Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a solid roadway in a potting material bedded sleepers, especially two-block concrete sleepers, as well as elastic superimposed sound absorber elements, the elastic damping sub were designed for the sound absorber elements so that the sound absorber over elements are held immovably across the road.
The elastic support of the sound absorber elements is independent whether the support as an elastic damping plate or as an elastic Adhesive layer is the difficulty that due to the high stress jolting movements occur when driving over the rails, which too a lateral displacement of the sound absorber elements. But this can also not just be turned off by putting them between the shots Heads rigidly attached, since then the damping effect is impaired. On Lateral migration of the sound absorber elements is particularly disadvantageous lig, on the one hand because of the risk of one-sided application to the sleepers heads with the aforementioned difficulties in terms of damping and especially because of the resulting lateral displacement of sth straight line conductor, as is often the case between the rails on the damping elements elements for train control / train control. Here it comes make sure that these line cables are positioned exactly in the middle between the rails are arranged and are not damaged by moving absorber elements allowed to.
From DE 199 31 048 A1 there is also already a fixed roadway become known with sound absorber elements in which the elastic Damping pads as a mat between the sound absorber elements and the solid track slab are pulled up sideways so that the sound absorber element elements are held immovably across the road.
However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that a complete Ent Watering the absorber elements is not possible because of the raised edges of the damping mats prevent lateral water drainage. Beyond that Of course, this mat solution has the disadvantage that the fixation of the absorber Overlap in the transverse direction of the tracks only works if the thickness of the Damping mat corresponds exactly to the distance to the rail heads, which na is of course extremely difficult to maintain in practice.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a solid roadway type mentioned so that even taking into account Tole The dimensions of the absorber plates are displaced from the side Road vibrations are excluded and at the same time an optimal one Drainage of the absorber is possible.
To solve this problem, the invention provides that the between the sound absorber elements arranged on the rails on elastic damping stripes rest, with lips raised centering between the sound engage the absorber plates and the sleeper heads.
Due to the raised lips according to the invention on the damping strips, can the sound absorber elements on both sides on the potting compound protruding concrete parts of the sleepers, especially the inner flanks of the Support individual blocks from two-block concrete sleepers, with intermediate storage of the raised lips mentioned, so that with certain prevention laterally cher shifts of the absorber elements the optimal damping by Ver preventing sound absorber elements from fitting directly against concrete parts is guaranteed.
Although the damping strips could also be U-shaped to the To completely grasp the central sound absorber elements at the bottom, it has in the Practice proven to be particularly useful, which is arranged between the rails end of the sound absorber elements on two separate essentially L- shaped damping strips.
Dabei zeigen:Further advantages, features and details of the invention result from the following description of an embodiment and based on the Drawing. Show:

Fig. 3 is a perspective enlarged view of an elastic damping strip for supporting the internal sound absorber elements.
In Figs. 1 and 2 fixed carriageway shown comprises a hydraulically ge Thematic supporting layer 1, on which a concrete trough 2 is applied, in which a track grid made of two-block concrete sleepers 3 having connected thereon rails 4 and 5 after appropriate orientation, for example the track Regulierungs portals, is embedded in a potting material 6 , for example concrete or asphalt. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the sleepers 3 are so-called two-block sleepers, the rails of which support the rails are formed on individual blocks 7 and 8 , which are connected to one another by the continuous reinforcement 9 . Inner sound absorber elements 10 and outer sound absorber elements 11 are placed on the solid carriageway, which consist on the one hand of a corresponding sound-absorbing material and on the other hand with a profiled surface, which brings about additional sound damping. A line conductor 14 for influencing the train can be seen in the middle of the inner sound absorber elements 10 arranged between the rails 4 and 5 .
The external sound absorber elements 11 are Gert aufgela on damping strip 15, whereby this damping strip to the underside optionally additionally Un of the sound absorber elements 11 may be adhered. The inner sound absorber elements 10 are supported at each end on two separate, essentially L-shaped damping strips 16 , which have a raised lip 17 which engage in the space between the raised heads of the concrete blocks 8 and 9 and the opposing end faces 18 of the sound absorber elements 10 . Through this design, a lateral migration of the sound absorber elements is prevented by the vibrations of the solid roadway when driving over by a train and thus a shift of the line conductor 14 from the center axis between the rails 5 . In the same way, this training also prevents the sound absorber elements 10 from directly attaching themselves to the concrete blocks 8 or 9 with the disadvantageous consequences for sound absorption already mentioned. Advantageously, the training can be such that the lip 17 , as can be seen in particular in FIG. 3, tapers conically upwards. In this way, the manufacturing tolerances can be intercepted by appropriately bending this lip.
Es bedarf also keiner durchgehenden hochstehenden Rippe. The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown. Thus, the support according to the invention could of course also be used on solid carriageways in which no separate trough is provided for receiving the sleeper gratings, but the aligned track gratings are immediately embedded on the hydraulically bound base layer 1 by means of potting material. In addition, the broader the footstrip could form almost the entire sound absorber elements 10 engaging panels, but in this case it would again be sufficient to let individual lips stand up. So there is no need for a continuous, raised rib.
