einem Dieselmotor (2) und mindestens einem Elektromotor (3, 7). Es ist vorgesehen, dass als Dieselmotor (2) ein Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor (4) verwendet wird und dass der Dieselmotor (2) wahlweise mit homogener Dieselverbrennung oder konventioneller Dieselverbrennung betrieben wird.
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebs eines Fahrzeugs, mit einem Dieselmotor und mindestens einem Elektromotor.
- Stand der Technik
- Es ist bekannt, Fahrzeuge mit einem Hybridantrieb anzutreiben. Der Hybridantrieb weist einen Dieselmotor und mindestens einen Elektromotor auf. Der Dieselmotor wird bevorzugt in einem möglichst verbrauchsarmen Betriebsbereich betrieben. Je nach Konstruktion des Hybridantriebs und weiterer Fahrzeugkomponenten kann das Fahrzeug entweder mittels des Dieselmotors oder mittels des Elektromotors oder unter Verwendung der Drehmomente beider Motoren angetrieben werden. Das Fahrzeug ist vorzugsweise mit einem elektrischen Speicher ausgerüstet, der in bestimmten Fahrsituationen aufgeladen wird und in anderen Fahrsituationen den Elektromotor antreiben kann. Der Dieselmotor verbraucht im stationären Betrieb relativ wenig Kraftstoff, wobei gleichzeitig möglichst niedrige Emissionen angestrebt werden.
- Offenbarung der Erfindung
- Technische Aufgabe
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren anzugeben, mit dem der Kraftstoffverbrauch und die Emissionen weiter gesenkt werde.
- Technische Lösung
- Durch das erfindungsgemäße Vorgehen, als Dieselmotor einen Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor zu verwenden und diesen wahlweise mit homogener Dieselverbrennung oder konventioneller Dieselverbrennung zu betreiben, kommt ein Antriebsaggregat und Betriebsarten mit vielen Vorteilen zum Einsatz. Der Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor liefert bei jeder Kurbelwellenumdrehung doppelt so viele Arbeitsspiele wie ein Vier-Takt-Motor und kann eine dementsprechend hohe Leistung abgeben. Es lassen sich daher sehr hohe Wirkungsgrade erreichen, die etwa bei 45% liegen. Hinzu kommt ein erstaunlich ruhiger Verlauf eines Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors, insbesondere bei einem dreizylindrigen Triebwerk, das ferner eine hohe Leistung und ein starkes Drehmoment liefern kann. Ein Dreizylinder-Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor ist sehr sparsam und weist eine hohe Laufkultur auf; er hat die gleiche Zündfrequenz wie ein Sechszylinder-Vier-Takt-Motor und läuft dementsprechend ruhig. Dieser Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor ergibt bei einem Hybridantrieb in Verbindung mit der so genannten homogenen Dieselverbrennung (HCCI = Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition) eine optimale verbrauchsarme und emissionsarme Antriebseinheit. Bei der homogenen Dieselverbrennung wird der Dieselkraftstoff direkt in den Brennraum des Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors eingespritzt. Das im Brennraum vorliegende Kraftstoff-Luftgemisch wird erst gezündet, wenn die für den Motortakt gesamte Kraftstoffmenge in den jeweiligen Brennraum eingespritzt wurde. Dies führt zu einer extrem ruß- und stickoxydarmen Verbrennung und demzufolge zu gerings ten Emissionen. Vorzugsweise wird ein derartiger mit homogener Dieselverbrennung betriebener Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor verbrennungsluftseitig geführt, wodurch die Dynamik hinsichtlich der Verbrennung des Kraftstoffs insbesondere bei Lastwechseln eingeschränkt ist. Daher ist wahlweise vorgesehen, im Hoch- und Volllastbereich sowie im Betrieb bei hohen Drehzahlen den Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor mit konventionellem Brennverfahren zu betreiben. Bei der konventionellen Dieselverbrennung wird auch nach Zündung des Kraftstoffs im Brennraum noch weiterer Kraftstoff eingespritzt. Je nach Leistungsanforderung und Betriebszustand wird demzufolge der Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor entweder mit homogener Dieselverbrennung oder mit konventioneller Dieselverbrennung im Zuge seines Einsatzes bei einem Hybridantrieb für ein Fahrzeug vorzugsweise mittels einer selbsttätig arbeitenden Motorsteuerung betrieben.
- Vorteilhafte Wirkungen
- Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Hybridantrieb im seriellen Modus betrieben wird. Dies bedeutet, dass er – vorzugsweise mit homogener Dieselverbrennung und im optimalen Betriebspunkt (niedriger Kraftstoffverbrauch, geringste Emissionen) – den Elektromotor als Generator antreibt, der einen elektrischen Speicher des Fahrzeugs lädt. Ein weiterer Elektromotor des Hybridantriebs dient dem Antrieb des Fahrzeugs, wobei er seine Energie dem elektrischen Speicher entnimmt.
