Abstract

Ein LED-Treiberschaltkreis, wobei ein Schaltkreis, der eine Leuchtdiode mit einer gemeinsam angeschlossenen Kathode antreibt, Folgendes aufweist: einen Widerstand, der mit der Anode der Leuchtdiode verbunden ist, einen NPN-Transistor, der mit der zweiten Klemme des Widerstands verbunden ist und der den Steuerstrom für die Lichtemission im Zusammenhang mit dem Widerstand in etwa bestimmt; einen NPN-Transistor, der parallel zu dem Widerstand positioniert ist und mit der Anode der Leuchtdiode verbunden ist; sowie eine Stromversorgung, einen Pegelumsetzer und einen Schalter zum selektiven Ändern der Spannung zwischen dem Basis-Emitter des zweiten Transistors, die zwischen einer Basis des Transistors und dem Widerstand angeordnet sind.
