Durch die Benutzung eines besonderen Windrades für diese dritte Reinigung ist es möglich, den Luftstrom den Forderungen dieser Reinigung genau anzupassen, ohne die Luftströme der anderen beiden Reinigungsvorrichtungen zu beeinflussen, was bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung eines Windrades für zwei Reinigungsvorrichtungen in solchem Mafse nicht ausführbar wäre. Der so noch ausgeblasene Staub u. s. w. wird durch eine mittels der einstellbaren Klappe e zu regelnde Oeffnung ins Freie geführt, und das jetzt erst fertig gereinigte Getreide gelangt nunmehr auf das auswechselbare Sortirsieb b. Die gute, gesunde und bei Weizen vom Brand freie Frucht geht über dieses Sieb b hinweg und fällt in einen unterhalb angeordneten Sammelraum/ als erstklassige Waare. Minderwerthiges Getreide fällt jedoch durch dieses Sieb hindurch auf das ebenfalls auswechselbare Sandsieb c, auf dem noch die letzten Spuren von Unkrautsamen, Sand u. s. w. ausgesiebt werden, und dann gelangt dieser Theil des Getreides als zweitklassige Waare in den Sammelraum g. Hierbei sei noch bemerkt, dafs das Getreide auch auf den Sortirsieben dem reinigenden Windstrom vom dritten Windrade A ausgesetzt ist.