- Alternativ ist es möglich, dass der Hybridantrieb im parallelen Modus betrieben wird. In einem solchen Falle wirken Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor und mindestens ein Elektromotor jeweils mit einem Drehmoment auf die Antriebsräder des Fahrzeugs. Auch in einem solchen Falle ist es erfindungsgemäß angestrebt, den Dieselmotor möglichst mit homogener Dieselverbrennung zu betreiben und erst dann auf die konventionelle Dieselverbrennung überzugehen, wenn dies aufgrund der Leistungsanforderungen notwendig wird.
- Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist ein leistungsverzweigter Betrieb vorgesehen. Bei geeigneter Auslegung der Leistungsverzweigung (Planetengetriebe) ist eine direkte Ankopplung an den Radabtrieb (Differenzial) möglich.
- Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist ein Betrieb mit kontinuierlich verstellbarem Übersetzungsverhältnis eines Übersetzungsgetriebes vorgesehen, um vorzugsweise einen quasi stationären Dieselmotorbetrieb bei gleichzeitigem generatorischen und motorischen Betreiben der beiden Elektromotore vorzunehmen.
- Um den Kraftstoffverbrauch in bestimmten Betriebssituationen noch weiter zu reduzieren, erfolgt der Betrieb des Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors vorzugsweise mit Zylinderabschaltung. Dies ist insbesondere bei direkt einspritzenden Motoren vorgesehen. Hierdurch kann bei Abschaltung von zum Beispiel einem Zylinder bei einem Vierzylinder-Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor die Leistung um etwa 25% reduziert werden. Ein großer Vorteil der Zylinderabschaltung bei gleichzeitigem Einsatz der homogenen Dieselverbrennung (HCCI-Brennverfahren) ist der konstant einstellbare Zustand hinsichtlich der Ladungswechsel im Motor. Bei einem höheren Leistungsbedarf wird der Betriebspunkt des Motors lediglich durch Zuschaltung weiterer Zylinder realisiert, wobei der Zustand der Ladungswechsel jedoch nicht verändert wird. Entsprechendes gilt bei einem niedrigeren Leistungsbedarf, bei dem mindestens ein Zylinder abgeschaltet wird.
- Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, einen Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor mit drei oder vier Zylindern zu verwenden. Bei der Zylinderabschaltung von einem Zylinder eines Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors mit vier Zylindern steht ein Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor mit drei Zylindern zur Verfügung, der die vorstehend geschilderten Vorteile hinsichtlich der Laufruhe usw. aufweist.
- Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
- Die Zeichnungen veranschaulichen die Erfindung anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele, und zwar zeigt:

2 einen Hybridantrieb eines Fahrzeugs nach einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel. - Ausführungsform(en) der Erfindung
- Die
1 zeigt einen Hybridantrieb1 eines nicht näher dargestellten Fahrzeugs. Der Hybridantrieb1 weist einen Dieselmotor2 sowie einen Elektromotor3 auf. Der Dieselmotor2 ist als Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 ausgebildet. Er wird mit Dieselkraftstoff aus einem Tank5 versorgt. - Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor
4 und Elektromotor3 sind über ein Planetengetriebe6 miteinander kuppelbar. Ferner ist mit dem Planetengetriebe6 ein weiterer Elektromotor7 verbunden, der ebenfalls zum Hybridantrieb1 gehört und an eine Leistungselektronik-Einheit8 elektrisch angeschlossen ist. Der Elektromotor3 steht ebenfalls mit der genannten Leistungselektronik-Einheit8 elektrisch in Verbindung. Ein elektrischer Speicher9 (wiederaufladbarer Akkumulator) ist an die Leistungselektronik-Einheit8 angeschlossen. Die Abtriebswelle des Elektromotors3 steht mit einem Differenzial10 in Verbindung, das zu den Antriebsrädern11 des Fahrzeugs führt. Der Einfachheit halber ist nur ein Antriebsrad11 dargestellt. - Beim Ausführungsbeispiel der
2 ist der Hybridantrieb1 ebenfalls mit einem Dieselmotor2 und wiederum zwei Elektromotoren3 und7 versehen, wobei der Dieselmotor2 ebenfalls als Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 ausgebildet ist. Er steht zur Kraftstoffversorgung mit einem Tank5 in Verbindung. - Der Dieselmotor
2 ist mit dem Elektromotor7 gekoppelt. Die beiden Elektromotoren3 und7 sind mittels einer Kupplung12 verbindbar. Ferner stehen die beiden Elektromotoren3 und7 mit einer Leistungselektronik-Einheit8 elektrisch in Verbindung, die an einen elektrischen Speicher9 angeschlossen ist. Der Elektromotor3 ist über ein Getriebe13 mit einem Differenzial10 verbunden, das mit Antriebsrädern11 des Fahrzeugs gekuppelt ist. - Die beiden Hybridantriebe
