Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen eines hydraulischen Bindemittels auf organischer Basis werden latenthydraulische Stoffe als Rückstände aus thermischen Prozessen durch mechanochemische und/oder tribomechanische Vorgänge aktiviert. Die Gitterstrukturen des Stoffgemenges werden durch kinetische Beaufschlagung und die damit verbundene Wechselwirkung zwischen Impuls und Impulsunterbrechung, welche plasmoide Zustände der Partikel hervorruft, verändert; die Partikelstruktur wird durch Schockwellen bzw. durch Stauungsenergien verändert, welche durch den Impuls bzw. die Impulsunterbrechung ausgelöst werden. Die Partikel werden durch ihre Veränderung in amorphe Strukturen durch auftretende Impulse und Impulsunterbrechungen bzw. Reflektionen verändert. DOLLAR A Dies erfolgt mit einer Vorrichtung, die einen Aktivator (20) mit Stator (30) und Rotor (24) auf einem Maschinenpodest (22) enthält, wobei Stator (30) und Rotor (24) einen Ringraum oder Ringspalt begrenzen als Förderweg für die Stoffe. Dem Ringspalt sind Werkzeuge des Stators (30) und/oder Rotors (24) zugeordnet, die zumindest teilweise von einer Schicht des Gemenges überzogen sind. Zudem sind dem Ringspalt ein Dosiergerät (42) sowie zumindest eine am anderen Ringspaltende angebrachte Luftzuleitung vorgeordnet.