1 der1 und2 werden hinsichtlich des Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors4 wahlweise derart betrieben, dass entweder eine homogene Dieselverbrennung oder eine konventionelle Dieselverbrennung erfolgt. Bei der homogenen Dieselverbrennung (HCCI) wird der Dieselkraftstoff direkt in den Brennraum des Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors4 eingespritzt, wobei das hierdurch im Brennraum vorliegende Kraftstoff-Luftgemisch erst gezündet wird, wenn die für den Motortakt erforderliche, gesamte Kraftstoffmenge in den jeweiligen Brennraum eingespritzt wurde. Hierdurch wird eine extrem ruß- und stickstoffarme Verbrennung erzielt. Das Verfahren wird dabei verbrennungsluftseitig geführt. Es wird darauf geachtet, dass ein möglichst quasi stationärer Motorbetrieb vorliegt, um einen möglichst niedrigen Kraftstoffverbrauch und möglichst niedrige Emissionen zu erhalten. Die homogene Dieselverbrennung wird insbesondere im Teillastbereich des Dieselmotors verwendet. Erfordert es die jeweilige Fahrsituation, in den Hochlast- oder Volllastbereich zu wechseln oder ist es erforderlich, den Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 mit sehr hoher Drehzahl zu fahren, so wird aufgrund eines vorgegebenen Steuerungskonzepts die homogene Dieselverbrennung verlassen und eine konventionelle Dieselverbrennung vorgenommen, bei der auch nach Zündung des Kraftstoffs im jeweiligen Brennraum noch weiterer Kraftstoff eingespritzt wird. - Durch das HCCI-Brennverfahren, insbesondere im stationären Betrieb, werden niedrigste Emissionen erzielt, ohne dass dabei nennenswert mehr Kraftstoff verbraucht wird.
- Erlaubt es die Betriebssituation, die Leistung des Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors
4 abzusenken, so erfolgt dies durch Abschaltung von mindestens einem Zylinder. Wird beispielsweise ein Vierzylinder-Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 eingesetzt und bei diesem ein Zylinder ausgeschaltet, so lässt sich der Kraftstoffverbrauch um etwa 25% reduzieren, wobei hinsichtlich des Ladungswechsels keine Veränderungen durchgeführt werden müssen. Ist wieder ein höherer Leistungsbedarf aufgrund der Fahrsituation erforderlich, so wird der vierte Zylinder wieder zugeschaltet. - Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Hybridantrieb
1 als leistungsverzweigender Antrieb mit wenigstens einem Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 und wenigstens zwei Elektromotoren3 und7 ausgestattet ist, wobei der Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 und die beiden Elektromotoren3 und7 über ein stufenloses Getriebe miteinander verbunden sind. Alternativ ist es auch möglich, dass ein paralleler Hybridantrieb ausgebildet ist mit stufenlosem oder schaltbarem Getriebe, der wenigstens einen Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor4 und wenigstens einen Elektromotor3 aufweist. - Aufgrund des Einsatzes eines Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotors
4 können niedrige Kosten, eine niedrige NOx-Emission und ein geringes Gewicht erzielt werden. Ferner liegt nur eine geringe Partikelemission, insbesondere auch bei Lastwechseln, vor.
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebs eines Fahrzeugs, mit einem Dieselmotor und mindestens einem Elektromotor, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Dieselmotor (
2 ) ein Zwei-Takt-Dieselmotor (4 ) verwendet wird und dass der Dieselmotor (2 ) wahlweise mit homogener Dieselverbrennung oder konventioneller Dieselverbrennung betrieben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hybridantrieb (
1 ) im seriellen Modus betrieben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hybridantrieb (
1 ) im parallelen Modus betrieben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betrieb mit zwei Elektromotoren (
3 ,7 ) derart erfolgt, dass im seriellen Modus der Dieselmotor (2 ) einen der Elektromotoren (3 ,7 ), der als Generator arbeitet, zum Laden eines elektrischen Speichers (9 ) antreibt und der andere Elektromotor (7 ,3 ) durch Energieentnahme aus dem elektrischen Speicher (9 ) das Fahrzeug antreibt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betrieb mit zwei Elektromotoren (
3 ,7 ) derart erfolgt, dass im parallelen Modus der Dieselmotor (2 ) und mindestens einer der Elektromotoren (3 ,7 ) das Fahrzeug antreiben. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein leistungsverzweigter Betrieb erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Betrieb mit kontinuierlich verstellbarem Übersetzungsverhältnis.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Betrieb mit Zylinderabschaltung.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dieselmotor (
2 ) mit drei oder vier Zylindern verwendet wird.
